Unprofessional, uncaring and treat staff horribly. The floor staff are very nice but that's where the hospitality stops.

As an individual who works in a health care environment myself, I have never seen seen such an exceptional group of staff. I am sad for the fact that every time I have needed to visit Australia I have had to come due to a death in the family, I am delightful though that my mother was taken care of, in no other better way than this wonderful place had to offer. I have come to know that this facility is going through an inspection/accreditation of some sort and I for one who have stood these events have a clear understanding of how these things work, I wish I could be there to support. I am certain that the staff and the facility will sail through this event with flying colors. With the short amount of time to get to know the wonderful staff I would like to extend my gratitude to Ms Mary, Ms. Shannon, Mr. Robert, Bridget and Pam, and Ms. Jenny who I have also come to know that she went out of her way to accommodate my mother's needs.
