So Ive spent alot of money at your store seeing as its so close to my home! I'm a businessman so I try to stay professional as possible but there's been a couple times where things were a little unacceptable!! One time they dropped my parm bites but a the gentleman at the counter offered me a 20 ounce cherry coke for the mistake and the wait which as a manager I appreciated!! As the girl who probably dropped them in the 1st place brings them out to me to complete my order I ask is she could bring me the cherry coke that the young man promised me and forgot to bring back up to the counter.... and with the most attitude I've seen from a friend let alone an employee like Did You Pay For That?? knowing this was a mess up she was bringing out at this point and at that moment I could've exploded!! Some how I kept my composure but I havent been disrespected like that in a long time for something that they messed up on. Now the 2nd time I ordered my same Philly sub as usual and they tell me 20 mins, normally its 15 but I know how business can be so I rolled with it... Came in at about 16 mins and they said I had a 4 minute wait on my sub! As I seen the young man put the sub up and not bring it too me nor come up and say anything to me about it! What I realized was that they had just started making it when I walked in the door....unacceptable again and they didnt even inform me when they messed up again! Looks like it was the same girl running the night shift and it seems as your employees are not being taught the right way to make things fast and accurate and being polite to your customer.... who is a regular!!!! Id hate to have to take my money elsewhere for something as simple as people doing what they are paid to do....
Im saying this all as a manger of a restaurant aswell so it would be appreciated if you take this review seriously because when I come in the morning its great but nights are the complete opposite!!
