wish i could give them no stars they are not what they say they are and they lied to me about my aid pay when i got with them they told me she would get paid one thing but then they paid her a 1.50 less then what they told me then on top of that that dont pay her when she suppose to got to find someone else to be with and the staff is rude and talk to me and my aid with such disrespect that i am thinking of going some where else just to sick to keep dealing with this

Although I have never worked here or been a client here myself, everyone that I know that's either worked here or been a client of this business have nothing but negative things to say about this place, which is mostly due to the lack of communication. If you say that you're going to call someone back, DO IT!! Ifvyou don't, it just simply shows that you have terrible communication skills, which isn't a good way to run a business at all

The worst place to work. They never answer the office phone. They give you the run arounds about your money when its time to get paid. I will never refer a friend.

I was a Intake Coordinator at Agape and I was just unjustly fired for no reason at all today. I honestly felt like this was a Heaven sent position and that this could be a place that I could grow and excel. I was praised for doing a good job within my very brief stay there and all of that changed on today. I pray that Ann Klesmit is seen for who she truly is. AGAPE means LOVE & I most certainly did not receive that on today. Thank you all for the brief opportunity, thank you for letting me lead prayer before. I looked forward to that everyday when I arrived and I pray for continued success for your company even after I was falsely accused and mistreated on today. I still wish you all the best & I forgive every person that took part in what occurred today. (Psalm 43:1) I would not recommend that anyone works under the management of Ann Klesmit after what happened to me on today. I was told to talk to Mr. Daniel's and I did and according to Ann Klesmit he agreed with her to fire me as well. I've never experienced something like this before in my entire life. This this really hurt my spirit but, James 1:2-4 (God will make a way for me & my family)

Agape is great Tonte and Christine at the front desk are friendly and welcoming every time I come in the office!

I'm really getting fed up with this company just because its a weekend don't mean workers don't need their money we have bills that are set to be paid on payday. Agape you guys have to do better this is ridiculous. #WHERES MY MONEY IT IS PAYDAY.

The ladies at the front desk have been absolutely amazing! They are always so helpful in the 12 years that I've been with the company.

I have had my daughter on a Waver program for a number of years and have always used Agape. As a busy professional and mother I usually find consistency.with all in-home and outside providers to be the most beneficial to my busy family. Hence, my logic and down-fall for remaining with Agape for so long. My daughter has had Equine Therapy on her service plan for two years (maybe more) and the service has NEVER been provided. Just from July 18, 2017 - 12/13/2017 I sent 7 e-mails to the Program Director, the person "IN CHARGE" of securing services for Waiver programs regarding an Equine Therapy Provider 20 minutes from our home. I provided Agape all contact information, all qualifying information, website link, the owners name of the business, direct e-mail, etc...the only step Agape needed to make was that of contact. I had already done ALL the leg work. In my quest to secure services for my daughter I became very well acquainted with the owner of the Equine Therapy practice and we would frequently connect in hopes of communication from Agape but there was only silence. However, Agape did try to send us to a location 44 minutes in one direction and another 55 minutes in one direction. It is now 6/7/18 and the excuses by the Program Director for non-compliance and broken promises have not ceased. My daughter is heartbroken because of Agape she will likely not have Equine AGAIN this summer. My household has no experience with the home health side of Agape, just the waiver side and payroll side. Our experience is payroll has resolved a good number of their past issues but run from the service side. The lady is very nice, maybe just really overworked. She is required to secure ALL Waiver services AND drive all over the place for ALL required EOY meetings etc... but your loved one should not have to pay the price for a lack of staffing if that is the issue. Agape has the motto that love never fails. As adults, we know love alone is not enough. Everything takes more than love, it takes work too. Agape, can't see your loved one cry from their home office in Mesquite and I haven't stayed on their back because I've nothing better to do and yet, all my work because I do love her has failed her through Agape. For those of you looking for an agency to provide services or get paperwork to your case-manager on time for your plan year Agape has never been able to fit the bill for us. Agape always blames the issue on your service providers but the truth is in the mound of paperwork and dated by the fax and e-mails.

Suzie and her staff are professionals and really do care about the folks they take care of. This is an excellent business!

The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and informative (Tonte and Chris) in helping me get things done.

This is the worst place to work!!!!! they never pay you on time an they are cross and rude. They dont care about their attendants at all. When you call in to speak to payroll about when you will get paid they are rude and give u the run around especially Courtney he is always rude

I have been with Agape for several years and starting with the staff they are attentive, friendly and very responsive to patients and every time I ask or have a need it is resolved in the best way.
My respects for this great company.

I didn't like the fact that they don't make them selves responsible for paying the overtime that the employees work. They are very unorganized, i was robbed of nearly $600 simply because they didnt take the time,responsibility or interest to communicate and explane to me how the comoany works i worked hours for them for free i had so much trouble contacting them...this is just such a horrible experience with this company. I dont recommend working at agape at all.

