We ate at Grand Dynasty restaurant. The food was above average but could have been better for the price. It was uncomfortably hot in the restaurant.

I went to the Atlas steak restaurant. Service was great, the food was fine and there was nothing wrong but wasn't anything special. In other words I wouldn't go back again. If you're staying near the hotel then Atlas wouldn't disappoint, but there's no reason to go out of your way to eat there.

Clean, Crisp, Kind, and Pest free employees. $2 each extra I believe to add to our room bill for a smorgasbord of everything breakfast in the am before check out! Super del-ish!

Although it's not riddled with fan fare, this casino/hotel/conference center is clean and has very friendly staff. I would recommend them as a place to host a medium size work event.

Nice hotel-especially for the price. Stayed here with friends for a few days to check out Vancouver. It's like a 25 minute drive from the airport and like 15-20 minute drive from downtown Vancouver. The casino was ok but was just a bonus. We didn't stay there for that. Front desk was helpful and nice. Everyone in Vancouver was nice. Rooms were clean and beds and pillows were comfortable. Shower pressure was on point. No complaints. Would recommend.

The public areas were surprisingly dated given the renovated interior. The bed is not the most comfortable though, and the curtains were not able to maintain a blackout in the morning, which I consider to be the number one feature of any hotel.

They were friendly at the desk and had some good recommendations for things to do around the area. There is a shuttle that goes from the hotel to Metrocity. We ended up taking it and it was really enjoyable and convenient. The hotel was very nice and I would recommend it.

Recently renovated, amazing staff and Atlas Steak and Seafood fantastic. If you enjoy gambling, the Grand Villa Casino is attached and also has additional food and beverage options.

I organized our company Christmas party at this hotel and have nothing but good things say about the staff in the hotel and restaurant (EBO). For our room bookings my contact was *******. Via email he was great to work with. When I was checking into my room he happened to be working the check in desk and was just as good to work with in person. He even sent a little gift to our room. I also had the same great service from ****** in the EBO restaurant. For my needs she went over and beyond to insure we had a great experience. I would also like to mention the rest of the staff in the restaurant as well. The servers were very attentive and friendly. The kitchen staff did a great job, the food was awesome. Out of 48 meals cooked 42 of them where steaks and all cooked to perfection. The timing on the meals being served was great and as expected.

Great service, fairly nice rooms, subpar food for the price.

First off, the location was freeway close. That helped us. The staff was ever so helpful and they suggested many places to go to and see. The room we were given was very quiet, even if it was close to the ice machine. It was a very goood value.

A little difficult to find and a lack of public parking in the area.

Convenient location and good service for business lunches and other business gatherings

For the purpose of having a conference at this location, it was great. For traveling downtown or other areas of the city, not so great. Accomadating staff and mediocre rooms. Small bathrooms and stiff beds. Overall, great for attending a conference.

Celebrated a belated valentine's day here. The rooms were very clean and nice, service was quick, they were very accommodating of special requests. The restaurant inside was wonderful. We will be staying at the Marriott in the future

Good service and decent accommodations. Executive suites were impressive. Casino buffet was unimpressive and the hotel breakfast buffet was cold on day one. However, lunch and dinner buffets were hot and tasty. Dessert options could also be improved but not the fresh baked apple turnover. It was super crispy, flaky, warm and tasty!

Good venue to host the wedding banquet and for a huge event and good space and very good food

Homeless people wander around all night, and management care less for the security of their guests.

Great experience at this hotel using my Suite Night Rewards. Although we didn t get to enjoy the casino, we did enjoy some of the restaurants and the Bar Staff was amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

I would give them a zero star if I could. They have no concept of customer service. They stick you with charges from policies that they do not explain to you or make you aware of just so they can get more money out of you. Do not book with this organization or chain.

Rooms were clean, service was friendly, atmosphere was fun. Food was tasty albeit pricey.

The conference centre was very roomy and bright making it a very comfortable space for our seminar. The breakfast buffet offered a selection of items, which was well-received by our guests.

Stay here every time I m in Burnaby. Great service! Great beds! If you have Marriott status there no lounge. But it s not needed. They treat you right without it.

This review may somewhat be biased as we checked in only for 1 night and were immediately upgraded to penthouse suites. One of the best rooms we've ever stayed in all the way on their top floor (21st floor I believe). Upgrade included executive breakfast on the 20th floor which is sort of hot but another full hot buffet style breakfast was available downstairs on the main restaurant level. Hotel has a casino, never went but heard great things!

Location is excellent for me. Reasonably close to quite a few businesses. Rooms are pretty standard but modern. Good selection of restaurants due to the casino
