Excellent value! Very good customer service. Ask for the Executive Level rooms on the 18th floor which include breakfast and late afternoon hors d'oeuvre and refreshments.

Beautiful Hotel, great staff. A bit on the expensive side. Very light scented bedsheets and room, which is great if you are sensitive to scented products and smells. A good surprise!

Very helpful and accommodating front desk. Room attendant left me with a new tooth paste seeing that mine was almost used up.

Good hotel with Casino on the 2 and 3rd floors. Eso restaurant had a nice lunch menu.

This hotel has definitely exceeded our expectations. Rooms are very clean, updated. Beds are comfy. The hotel is located in a casino so the lobby and general areas tend to be busy. That bring said those areas are really nice. Special note about the staff here, namely Dexter. He is absolutely wonderful. Made our check in breezy and he was so so nice to my mom and I. The day after our check in we came back to the room to find a gift basket of snacks and drinks with a personalized note from him as he remembered what we were in town for. We thought this was great and not something we have ever gotten in a hotel before. Overall, very happy with our stay here, would recommend.

It's good hotel just beside the highway. If you love gambling then more stars has a casino in the building. 10 mins drive to one of the biggest mall ( metrotown mall) burnaby.

Very disapointed for the cost. We got to our room and it smelled musty and like someone was smoking in it. It was a handicap room also.
We were moved to a new room that was identical, and smelled clean, but no cable. Someone came Nd fixed that. We went out for a few hours and came back to a party next door. It went on til 4am. Even with ear plugs, you could hear the noise. next door, not happy...

Somehow out first night booking was not reserved but the staffs (customer service manager Victoria) were very helpful and friendly. We returned to the hotel the second night and enjoyed it. The hotel is new. Room is spacious and well equipped. Beds are comfortable.

Solid hotel. I chose it as a newer member of the Marriott family and was impressed with the staff, even though their entire registration system was down. They handled it perfectly. I'll stay here again when in the region.

Staff were friendly and the catering for our event was amazing. Food was delicious and the servers were deliteful and on their toes all night! The conference rooms and facilities were clean and impressive. Highly recommend.

The staff are great and worked to ensure the stay was good. An issue arose when we found a moth in our room; and they sent a nice gentleman up with a vacuum to take care of it. Overall, a good time at the hotel.

We like going to the Grand Dynasty restaurant for dinner. It is located conveniently close to Hwy 1, there's ample parking, the restaurant is clean and the service is good. They offer an extensive selection of authentic chinese food which are both good in taste and presentation.

Pretty good hotel with good stuffs. Rooms seems to be little bit aging but they got the new televisions which can stream you smart devices over the tv. Unfortunately the longe was under renovation so there were no longe access for the elite members. If you looking forward to that remember call in to confirm if they reopened or not.
Have access to the casino. Not a big fan of gambling, so that wasn t getting any bonus points for me.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff is really nice and accommodating, the staff at the front desk and at Villa Bistro. Our requests were handled promptly with smiling faces. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. Kids liked the complimentary cookies and milk :)

The hotel is joined with the Grand Villa Casino which offered free parking. We were there for a conference in one of their ballrooms which were very elegant and upscale. Catering service was good and what you would expect at a professional conference.

The rooms are really nice and the staff are really great. I stayed overnight for a professional event and they take really good care of us for the event. Food was also excellent

Had a great time here for a work thing. The room was clean. Bed was comfy. Coffee was watery but I made it so I might have done something wrong. Shower was a combo of hot and cold, so I let it warm up a while but it fluctuated every time a toilet flushed I think. Never saw the casino, didnt use the gym.

Stop is very friendly and very attentive to our needs in general. Coffee at times were not always refilled in the banquet room and was at sometimes lukewarm.

Usually when I travel I stay at comfort inn, holiday inn, Sheraton etc but this is the first time here and I absolutely love it.
Not just the hotel but the area it s in.
The room itself is very clean. Very comfortable. Has a big smart tv in the room. Had PROPER cream for the coffee, not just the powdered non dairy stuff.
Over all, little things add up and matter lol.
I would definitely stay again!

Our room is very nice. The bed is comfy. Everything is clean. My only complaint is the bathroom is not the most optimal. The pressure of the shower head is weak, which was a problem for me because I have really long, thick hair, so it took longer then it should have to wash my hair. The toilet paper is in a horrible location, you have to twist your body to get it. Other then those things, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Nice, comfortable hotel. Restaurants quite pricey, but not unexpected. Nice amenities within walking distance.

Stayed here whilst on a course for work. I was impressed overall. If I was to point out any glaring negative, it would be the location. There is not much within walking distance of the site. Though if one has a vehicle, Metrotown is just a quick 5 to 10 minute drive south down Willingdon.

Had the Thanksgiving buffet at Ebo restaurant everything was great, especially the fresh hand-made rotti!!!

Went to the Chinese restaurant there. Food was solid. Service was decent

Our room here was very nice and had a balcony that overlooked everything from the 19th floor. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room, but the time we did spend made it well worth the price of the room.

Very comfortable, clean rooms. The staff is kind, considerate, and maybe the best we've ever encountered. Pauline at the front desk is amazing. She checked us in and gave us a coupon for a free Sundae Surprise at ebo. The next day she sent chocolate covered strawberries to our room for no reason other than to go above and beyond to make sure our stay was better than ever. We will stay here every time we come to Vancouver.

Very beautiful suite, seperated gym bathroom so you can have a shower/do whatever by yourself after you work out. Right beside the casino which is very convenient.

I was here for a conference. The ballrooms are great, technology solutions are top notch and the food served was fresh and innovative. I recommend this facility for any of your conferencing needs.

Dining at Altas and steak. Amazing atmosphere with live piano. Great food. However serivce a little slow and not too attentive.

The location is a bit out of the way but overall it was fairly good there. Went there for dinner for a banquet. Overall it was a good experience.

Attended a conference here. Good news there's a Starbucks. Bad news it closes by 5 so no where close to get tea. Not a good place for kids as the only restaurant with good hours is in the casino. Not a great location unless you are coming to gamble.

Rachel at front desk was a delight. She was very professional and efficient. My grand-aunts are in town and are staying here. Rachel offered them additional water bottles which was very thoughtful of her. The room is amazing and they commented on how nice and clean it was.