Went to the EEOC today and I will not stop until I get justice for Ann Klesmit unjustly firing me! Thank God for praying & wisdom filled parents. Write up your false warnings & lies Ann! You said 4 of my co-workers did not like me! I asked them (You lied) You said I was using foul language & it s on tape! I asked to see the tape! (Another lie) You said you have their statements in writing! (Another lie) I asked for a meeting with you & the four people you claimed felt this way & was denied that option. I asked for a reason why I was being terminated & that reason is still unclear. This was all because told Megggie I was going to ask you for a job description & y all talked about it amongst each other. It was a target on my back way before I arrived on Friday but GOD will prevail! I wouldn t recommend that ANYONE works for this company until they weed those devils out!!! AGAPE but what type of LOVE was I shown???

Christine and Ms.Tonte are a great asset to Agape. They are always so very helpful, kind and polite. I've been working for Agape for 2 years and these ladies have really been sweet to me. I can always count on them.

I would not recommend working for this company. I was a employee for 10 years and I only received one$0.10 raise. I have taken care of my client for over 12 years. This company does not care about their employees maybe the ones in the office but not the ones out in the field. and then they have the nerve to rate our services how we take care of our clients and they have no clue what we do. I would not recommend at all to work for agape home health Care. Cuz you will not make enough money to pay your bills this place is a joke. Oh and by the way I was only making $8.10 an hour. That is ridiculous...

This by far is one of the worst companies I have worked for. Be employee or be patient, no besides the front office answers the phone and good luck getting a call back. They do not respect nor treat their employees the way they should be the least of standards. I have been in my profession for years and get paid barley more then minimum wage here. My last pay I was shorted over 80 +hours of work... Yes they fixed it but I had to take the extra time of my day to drive all the way there to pick up the check from their huge mistake. My advice is do not work here and do not put our elderly and disabled people with a company that cares about no one but the checks they get from the insurance companies. Out o feveryone in the horrible company that emost helpful was Tonte Bellah. Not only did she help me with getting my pay right but she also ANSWERED the phone.

Martha is very helpful and she always goes the extra mile when it comes to helping. The young lady at the front desk Christine is very sweet and helpful as well.

I am appaled at the complete lack of communication from this company. I worked here briefly as a caregiver. They gave me the wrong time for my start date, constantly told me they'd call me & didn't, and one day, my client had to go to the hospital. The agency told my client to call me & let me know, which is against company policy. So, I showed up to my client's house, not knowing that I wasn't supposed to be there that day, and the agency basically said they forgot to call me. Idk how this company stays in business when they completely lack badic communication skills. Btw, before y'all (the owner of this company) try to say that you don't have any record of me in your system, I have all my text messages to back up everything my review says. Btw, this is the exact reason why I quit BEFORE I decided to not show up at a client's house. Nothing that you say will ever change that fact. I have texts saved that back up that statement as well, so you can stop pointing fingers at me and actually OWN UP to your horrible business practices

Tonte and chris are great help at the front desk wonderful women.

The front desk representative lady named Christine is very caring. She embraces all kind of people with her smile. Christine is attentive to an individual needs. She is very helpful.

Another wonderful front desk representative lady named Gloria. She is a very thoughtful person. She takes your requests into consideration. Gloria is very polite when I talk to her over the phone.

The staff at Agape go above and beyond to make what is a difficult time a little less stressful. The Nurses are amazing and were able to explain everything that was going on in terms I could understand. I'm so very thankful for them.

I've been with Agape for 15 yrs, ( 15 yrs in Oct), Agape has been a very excellent and family orient company!! When my dad got terminally ill (cancer), if I needed to leave to go to the hospital, the company would let me leave, or needed time off, I was able to do so, then my mother got terminally ill with cancer, she was receiving pt on the medicare side, Otis Autry was the pt therapist for my mother, he did a wonderful job with her, even when she was cranky and grouchy, he still stuck with her and kept on going!. It's been a wonderful place to work at and I'm sure for many more yr's to come!.

I used Agape for my father a few years back and am in need of in-home personal care now for my mother. Will I call Agape? Absolutely not. With my father, aides showed up late and sometimes not at all and when they did show up, the were lazy lazy lazy. We did have a couple of aides that were OK but the vast majority were not. Agape obviously has gotten too big to properly staff employees who are competent and caring.

I have been working with Agape for almost 5 years now and I am thankful for this company for allowing me to grow I have learned so much. I recommend friends and family to Agape.

My experience with Agape Home Healthcare is that it is a network of caring professionals that go the extra mile to help people with health issues have a better day. I have seen the attendants, nurses, physical therapists and more bring a smile and a loving touch to someone in need everyday. There is also a big office team dedicated to getting the services to the clients and supporting the medical team in the patient/client homes. Together the medical staff and office staff create the best home health team in the Metroplex. Thanks for all you do.

