I m not sure what is but the customer service here is horrible. You call and ask questions and the employees form of information is just useless. I wanted to call and pay and tip the driver (even though it takes an hour and half for them to reach my house and I live 4 minutes away) and I was told I can t call and pay half on the phone and the other in cash. This isn t the first time theyve blew off customer service to a guest.

I come in there to order for my company and no acknowledges that I walk in. As a local resident you will continue to lose business if you don t up the staff and hire more mature employees. I will no longer spend personal or company here.

I ve been in Ypsilanti for 6 months one of the things I hated about this city is the customer service that s so bad except this place, the people that work here are the best so far, the quality of food is really good, I really appreciate your work ethic and wish you all the best

I love Domino's pizza! I'm disappointed that this location refused to deliver a pizza to my location at 8:00 p.m. , in the month of May. They informed me that they do not deliver past dark in the area I was located. It wasn't dark. Also, one of their delivery drivers just left the location I was at. Customer satisfaction is key in business. It promotes loyalty. I'm disappointed.

Good quality, low prices and very good promotions although they are always the same coupons they send me.

I ordered here a couple times during the day, tonight I decided to call in some pizza and was told I live in a bad area. I guess dominos is afraid of dark skinned people. Racism at its finest.

Messed my order up food was cold and 45 minutes late excuse was not enough drivers

Weird people working there, nobody says anything when you walk in. It's kinda rude.

I've been ordering from this location for a few years now- my food is typically hot and fresh and the delivery drivers are great, but they miss toppings or forget sides of ranch probably once every three or four orders. Somewhat inconsistent in quality but again, usually okay.

Waited about 1 hour and 30 min for my order .i would rate them nothing more then 1 star if they had no star choice I would ve chosen that.when I asked to speak to someone higher then the manager Craig the manager hanged up the phone on me and when I try to call them back they ignored my phone call. Poor customer service very rude manager

Waited 15 minutes beyond when they said pizza is ready cause they forgot part of the order. Waiting in store with no urgency to fulfill my order.

A bit upset because I was unable to order. I had ordered online and they called me telling me that a co worker got robbed in my area so they automatically canceled my order. It's understandable but my roommate ordered from the same exact place not too long ago!!! I was really hoping to just order some damn pizza because my friend pizza smelt good but NOOOO..... Yeah.... I'm a bit salty..

The WORST my friend used to work there they was robbed didn't tell her she got robbed two week after they didn't do nothing to help her

Thank you Josh, manager near EMU, I called about my concerns with my order yesterday and he listened, understood my concerns, and finally made me happy. I have been a long term customer of Domino's Pizza and will continue to be. It takes a lot of effort to serve and employ college students, but with a manager like Josh, who understood the value of keeping long term customers I have no doubts that the public will have the same customer loyalty that I do.

Love the Chicken Habanero sandwich! Food is always tasty, and prepared on time and correctly. I highly recommend this place!

Son in college out of state. Was ableto order pizza and pay. He was very satisfied with the overall process of updates and and food. Every college students dream. Worry free pizza! Thank you Domino's Pizza.

Great location with a very friendly staff. Would recommend to my friends and anyone who likes their pizza supplier fast and accurate.

They don't deliver to "the wrong side of the tracks" past 8pm if you live near Eastern U. But they gave me free ranch with my pizza when I picked it up, so that was nice.

Of the many times I have ordered from this location, their service is great and their deliveries are timely and correct.

It's ok...I went for curbside. I paid with a card. The Young man said the computer crashed, so he had to write the order down..when he brought the pizza out, he thought it was free, ( it wasn't, it comes out of my account on the 5th) so when I got it home, I could tell, he thought it was free. Saddest Pizza ever!!!! Plus I always tip!

Never again, we order online just to get a call saying they won't deliver after dark in our area yet on crime maps thier store has more reported dangerous activity around it, then we are forced to pick it up because a refund would take a couple days and then when we get there they cancel the order any ways instead of just refunding the delivery fee and we had to repay again. Well I guess last time my wife and I go here.

for 2 nights in a row I place an order and they call me "half-way" through the process of making it that they cant make it or deliver it

Horrible customer service. They messed up on my order and couldnt replace the food because i didnt call the same day. Im a full time parent and the only time i could find to call them was the next day but they argued with me for over 30 minutes about how they couldnt replace it. I tipped them too. I wish i would have never done that or even gave them my business in the first place.

My boyfriend ordered pizza once and the delivery guy took 12$ Of his for a tip Bc he could only carry 20$ for change . Find a solution, he did not deserve 12$ for absolutely nothing he delivered a medium pizza and one pop. He paid 30$ for something so small.

Delivery was fast and professional.
Food is exactly as I asked for.

I've never had an issue at this store and always received great service from the employees. I do order everything online - I've never called in. They've gotten it perfect every time and done quickly. The site tracking is great.

When you tell them no garlic butter that means no garlic butter. Had to remake pizzas twice. Would not make amends for time and mistake. One time is one thing but twice? At what point do I as a customer get to start charging them for my time?

Food is great, but often times the pizza will have multiple bubbles in it and the chances are that you are going to have to cut the pizza yourself. Employees are lazy, but friendly.

