No one actually served us after seating us. Couldn't get anyone's attention to pull down the only blind that was up so the sun wasn't in mine and my son's eyes. After waiting 20 mins we decided to just have the buffet so we could actually eat some food and have a drink. Poor selection of pizza. Most trays were empty even though it was not busy. Obviously I had to go to the counter to pay as no one came to my table. He had no record of anyone on the table, so I explained why and he said " oh sorry I thought I saw you sitting there" but obviously didn't occure to him to actually check on us while we were there.
So disgusted with the lack of service!!!!!
