My wife and I love staying here. This is our 3rd time. Staff is awesome and friendly. They are very accommodating with our dog. The restaurants in the hotel are amazing. It is a perfect location for us. Can't think of a better place to stay.
Attended a professional event at the hotel. Found it conveniently located. There is Starbucks in the lobby. Courteous and friendly front desk service. Convenient although somewhat limited parking at the South side of the building.
At Grand Villa Ballroom for a wedding reception. Servers were pleasant. Food was good. Buffet tables could have been placed away from the service room.
Samantha at guest services check in counter was super efficient and friendly. Food in hotel was amazing!! Rooms were simply decorated, clean with comfy bed. Free parking
I recently had dinner at Atlas Steak + Fish. The food was amazing and the service was top notch. If you're looking for a place to go to have good food, I'd recommend giving Atlas a shot.

The place is very clean and very designer.
The rooms are clean and stylish (according to standard Business type rooms). They have all the amenities (coffee makers, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc.)
The shower has a REAL shower head with adequate pressure and temperature.
It should be noted that the hotel has a casino which creates a certain traffic, but does not detract from the tranquility.
There is also a Starbucks coffee shop at reception.
45 minutes from the Airport +/- $ 65 by taxi
40 minutes from downtown Vancouver.
30 minutes from Granville
A shuttle is also available to take you to the Sky Train.
Great hotel...will definitely be back. Really enjoy the live entertainment.
Been to the Delta Conference centre for many events, with many including dinner. What really stood out this time was I hosted a small seminar and the when coordinating with the host staff I found them to be very attentive and accommodating. I had a projector that had to be set up a certain way and staff was able to quickly find the right table setup to make it work. Food quality and table side manner was also top notch. Keep up the great work.
In Burnaby on business, appreciated the location, free parking, and if I had any free time, the attached casino.

We have stayed a few times now and it's pretty straightforward service and accommodating of changes and requests. Since it was only for a night that we stayed, we were very happy with the size of the room.
Early Saturday and midday Saturday parking in the garage is easy and close. Saturday night be prepared to hunt for a space. The room was clean and the customer service is outstanding. The buffet in the adjoining casino has small selections but cheap. The room has a shower. My critique is the water pressure isn't that great, it's just ok. I really enjoy how everything is non smoking including the casino. There's a safe in the room and the upper floors include bottlerd water. Be careful not to put your room key near your cellular as it will deactivate. I learned the hard way. The views aren't that great but the hotel and casino are very clean and kept.
The food at the restaurant was amazing, service good, overall everything was fantastic

Went for dinner at Ebo on valentine's day and it was great! Steaks were perfect and the dessert was an experience. You have to try the sundae surprise.
Attended a meeting which was held here. Very big room, very clean and overall just pleasant. Easy to find the room and washrooms were close by and very clean
We had the firenze and the venezia rooms for our company christmas party. Good food, good drinks, good people made for a good night.
A good hotel overall. They forgot housekeeping on one of the days of our stay, but they quickly responded to our complaint. Beds are good and our room was relatively quiet.

First time staying in a Delta Hotel and from online check-in, Titanium requests & upgrade, to our free breakfast it was outstanding. The person who handled my requests and upgrade was superior. Hotel was well kept and everyone was exceptionally friendly. Parking is free but a little cockeyed in parking convenience.
The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We didn't have a reservation and there was no problem's finding us a room for the night. Dinner in the casino buffet was delicious. The roast beef was amazing. Very good experience overall, will stay here again.

Stayed with my family with three rooms booked. Comfortable and pretty much a luxurious stay. Good location - easy to get around or to Vancouver outskirt attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful at all levels. Saving this location for future visits.

Great hospitality, good price for the facilities offered. It is also in a convenient location for me to be able to access both Surrey & Vancouver.
Mr Ram was very helpful to me at check in, addressing the plethora of questions I had. He also went above & beyond and provided me with a few complimentary treats at the end of my stay which I thought was an incredibly nice touch to mark the end of my stay.
I will visit this hotel again when booking business trips in the area, thank you!

I had a horrible experience at a previous hotel chain and needed a room ASAP and Ricardo at the Burnaby location was absolutely stellar, his service was exactly what I would have expected from a 5star, his pride in his work really shows. The hotel s standards were above par, The rooms were absolutely spotless! I ve been a housekeeping supervisor on and off seasonally for almost 20years at a very prestigious hotel and resort here in B.C., so I am EXTRA picky when it comes to rooms ( I strip them and clean them before I will stay in them majority of the time ) But when I walked in (they had been open 2 days post Covid) and wow

The Grand Villa Penthouse was just astonishing with beautiful decor and views. The service was extremely prompt and gracious. A special shout out to Khristine who made my visit especially memorable.
This place was really not great. No hot water???? Really ???? Closet door falling off. Offered a free breakfast as an apology and then was charged for it. Will stay elsewhere. Dinner at Atlas was good though.
Entertainment for adults. The casino has to be the big draw for this hotel. The rooms are fair on the Delta scale. The area is quite removed from other amenities.. ie not many restaurants in walking distance, but the buffet isn't too expensive.
Gorgeous lobby. Hotel is connected to a casino. Staff was warm and inviting. Room had more space than expected after looking at some online photos. The bathroom was tiled and looked great. No safe in room. Has a closet, mini fridge, single cup coffee maker and a large tv.
Excellent!!! Room was great, service was fantastic and the food was outstanding!!!! However, there are no retail store to buy incidentals anywhere close!

Honestly the room was good. I was very turned off by the "public facilities" as they call them. The hot tub had cigarette butts in it which I did not notice until after getting in. Being that it was one of the main reasons we came here. I'm not happy they charged $240 a night and I came out of the hot tub smelling like an ash tray. We went in there in the late morning too, it's not like we went when there are drunk people there at that time. Totally ruined a birthday present for my other half. Thanks a lot delta for not wanting to do anything about it. Public facilities was their excuse for the place being a mess.
I did not stay overnight, but visited the casino. Service was decent, security was cheerful and talkative.
Everything was tidy and clean. Internet connections we're better than most, and they offer wired connection as well. A wonderful place to bunk down if your in Burnaby.