The pizza tasted ok but it was delivered 15 minutes later than the max time they gave me, and everything was cold.

complete bullshit!!!!!! how the hell you wont deliver to my area once its dark?!!!! IT GETS DARK AT 5:30!!!!!! completely UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used to be a strong advocate for this particular store. Emphasis on the "used" to be. I used to love ordering from this Dominos, but their service has gone down tremendously over the last several months. In the last couple of months, they've forgotten about my order at one point and was told it was sitting in the "back" (not sure what that meant), got it wrong another time and the last order involved me getting hung up when inquiring on the status of my order (which hadn't gotten started on until 30 minutes after the order was placed). My pizzas have been cold the last several times and have arrived in dirty boxes. They say they've been understaffed for some time, but it sucks that customers are the ones that pay the price. The fact that the manager does not even attempt to make sure his customers are happy is sad but also a tell-tale sign of the type of service you can expect. I feel sorry for the drivers because they end up facing the disgruntled customers. I stopped recommending this Dominos since my previous order, but this will also be my last order with them. The sad part is that they used to be great but now most of their customers have nothing but complaints to share. Sorry Dominos, but you've lost yet another customer.

Ordered from here many times, and they have always delivered quality food. Definitely doing something right here.

They Need Better Customer Service. Miranda is no help when it comes to the drivers. The Driver didn't even use a heat bag just had my order in his hand getting cold.

Used to never have any problems and they were the best around. Now they are terrible, slow, and mess up everything. They get the order right and are punctual about 1/4 of the time.

Went in and one of the workers had his mask off. Enough said. Don't order from here.

I order the 5 for 2 I gave the man a $20 dollar bill & he gave my change back I seen him place the $20 in his pocket, he acted like he lost the $20 bill & told me to call the store to inform them. He was searching around my bush as if the wind blew the money away but it wasn't windy. I even tipped him!

This store is a joke. The owner won't allow delivery to any place on leforge Rd.(college apartments in a college town) after dark. We literally couldn't get a pizza delivered .5 miles at 9 p.m. TBH a total joke. Get your pizza anywhere but here. Will never order dominoes ever again.

I placed an order online for delivery and waited for a full hour without a phone call or knock on the door. I check for a confirmation e-mail to make sure the order went through, and realized my phone number was wrong. I tried to be understanding, but was still confused as to why the delivery driver didn't simply knock on the door (I live in a house, not in a large apartment building). I called the store and the employee confirmed my correct number and told me the driver would be there in under 30 minutes (I was a little annoyed because I knew my food would possibly be cold because the order was placed an hour and half prior). I waited for over hour and still there was no knock on the door or phone call, so I called the store again. The same employee who confirmed my number answered the phone, and said the delivery driver and the store couldn't reach me and that some guy from Kentucky answered the number they had. I'm incredibly confused as to how I literally corrected my number earlier and they still had the wrong number, and as to why the delivery driver could not simply knock on the door. I've literally have seen multiple drivers go out of their way to make sure their delivery was made (banging on doors, knock on windows--- you know, physically getting out of their vehicles and interacting with the world). To make it worse, the employee made it seem that they weren't at fault because they "tried" and didn't even over an apology for the confusion.

This has probably been one of the worst experiences with customer service I've had.

Great pizza and other food. I go here fairly often since I live nearby. I've only ordered carry-out so I can't comment as to anything delivery-related, though.

I used to like this Domino's until they left me waiting almost 2 hours to have my pizza delivered, so I called to see what was happening. The person that answered the phone had poor customer service skills and didn't even offer an apology for the wait. Then he had the nerve to put me on hold for 15 minutes! Finally the manager picked up the phone and said the delivery driver had already come to my location, and left because I never answered his call! This driver didn't call me a single time!! So obviously there was a mistake on his part, because I had full reception! Also, the manager had the nerve to tell me that I could come and pick up the pizza, but they wouldn't redeliver even though it was there error! I will not being ordering from this Domino's again!

Elliott is the best delivery person. He made our pizza and delivered it super hot and deliciously. We STAN him.

Delicious! Also has cupon for free cinnatwists with purchase of a pizza when using my DFCU Perks through my credit union. DFCU Financial saves me money everywhere!

Everytime that I have used this location, something goes wrong, not sure why, but today was the last I will eat my own arm before ordering anything from them, the staff sucks, and the manager was some snot nose kid that should have been at home with his mom. They take to long, and then the order is not right.

The worker was very friendly and polite. But the food was sad and bland. Also the parmesan bites tasted different and not in a good way. I was shocked by what double mushrooms looked like. Won't be coming back to this location. The one on groves knows how to make parmesan bites.

Best delivery pizza in Ypsilanti! My wife and I have ordered from them for the past several years and they've always been delicious and the delivery drivers are always really nice and fast (never taken more than 15 minutes from them leaving for delivery). Not to mention this is the FIRST Domino's in the COUNTRY! A slice of history! lol

My friends and I just had an incident where our pizza literally had HAIR on it. Like, covered in IT. Went back to had it remade and it wasn t even made correctly to our liking.. didn t ask us if we liked how it looked or anything of that sort.

They put the wrong toppings on the pizza. Asked for extra sauce on the pizza and it wasn't there, then we were charged for additional sauce cups. Will not order from this location again.

This is great. Even though the wait time was a little bit too long, it was SO worth it. The pizza is great, the parmesan bread bites are excellent, employees are very friendly, and the store is very clean. Definitely of of my favorite Dominos locations in all of USA. I also like the designs and messages on the Pizza boxes. 5 out of 5!!!

I ordered my pizza and finally, after THREE HOURS, I called them to tell them to check out their driver because the roads are so bad, and when I called they said that they were no longer delivering. WHY DOES IT TAKE THREE HOURS TO CALL AND SAY THAT THEY AREN'T DOING DELIVERY ANYMORE??????????

I will no longer be ordering from this dominos.
