Attended a kids party, staff great and the food was good as well

One of the better Pizza Huts to go to imo. Food's great even after being left in boxes when taken home, staff are chill and there's a great atmosphere. Menu is a little convoluted sometimes but that's more of a problem for my old man than me.

Food was good had a long wait but manager very helpful and the stars are for his intervention and the way he resolved the problem.

Used to be much better. Not sure if recently changed management.

Great staff. However too many kids running riot for my liking. Food was ok

Friendly staff, good service. Shares a large car park out front with the other restaurants and shops at Dockside. Sometimes very busy but usually worth the wait to get seated.

The usual good quality pizza that you would expect from pizza hut.. Very friendly waitress.. Promptly served and well looked after during our stay. Would go again.

Quality of the pizzas here seems to have lowered over the years. Only sugar free drinks available on tap and you can only buy full fat drinks now in bottles at extortionate prices.

Warm and friendly, wasn't rushed and the staff was great.

Food like any other pizza hot. Gave 2 stars because: i had an offer from nectar to buy 1 pizza for 1000 points. I took 3. The manager have no idea about company business and offers. I had to pay for 2 of them even if i previously paid with nectar.

The food was much better than expected to be and I already had high expectations, there are multiple options for large or smaller meals which is perfect for what you desire

Nothing extraordinary, normal food place. I got stomach ache after. But not sure if its because of pizza or anything else apart didnt have it before eating. Good they introduced vegan options. Apart that cant really say anything else

Have been a few times and always enjoyed the experience. Because of covid it has changed dramatically. Hardly any choice on the menu and very overpriced for what it is now. Very disappointed with my last visit.

Very good service and pleasant staff. Only negative. Haven't been to Pizza Hut in a while and didn't realise how expensive it has become. Lovely place to dine

Can't beat pizza hut for a sit down pizza. Great friendly staff.

I go there a lot with the family as little treats and if it isnt too busy then it takes no longer than an hour from sitting down to leaving but its maily always busy. Poor staff. I would 100%reccomend it

Attended this Pizza Hut many times over the course of 2 - 3 years, a really nice and pleasant place to go and eat food with friends and family. Always went for the vegetarian options.

It's OK but buffet can get low at peak times and the last time I went it had lots of food on the floor and was not clean.

Food was great. We had the unlimited buffet only problem is you eat a lot . Brilliant, friendly service would recommend

Very well set up, sanitizer available when you arrive order on the app and food and drink brought to table

They also do ribs. Which is great as I'm lactose intolerance.

Not impressed with the new method to order food. Seems to miss off garlic bread from sides. Pizza was dry and not what I usually expect from a Pizza Hut. There were also some issues with our order. Staff friendly and the manager did manage to sort things out.

Had the buffet there was always plenty of food available and it was hot

Masks at the door told we did not have to use app but when trying to place order whilst wearing mask told you cant.

Great service from out waitress. Tables were sticky, likewise the seating. Not a major issue. Toilets could do with regular maintenance and air freshener.

Waiting long time with kids for pizza ,people came after us get served before ,staff says pizza still coocking in oven save us long wait hungry angry hangry ,,,,,,,,,

The lady that served us (red hair) sorry didn't remember the name was outstanding, genuine and very friendly. Had a fantastic time

Staff very pleasant but not pleased with quality of pizza's

It's been years since I've had anything from Pizza Hut after having a big argument with one of the branches over a delivery order after I had been ordering with them for years, so I thought I'd give them another shot by going into one of their restaurants but no change so I'm not going to give this place a good review as I was asked to leave after being seated and taken a drinks order, very unfriendly and rude.

Not recommending this place to anyone.

Food took ages to arrive. Manager was very dissociated with the customers. We asked why ita taken a while and we where kinda pushed aside and given the excuse for takeout orders. There was no "apologies for this we will take a look I to this for you" it seemed quite unwelcoming

Really nice place, very helpful and friendly staff, a bit noisy which made it a bit heard to hear the conversation I was having but worth a visit non the less

I went with the Mrs and toddler during the day, and it was a nice cheap lunch. I'll definitely be going again.