I don t know what type of scams this place is is running but I asked for a paycheck stubs they don t want to give them I ve asked for employment verification forms they don t want to fill them out then they always give you the runaround about your money when it s time to get paid like nobody works for free I feel like this company should be investigated

I give agape 1 star and the reason why it because had a call from them a month ago and said was getting back with me in a week to take care of the rest info. so my dad can be taking care of. Here is and no calls .... I called 3 times the resp. Keep saying his name is not on her system and keep transferring me to Barbara I leave a message and she never returned my calls. Very poor communication

Came back to work for them after 2 or 3 years away.. Got hooked up immediately.

When we first got with Agape it was a nightmare. It was time or my review and I had to contact them. I never got a call or email back. Then Michelle Smith came along and saved us. She has been noting short of amazing to us. I am giving 5 stars because she deserves it, but if I was to rate before her it would be a negative 10.

I have worked for the company for 3 years and the management is more than amazing. They are always willing to work with you and are very understanding in any situation that you may be in. It is a company that has allowed me to grow and learn so much in the short time that I have worked there. I would have never thought that a front desk receptionist job would lead me to where I am today. I will always be grateful to the company and its management for being so compassionate and understanding in times of need. Agape is always involved in the community and will always do what they can for others. It has been a blessing to work for such a loving company.

I give my direct supervisor Ann Klesmit a 10 out of 5 star rating. Ann is one of the most intelligent people I have ever worked with. Ann is beyond fair in her treatment of her fellow team mates. Ann has been a god send to Agape, providing opportunities for growth while allowing for human imperfection. I have never had a more compassionate and caring supervisor.Working with Agape you are a team. You are never made to feel you are just a number or just an employee, you are treated like a member of a family !
I have seen what kind, giving and caring agency Agape is. They go above and beyond for both the patients and the staff. They have proven themselves by showing the essence and spirit of Agape love in their dealings with people. I know personally they have provided patients with services, food, DME, and extra services without anything in return, no payment other than a heartfelt thank you. I am honored to work here .

I'm giving a 5 star review because of the wonderful service I have gotten through Martha. She is a beautiful spirit, full of kindness and compassion while maintaining a professional attitude. I will miss her so much. I have also had a great experience with the others in the office and would recommend Agape to anyone. Thank you Agape, for 5 wonderful years and counting.

I gave Agape Home Health a 1 star only because this was the only way that I could give my review. Otherwise, I would give them a flat ZERO! Those past or present employees of Agape Home Health who have pay issues, contact the Labor Board. Where people go wrong is not having INTEGRITY which is doing the right thing when nobody's looking, not being afraid to speak up and out. But remember, always stay mature and professional and KNOW your RIGHTS. Agape is a Greco-Christian term referring to love, "the highest form of love, charity" and "the love of God for man and of man for God". We can fool man, but we can NEVER fool God. (Proverbs 15:3) says, "The eyes of the LORD are in every place, beholding the evil and the good." Deuteronomy 32:35 tells us that vengeance belongs to the Lord and (Ephesians 6:12) says, For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the DARKNESS of this world, against spiritual WICKEDNESS in high places. Don't render evil for evil. YOU won't be blessed; pray and ask God to help you FIRST to Not have any hatred or anger for your fellow man and watch God move. Then you'll be able to pray for your enemies and you'll begin to have peace. Before you know it, God has worked IT out for you won't know when, where or how. All you'll know is that HE worked it out. The people are rude ! Been trying to get mother go with someone else finally today did it.They believe everything aids say it's ridiculous the girl wasn't worth a s___ anyway never picked a broom never took out trash.She told my mother she would not bathe her untill Price is Right goes off then give her bath and sit down watch soaps untill time to go.

RUN from this company! They never answer the phone, respond to emails or help you after you sign up. You are on your own if need anything! They even forgot to pay the workers twice!

Love Never Fails - what an accurate description for the many wonderful people at Agape Home Healthcare!

My experience with Agape has been great from the start of my service. The Community Service Coordinator was at my side to comfort me when I went into the hospital. When I came home, Home-care was there from the beginning to care for me and make the transition easier. The Attendance Coordinator stayed on top of things and made sure someone came to my home a few days a week to help me bathe, dress and keep my home a safe place. The RN who came in a few days a week to take my vitals was so nice and compassionately listened to me talk about all my aches and pains. My Physical Therapist helped me get my legs back and learn how to keep my muscles strong. I do not even have to use my walker now! The whole Agape team assigned to me stayed on top of my care and helped me regain my independence. For this I am so grateful!

