I went here for my birthday and i had a very good time! I would recomend pizza hut for a child because has very nice kids food and ice cream, also they have very good service .

Lunch time buffet is great value for money. Friendly staff. Nice location,cinema,shops in walking distance. Free parking.

Very poor selection, it was like this for ages. If you're doing a buffet then at least keep it well stocked.

Good well cooked selection of different pizzas and bases. A new menu, quick service, reasonable prices make this a good venue for dining out, for a quick bite or a large meal.
The food honestly tasted better than I expected it to, which was a lovely surprise as all other nearby restaurants had long waiting times.

Good service good deals but needs a hygiene overhaul. Dirty bowls and plates that you need to sort through before finding a clean one. Salad bar needs looking at especially. Toilet hygiene better than the restaurant surprisingly.

The service was absolutely appalling on my visit last night, no communication between staff, waited a very long time for the food to come out, and we ordered desserts for the manager to tell us there was no desserts left, as we was filling in a form to get a refund another member of staff over heard us and told us there was still desserts and bought us out what we ordered.... For the manager to have a heated discussion with her in front of us saying they was for another table...... Who turned up after us....... So the lady was saying its first come first serve and we were there first... He was not happy with her decision and walked off. I will never use this restaurant again....... The manager has not got a clue about customer service

I can honestly say this was the worst dining experience I've ever encountered.
The food wasn't very nice, the fryer was broken- we were informed on four separate occasions that yes/no yes/no we could/couldn't have something regarding an order. The pizza was tiny for the price and wrong toppings.
As for the noise of ear piercing screams from babies.
NEVER AGAIN WOULD WE EAT IN HERE.

No one actually served us after seating us. Couldn't get anyone's attention to pull down the only blind that was up so the sun wasn't in mine and my son's eyes. After waiting 20 mins we decided to just have the buffet so we could actually eat some food and have a drink. Poor selection of pizza. Most trays were empty even though it was not busy. Obviously I had to go to the counter to pay as no one came to my table. He had no record of anyone on the table, so I explained why and he said " oh sorry I thought I saw you sitting there" but obviously didn't occure to him to actually check on us while we were there.
So disgusted with the lack of service!!!!!

Staff very attentive and friendly. Didn't have to wait long for the food. Pizza's always good.

Disappointed. No chocolate on the capuchino. Pizzas were poor not much flavour. Salad was poor. Waitress was nice and helpful.

It's okay, The prices are fine, and the food is alright, the big let down for me was our table service and the cleanliness of the cups they give you, very dirty!.

Despite the buffet closing early, the pizza is wonderful and the staff are very friendly. Service is nice and overall the food is good.

The vegan pizza was not as nice we we expected it to be, I was however very happy to see quite a few options on the menu for vegans. My kids had a lovely time at pizza hut dockside after a movie in odeon. My 5 star actually goes to who I am assuming is management, man in a shirt, accent and super lovely and polite to me and my girls. He helps us get exactly what we wanted to save on both kids arguing over the food. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but he was amazing and made me feel good about my choice to go pizza hut. So if your reading this, Thank you.

Waitress friendly and nice but pizzas dry and over cooked either by cooking for too long or oven too hot!

Great food can even ask for different toppings that isn't specified. ie I asked for an extra cheese special pizza as a margarita and not their veg only or meat option.

Friendly staff, grub what u'd expect from Pizza Hut...could be a little cleaner.

Had the Sunday buffet deal, had unlimited pizza and drinks and ice cream. Definitely worth it, will definitely go back again

Great branch of pizza hut. The food is always good and the service is always friendly. Never had any major issues with speed of service and it's a site that offers Order and Collect if you don't want to sit in.

Can get very busy at peak times, so be aware before to go!

Kids enjoyed pizza and the 2 adults shared a nice deep pan. Nice and hot. Good service considering busy.

This is absolutely one of the most pleasant place to eat in the neighborhood. Whenever I visit this place I am deeply pleased. They hold their high level service and the highest level of food they provide. You always win with this restaurant. Warmly recommended.

As always food was nice and as expected. We particularly like the cheesy bites crust. Staff in this restaurant are always incredibly friendly and very kind and welcoming to my boy, who has Tourette Syndrome. Many thanks :)

It's a chain of pizza restaurants nothing nasty the cookie desert is great unlimited soft drinks so great for family's or if you are driving

Only good for the buffet they provide and then again the selection of pizza is average including the salad bar.

Friendly staff and pizza up to their own standard. Not 5 stars as this is just another Pizza Hut. Also - make sure staff know what have you ordered as they have mixed up mine.

It was great, you have to order via your phone which takes a bit of getting used too but was nice.

I love this Pizza Hut restaurant as opposed to the rubbish excuse of a Pizza Hut delivery place in Rochester ( avoid like the plague-just read their reviews). This Pizza Hut is awesome-nice hardworking friendly staff, pizzas are also baked to pure Pizza Hut perfection....... Shame they don't deliver as they are a restaurant or collection place only-they take there time but omg well worth the wait-enjoy :-)

Omg I love it and because I have allergies they do me a special pizza and ferry nice desert
So I recommend you go there

Always had quick friendly service, clean loos....enjoyable place to eat.

Really good pizza and all you can eat salad is always a winner. Only thing stopping the 5 is that they got my order wrong a couple of times whilst I was in the actual restaurant (not online or phone order)

I love it! Absolutely perfect to go out with friends and family, we always go to Pizza Hut for my friends' birthday as well as mine.
