Was there for a gala event, beautiful set up, and very nice staff

Good central fascilities for conference. Food and beverages are good also

Great facility, and the buffet that was put together for our event was nice.

A really good place to stay in Burnaby. Free parking because of the Casino and a number of restaurants on site. Atlas is a little expensive but there are options.

Nice venue for conferences, but first, you have to get past the smokers in front of the hotel entrances. Conference banquet food has gone downhill from last year. Long lines because they don't replace serving trays of food in the conference buffet tables promptly.

It was in the conference room on the second floor and the service and food was very good

Took my family to dinner at Atlas. The service and atmosphere was excellent as was the food.

Beautiful and large rooms. We love the personal service we received from Pauline, who was at the front desk. She wrote us a personal card and sent up some macaroons and chocolates. The staff really do go above and beyond here. Will definitely return.

Great hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful. 2am fire alarm that went off for 1hr15min kind of soured the stay, but still a positive, albeit tired experience. Park on P4 of the parking garage if you want to walk through the overpass to the hotel.

Everything was amazing! Stayed for the night after our wedding, and the hotel surprised us with an upgrade to a club level room! Everything was clean and felt very cozy, and perfect for the travelling business person.

Clean quiet hotel & provided help immediately when needed like when I left room key in room. Food served at events was good & handy to have Starbucks in lobby.

Attended a business tradeshow at the hotel. This is the 2nd annual event I have attended at this location and I continue to be impressed. The clean, professional conference rooms provide an optimal showcase for business networking and trade. Free parking is also a bonus. I look forward to future events at this location.

Rooms were good, nothing too special about them. Also the restaurant at the hotel seemed over priced for being in a ballroom. But my stay was good overall.

Was in the conference room area for the day. The men's room was not clean at the start of the day, and had not been cleaned by 3pm. Rated poor.

Fantastic welcome by the hotel staff, immediately settled our nerves after navigating Vancouver's hyper freeways and convoluted roadways, clean room, wonderful restaurants, good location for those who want to be near the city centre, but not right in it.

Clean rooms. Comfortable bed and nice linens. Gym was clean and machines were good. Hot tub is outside. Starbucks in lobby is amazing.

Located within 10 minutes of good activities and food. Room was nice and comfortable. Nice view of Vancouver. Would visit again.

Restaurants and casino are attached, they have all sorts of amenities but I was just there for a highly rated room in Vancouver. The rooms were nice. 20 minutes from downtown Vancouver. No pool.

I guess we drew a bad room. Shared our floor with many loud drunks smoking pot in their room and making a huge racket going into and out of their rooms in the early hours of the morning. Also had dogs in a couple of rooms nearby that barked at the drunks all night. Not a lot of sleep. Everything else was fine.

Parking structure across the street (part of the complex apparently) has EV charging just across the catwalk from the casino level. Room was on par with what I expect from Delta.

Classy and elegant with the bones of the original Villa, restored in the Delta style.

Stayed here on business, and I was pleased with the stay. The room was nice and quiet, very clean and well equipped. Staff were attentive and helpful.

If you're staying in Burnaby, this hotel is a can't-go-wrong choice.
Not only is the hotel clean, modern and comfortable, but the staff is irreproachable.
They made our stay pleasant, and every single staff member we've encountered were courteous and helpful.
I'm not quite sure how much the staff gets paid, but they all seem to be really enjoying what they do.
Would definitely come back if we're in the area.
The connecting Casino is definitely a plus and provided entertainment for our group.

Went to Atlas restaurant for dinner and what awesome service The waitress was the best and really went all out to accommodate 18 people with good recommendations from the menu
It is expensive but worth it I has rib steak and was done to perfection Appies were awesome too jumbo prawns calamari in tomato sauce and fresh oysters yumm

I was at atlas for a birthday dinner. The food was mediocre.

Great food and service. Also meeting rooms were spacious and clean. Parking was also easy.

Had a massive flooding in the washroom early morning. As a result we not only got late for the wedding but but our kids couldn't get ready on time so we had to leave the kids behind and their other cousins behind to baby sit them. They tried to cover it up and to give us upgraded rooms which were just about 5% bigger than before. They also gave us 4 breakfast coupons for a family of 9 which was disrespectful, I mean 5 of our kids missed the wedding and for us to have spent so much money for them to fly down was a pathetic effort to resolve a issue which was disastrous. Would I want to come back? Hmmmm...iffy for me...will think twice the next time.

Fourth time staying here. Fantastic staff, lovely rooms. Easy check in and super great service.

Breakfast is decent. I had the cheese and ham omelette. Service is good and food quality is good too.

I visited a guest of the hotel. The interior was very nice and the room was quiet, despite overlooking the highway.

Attached to a casino this is not the usual Marriott. No pool but a has most other regular facilities and nice rooms. Not that close to the train station but reasonable location for driving.

Parking on the weekend is extremely crowd. Children are not allowed to walk through the casino. The room was clean and had a bath tub. Overall I would visit again.

Arrived late so parking was a bit difficult. 4 x 4 truck, so too big for garage, but parking just 1 block away. Patrolled with security. Nice. We had our dog with us, thankfully they offer the service. Beautiful lobby, great staff, Casino out of hearing range. Adequate room, clean and the MOST comfortable hotel bed ever, and NO noise even though we faced the Hwy. Didn't eat here but had a drink in the Casino. Very nice, would stay here again. Easy to get to anywhere via Hwy 1.

The hotel staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel celebrated on our anniversary by purchasing us a dessert and delivering a treat to our room. They made all needed services available and made sure that we were satisfied with our stay.

Never stayed here, but went to a business convention here. It was 2 days and the meeting rooms were great and also the staff. The had everything well organized for the various meetings including having ample supplies, food & drinks, etc. Highly recommend.

Free parking here! Love that. Went to the Atlas fish and steakhouse. The service was very friendly and they get very busy on weekends, lots of big groups as well so remember to reserve. They have a great deal on Sunday, $29 for a 10oz prime rib with mash. It was tasty but it is a roast and some pieces do have more fat than others. We ordered fries on the side and there was a piece of hair, just pulled it out. Otherwise nice atmosphere too, very fitting for celebrations!

We went there for dim sum and afterwards walked through the casino and ended with dome drinks at the bar. The casino was clean and easy to get around. The drinks at the bar was excellent. Would definitely come back for dinner next time.

Good hotel, nice staff! Car2go access was great and saved me Ice and vending machines on every other floor is a bit of an inconvenience.

The rooms are relatively new and in good condition. Fitness center and hot tub are small but nice. Concierge was helpful. Overall a pleasant experience.

I have found the service at this hotel to be outstanding.

Went to Atlas Steak+Fish to celebrate buddy's engagement, 4 of us split the tomahawk steak, it was unreal - that jasper oven smoked it lightly and the steak was one of the best I've ever had. Service was awesome and they didn't mind us splitting up the entree - though it's really meant for 2. The 48oz has one hefty bone in it :)

They stole 300 cad in name of security. I called more than 10 times stove June and they keep saying they cleared it and I should talk to my bank. My bank said there was no payment from them. Just so tired of making phone calls and keeping track of my money to save it from thieves like them!
We were supposed to get free breakfast which we were never given.

Stayed here when we went to a Canucks game. Close to the SkyTrain and wonderful that the hotel has a shuttle back and forth.

Very nice hotel. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great place to gamble try good food.. and meet new people at the dance floor in the casino. Guests services was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile for you.
