Polite welcomed and hot food the only disappointing thing was the dessert its all chocolate.

Lovely little Hut! Staff very attentive and friendly. Salad always seems a lot fresher than other huts of been to.
Pizza was cooked to perfection and piping hot when brought to table and the flavoured drinks are a big plus too!

I just reminded myself why I avoid Pizza Hut - no seafood pizza option, no ability to add extra toppings to their speciality Flatbread pizza, LIMITED ability to add toppings to their standard pizzas (you can only add in multiples of 2 or 4 toppings), the pizza was extremely chewy...like it was dense or something...tasty though. I feel 3 stars is fair

Friendly staff. Average food. Hygiene is poor. Prices are too high for the kind of food on offer.

I tried this spot already with a friend and I am addicted since then. I liked the fantastic vibes and delicious dishes and drinks. Kudos.

A standard chain Pizza Hut, nothing special, but keeps the standard of other franchises.

It was so busy, but staff were quick, efficient and friendly, food was hot, fresh and very tasty, recommend it

The pizza is a little bit too much but it is very good (cheesy bites are the best ;D )

The waitress was amazing. We had 4 kids with us and she was very patient and understanding

The wait to get a seat was very reasonable, with the duty manager constantly keeping us updated on timescales. Once we got sat down the ordering process was easy and simple. Food took a little longer than expected to arrive, but not so long as to cause issues. Food good as usual :)

Very nice, wouldnt hurt lowering the music volume. Apart from that everything was great

Nothing to write home about though it is really overcrowded with students due to close proximity of the university.

The food quality is always good at Pizza Hut and the price you pay for it matches. The thing I really like about this Pizza Hut is the people there; I don't go here often, only when my family is driving my sister back to Uni - about 4 times a year - but all the times I've been here, they have always been genuinely nice, not just staff, but as people as well. For me, that's all I really look for.

Great customer service, Phoned in the morning and was told fully booked and just to pop in. On arrival was told no tables were free but if we ate within 11/2 they would squeeze us in. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Couldn t ask for more, especially in these current circumstances. Really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. A credit to your company.

Good service. Good pizza. Including takeaway. Sometimes can be a little noisy.

Well worth a stop. The staff are well friendly & extremely helpful. It's always very busy & the staff very busy but when they with you they make you feel like an important customer.

It's all changed now. Use to be really lively. I went and it was so boring and dull

Good reliable food, a little expensive but great for kids

Pizzas were slightly overly greasy but still tasted delicious. Although the restaurant was fairly busy, we didn't have to wait for a table. Waitresses were friendly, helpful and polite. Ideal place to eat before going to the cinema next door as the huge car park is free to use. Would eat here again.

Brilliant place for a lunch which is what we had, they do individual pizza or buffet. Friendly staff good place.

Would be 5 stars if they would just turn the music down so you could talk without having to shout

Several members of staff walked past us as we waited to be seated and the restaurant was at approx 30% capacity (on a Sunday). Staff rude when we asked to be seated as if it was our fault we where waiting. Drink machine running out of everything but fanta and pepsi (no flavours but lime). Out of several items on the menu. Expensive for what you get (this is just my opinion however). Ate very little and somehow all 4 of us (it was a double date) had stomach issues during the night and morning after. I wish I could say I was making this up. Pizza Hut will most likely ignore this review. See for yourself if you must.

Staff were top notch and could not want for a better service and the food was fantastic.

I like their desserts but the waitress was rude just because I tried to share my drink with my friend.

Went to the store at dockside and was very disappointed. The pizza looked like a Frisbee that had landed in the gutter, the tortilla chips were stale and the coleslaw definitely tasted shop brought. The app used for ordering didn't work, our sides that we ordered twice didn't show up. Will not be eating from any pizza hut again.

Had nice meals and quick service this evening. The host Rebecca was very friendly and welcoming. Food quality was also to a high standard.

Very child friendly. My daughter dressed pictures at home to bring to the staff. That is the impact they had on her.

The pizza was nice and our waitress was really good however at 1700 on a Sunday evening the place was a pit of feral children.

Love the fact that pizza hut now does vegan cheese on their pizzas although it would be helpful if they had an indication on their menu for any sides or deserts that are vegan

The best pizza I've ever eaten. My family agreed too. The base of the pizza was crispy but not crunchy, buttery but not oily and soft and fluffy on the inside. Garlic bread was the same too. Good service, manager was really helpful. Definitely looking forward to going again soon

Very poor visit. No hot drinks available. Cold plates .food wasn't particularly very hot anyway. No icecream not nice dessert looked like the edges of pizzas cut up and re warmed with sauce over them.

I went pre cinema with my wife and eldest son. We ordered three pizzas, one for each of us, the waitress read the order back as three pizzas from the tablet device the order was put onto.
Two pizzas arrived my wife's and sons, mine was late.....oh no it wasn't!! my one never appeared, the waitress when questioned said we only ordered two pizzas. She kept on tapping at her tablet as if to delete the third pizza, she then went to the manager where they seemed to conspier as to how to get out of this mess.
I asked to see the manager, she was flippant to say the least, I paid for one pizza and left. Terrible restaurant, we only gave it another chance over a year after a bad experience there, and they repeated there bad service.
Nandos next door is under refurbishment but when it's finished I'll be going there from now on.

Tried for the first time in a long time and found that the food and service was 1st class. This was at Dockside

Tastiest pizza i ever did eat in all my years. Not grotty at all, infact it was very clean and the staff where polite and friendly. Cannee wait to grace this fine hut with my presene again. Will bring all my pals next time.

The pizza was decent enough, but we ordered through the app and has to wait far too long to get our pizza. Apparently, they can't easily access details of your purchase even with the details they email you.

Good menu and choice but too damn expensive for pizza

Wouldn't want to go there when it was busy. One member of staff on floor taking orders. Which they didn't take well. Order extra for takeaway and even got that wrong. Manager didn't seem to be in the lop with her staff.

Used to love pizza hut... Not been for years and pizza was really disappointing! It was like a very cheap and boring frozen pizza!

Ridiculously high prices for garbage pizza nothing like the original in the States absolutely horrendous even the beers were astronomically priced how can I chain be so expensive plus they use artificial sweetener in a lot of their products which is dangerous to some people with allergies very very disappointed shame on you Pizza Hut why change a good thing when you got it

Shockin service. Desserts took that long to come out all the kids had done the ice cream bar 3 times each

Kids live this place and always well behaved here. So much choice and only place get free salad since harvester left medway.
