extremely poor service from the event managers and the entire staff. everything is over price for the lack of service and no communication.

Beds are very comfy. Stan checked us in and was very helpful and sent up some strawberries to our room. The rooms seemed very clean.

The property was beautifully designed, and the room was clean and spacious. There is both an a la carte restaurant as well as an affordable breakfast buffet (located inside the casino), and there was ample free guest parking available in the garage across the street.

Accommodation was good but restaurant was awful. Cold food and overpriced. Slow service. Sleep there but eat elsewhere.

Very clean and organized space. Staff was caring. The event had all the support from the hotel. The conference room was large, clean and organized too.

I needed a room For 2 nights last minute because the hotel I booked was terrible. They were extremely nice and helped me out. This hotel is beautiful, the food is great and the staff is top notch. I will definitely be staying here from now on.

Service very efficient and everything is very clean

Good cocktails and when it was realized we did not receive an item ordered, it was not only immediately send out but they very kindly comped it. Very unexpected but very kind and very appreciated. We would be back based on such gracious service and very good cocktails.

Conference rooms are good size and comfortable, lunch is good too.

Went here for a professional event. We had breakfast and lunch. The setting and food are very nice. I would definitely like to come again.

Clean hotel. Had a spacious room & the staff were polite & friendly.

20/20 mbps wifi. sub-par gym but was good enough. In room dining is quite good. The steak is amazing!

Went there for an educational hairdressing show. The hotel staff were very helpful, and the hotel itself was lovely.

Loved this hotel, was a fun stop for a concert on the mainland. The staff was super friendly, the room was nice and very clean and updated, and most of all the casino was a blast! Would stay here again for sure.

Went to have dimsum located next door at Grand Dynasty. Good food with good selection to choose from, spacious restaurant, service was good and price pretty reasonable. Lots of free parking available via the hotel.

Parking lot was big and room was good, too. There are a lot of people because there is a casino. Breakfast is on the second floor. There is Starbucks in the lobby.

Penthouse suite was very nice, well designed for entertaining small parties

The front desk staff seem to be a little detached from the guests that are staying there. The hotel is beautiful and would stay there again when I have the chance. Casino is right next door and if you're feeling lucky I'd give it a visit too.

1 is the minimum star otherwise i wouldnt even give them this. I got problems since the first time i stepped in. First she couldnt check me in without a credit card which is understandable. Second when checking in i had my friend do it and she made me go to my car and get my id. When i asked her if she needed to see my face she said have you never checked in at a hotel before do you not know what the procedures are. When i asked her name she mentioned she has no problem escalating to her manager. As if it makes no difference to her on her poor customer service. I have travelled many times and this is far the worst hotel ever. I would never stay here again. The girl checking us in was Gabriela Alves

We went during a soccer game so it was quite loud, and not so great for chatting with friends. The food was pretty good (I had the waffle and chicken sandwich), but our waiter wasn't around much, hence the 3 stars.

Good location with Grand Villa Casino as well as several restaurants including Japanese/sushi and Chinese options.

This hotel looks awesome from inside. I went there for Rogers event so was not able to go and check other parts. But the food provided was tasty and fantastic.

The Delta did a great job of hosting our wedding. We were looked after very well by Walter and his team. Would not hesitate to recommend this venue to others.

Very nice accommodations. Our room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. I appreciate that there is free parking in the garage across the street. All of the staff that we have interacted with have been superb.

Atlas Steak and Seafood @ the Delta Hotel is probably the best restaurant in Burnaby. Great service and great food.

I stayed at the Delta Burnaby Hotel and Conference Centre for 4 nights and overall I enjoyed my stay. My feedback goes as follow :

Pros :

- The lobby staff was very friendly and helpful. This is important to me and my needs were met.

- There's a Starbucks located in the lobby and I found it quite convenient since I could grab a coffee/breakfast as needed during my stay.

- A very quiet stay, I rarely heard anyone else on my floor and my sleep wasn't interrupted by anything outside my room.

