Over the Christmas holiday one of my father's mola...

Over the Christmas holiday one of my father's molars became infected, and the only place that was open was Division Dental. He also didn't have any dental insurance at the time, which is why we had to go here. First of all they told us they didn't have any openings, but when my mother called they said they could see him in an hour. When we arrived, I was completely disgusted by the appearance of this place. It smelled horrible, and there was about 2 or 3 other patients in the room. I waited at the desk for about 15 minutes and no one acknowledged me until I finally said HELLO we have an appointment? The people behind the desk were so disrespectful and unprofessional, they were talking loudly, swearing, and listening to offensive music.
If my father was not is such excruciating pain I would have left immediately, but we had no other choice. After over 3 hours waiting, they finally took him into one of the most sketchy rooms I have ever seen. When the extraction was over they told us we could take him to the car. They left him in this dirty, dark, unsanitary closet type hallway, where he was still knocked out from the procedure, drooling blood on himself. They did not give him any gauze or anything. That is when I lost it, I was so infuriated at the disrespect that these so called "professionals" were using. My father 's experience happens numerous times each day. this place needs to be shut down and the dentists need to have their license taken away. Never will I ever go back.