Agape staff showed me love, compassion and gave me great professional service. I have recovered enough to not need their help right now, but am glad to have made some awesome friends along the way. They love you, and you end up loving them. If I had to rate Agape Home Health Care a rating (1 not good and 10 as very good), I'd give them a 10+ and would never hesitate to use Agape again or recommend them to family or friends in need. LOVE NEVER FAILS, indeed.

I hope I don t need help again in my future, but if I do, Agape is the first place I ll call. Thank you for all you've done to make this a better life for me.

My father in law is a former client of this establishment. There were several instances where yall were supposed to call him and never did. The complete lack of communication on behalf of this establishment is appaling!! I would gladly give this place ZERO stars if I was able to do so

I've have been trying to get a return call from almost a month from Ashley. I do not recommend using the service.

No urgency or real concern when my Moms attendant doesn't show up! Its been 8 visits missed since last week as of today!!! The 3rd time she's gone days to weeks without care. They say they'll "try to find someone " and call me back....... NEVER call back with an explanation or solution. They don't ever consider how much of an impact this has on my Mother, physically and emotionally. This company has been unreliable, unprofessional, UNcompassionate the entire year we've used them! If they truly cared, they'd show up themselves to give her a bath and cook her a meal! I can't imagine how many others who may be worse off than my mother, are being neglected and have noone else to depend on. Shame on them!

8/15/18: one day after this review my Mother was contacted and Agape went out of their way to meet her needs and get her back on track. She now has a WONDERFUL attendant who shows up and takes great care of her! She is Godsent, my Mother says. I thank God and Agape for making everything right for my sweet Mom.

Cheryl Kirkwood is the dumbest person I ve ever encountered in my life. She should be fired she is so unprofessional. If I could rate this company a 0 I would. She is so ugly I m not sure how God himself could create a creature so hideous. I truly believe that she is a demon trapped on earth trying to wreak havoc across humanity.

I will be celebrating my 13th year anniversary as a Field supervisor at Agape Home Health this year. Prior to joining this great Agape family, I worked in government, and private sectors in different capacities. These 13 years have gone by so fast because it is by far the greatest place I have worked. A family owned business whose proprietors Pastor Daniel Shaji, and his wife Shiney Shaji have shown deep care to the clients, the employees, and to the community. Pastor Shaji, and Mrs Shaji have made it easy for we employees to express our concerns. I can brag, with confidence, that my work colleagues are the best ever. My supervisor Prasad has always afforded me opportunities to grow professionally through his guidance, support, and positive criticism. My fellow Field supervisors have been superb-always ready, and willing to assist each other. The office staff have fostered a relaxed and pleasant work environment, and are always very helpful to the field staff. I have been able to visit my parents, and other family members who live out of the country often-an opportunity not many employers will provide. I am very greatful, and truly blessed to be part of this great company. I look forward to 13 plus more years.

Front desk ladies, Gloria Vasquez and Christine Clarke were very informative and helped my mother and i understand things that even HR were not helping. I m very grateful for employees that help eachother out and are truly honest.

Employees steal the checks of the elderly. Buy things for themselves and the agency doesn t fire them. There are more horror stories not told. This place is run by Satan.

Their homehealth care service is superb! They care about their clients/patients. The ladies at the front desk are so helpful when you need anything. If you need any type of healthcare long term care I would highly suggest this home healthcare service.

I sat her reading the reviews on Agape Home Healthcare and was blown out of the water. I have not experienced any of what people are saying. I have had the upmost dedicated person Esmeralda helping me with care for my mother-in-law. We had an awesome attendant (at first) that got very comfortable in her position and then she was not so awesome. I called and worked out some issues we were having with our attendant, and Esmeralda had to follow guidelines to remedy the situation, we wanted to work through the issues with out attendant, which Esmeralda cautioned us about but we kept her. After a few weeks it got worse. Esmeralda was in contact with the attendant and contacted me to let me know they were going to let her go despite how much I was trying to work through the issues. We have gone 2 weeks now without her and Esmeralda found a floater to fill in until we had someone full time. Esmeralda called me daily to give me up to minute updates and making sure my mother-in-law was taken care of to my standards. Esmeralda has now found a replacement full time attendant and Esmeralda went above and beyond her job working with our family. She has listened to what we need and she found an attendant that we all will be proud to have. If you ever need good home health care please call and ask for Esmeralda, she goes above and beyond what she has to for her clients. I will remain with Agape Home Healthcare as long as I have Esmeralda, she definitely deserves a bonus or raise after dealing with me and our issues. Thank you Esmeralda for making us feel that our family is your family. We are gratefully indebted to you. Thank you for going above and beyond your job for us!!!!

I love my Agape people at the front desk Ms. Tonte and Ms. Christine, Ms. Dora, Cindy, Erica, payroll. Everyone ive met hes treated me nice. I give them 100%. Agape is my family. So much love!