- Room value was high. The room provided was spacious and I was provided with free coffee (2 sachets of both normal and decaf). The bed was huge and more important super comfortable! Getting quality sleep away from home is always a problem for those who travel and there was none to be found with the bed I was provided.

- Room service was top notch. My room was efficiently taken care of.

- Attached to the Hotel you'll find a casino and conference center. While I cannot speak of my experience of the conference center since I didn't attend it, I did visit the casino on several occasions! It was nice to spend an hour in the casino every night and enjoy a little bit of entertainment before heading up to my room. Felt like a mini-Vegas with the resto/casino/hotel experience.

- Many restaurant options like Edo (avoid the buffet in the Casino though! YUCK!)

- Quality Wi-Fi without issue. This is an asset to any company.

- Pricing is decent for what you get.

Cons :

- If there's one major negative here it would be the AC. There was another review that reflected this. The room AC is quite loud. Particularly the "turning on and off" sounds that jarred me away from my pillow every few minutes. Fortunately I found putting a pillow on top of the vent to minimize the air flow and leaving the AC on constantly on somewhat made it much more bearable with only the constantly low droning of a bad quality AC instead of having it start up and turn off every few minutes to keep temperature levels.. The AC needs improvement here.

- Slummy neighbourhood outside the hotel, I don't recommend long walks in this neighbourhood.

- The hotel elevator uses your room key and it doesn't work very good. Sometimes it won't acknowledge your card or you get it to read fast enough causing you to pulled away as another guest called the elevator. Annoying.

Overall, a good stay.

Kind staff considering they have difficult people to deal with on weekends and having a casino in the building. Everything you need for a quick stay is here. Quite enjoyable

This place was good. Room was clean and elegant. The only issue I had was the bed was a little firm for taste but other than that I would highly recommend.

Check-in was friendly and swift, room was clean and perfect temperature, RM 502 was right across the elevators so a bit noisy with traffic in the morning but otherwise the stay was comfortable and pleasant. Will return for sure.

Looks like a really nice hotel, I was here for a convention so did not have a room experience.

Can't help but smell the cigarette smoking from the casino crowd.

Such an awesome place to stay. It's right on top of the casino and has so many restaurants to go eat. The biggest minus is that the fitness center

Attended a wedding in their ballroom, and got to see their hotel rooms as well. Very helpful and friendly staff, and the venue looked beautiful. Would definitely hold my own event there one day.

I had a great time at this hotel. the rooms were clean and well maintained. the room was spacious. the front lobby staff were knowledgeable and was able to give me good recommendations about the surrounding aRea. there is ample parking at this location and it's easy to find.

We went for a meeting but it was canceled so didn't stay long. Lobby is beautiful though, Starbucks in the lobby which is awesome

Excellent location and services including parking and WiFi as well as complementary Shuttle bus to malls (works well to bring spouse along to conference)

Was there for a conference. Staff were courteous and unintrusive, prompt to clean. Great event over all. Buffets were kept full and refreshed in a timely manner.

Nice hotel in general, hot water issues though during my stay, also for my colleagues staying in other rooms. Needed to let the water run for 10 minutes before getting any hot water. Sometimes the water was getting lukewarm at best. But still a good stay in general.

Attended a wedding in one of the large banquet halls. Other than the cheese bar not being replenished quickly enough, service was excellent

Very professional, staff was VERY helpful. I will be sending in a letter of appreciation with names of staff that made my stay very warm and friendly, and knowing I was in a safe environment.

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms, parking and casino are a bit of a walk from the hotel elevators. Starbucks in the lobby & 3 good restaurants. Hot tub area could use improvement.

Went for the buffet breakfast, was thoroughly impressed. I was also surprised to learn there's actually two separate buffets at the casino. Take your pick they are both awesome!

The staff we're exceptional. They made extra effort to make our anniversary special by treating us to dessert on them. They also made sure that our questions were answered and our needs met.

Great hotel. Spent a few days on the 17th floor with my family and had a wonderful time. Staff is friendly and rooms are very comfortable.
