Every employee at this store seems to be incompetent. I am a big Domino's fan, and I've ordered from this location many times (as it is nearest to my house). Though I'm always hopeful that THIS time they'll be able to read my order; they always prove me wrong. They have failed to pack the garlic sauce (for which they NEVER forget to charge me) on my last 5 orders. The first time I called and kindly asked them to make sure to include it on future orders. Twice I ignored the problem. Time before last, the delivery driver was kind enough to reimburse me out of his own pocket (only thing worthy of 1 star). The last time, the young woman that answered my call made excuses for how busy they were. If it had been the first time, maybe I could've forgiven it. But EVERY TIME. Shame on me for ordering from this store repeatedly, but shame on them for not hiring literate employees. There is no shortage of pizza delivery in the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti area (including numerous other Domino's locations). I sincerely hope management reads this and figures out how to improve customer satisfaction.
