I called a week ago to make an appointment and the receptionist told me they only take walk ins even though it's about a 2 hour drive for me. I could barely understand her poor english and bad attitude but I figured whatever, maybe shes having a bad day. Considering the drive and probably the wait once we got there I knew I had to take an entire day off of work which I did. They've been open for almost 2 hours and haven't answered a single one of my calls to make sure they WERE available since the receptionist didnt seem very promising or like she really cared. After my 3rd attempt to call them I got curious about their reviews and it turns out this is just what they're known to do. So now I've missed work and dont even know if they will be able to take my daughter because they wont get back to me.
