My husband and I decided to travel to British Columbia for our anniversary last month and stayed at the Delta in Burnaby. We were warmly greeted by Stan, who went out of his way to make our stay memorable. In addition to Stan, all of the staff that we encountered were friendly. The room was very clean and the location was perfect. We definitely recommend this hotel and would return in the future.

Very nice and confortable place. I love the parking is free.

Steak was cooked perfectly and the kitchen was completely willing to accommodate my keto diet by providing a side of bacon instead o of toast and hash.

Went for a wedding show. Well laid out, the event was well coordinated.

Room looked great and the staff were friendly and helpful but the heater/AC machine in the room is ridiculously loud. Woke me up multiple times. I would not recommend this hotel if you want to get any sleep.

We were there for a children's heart network christmas event and my family had a great time. Didn't get to go anywhere other than a convention room but it was clean and tidy.

Great room, but had an issue with breakfast. It wasn't delivered on time. Small mistake that caused us to be late for our meeting waiting for food that wasn't coming.

Location is right off the highway. Beautiful upscale hotel with built in casino, restaurants, and conference centers. Parking is free and lots are available. Price is expensive but it is an amazing stay. Building has all the amenities that would be expected from a hotel. If it is within your price range you will not be disappointed.

When we arrived the staff was so wonderful and very helpful. They are extremely friendly. We ar at the restaurant here and Matt one of the bartenders is amazing!!

Went for dinner, the food is amazing. The calamari is fantastic and the cowboy stake is unique. You can taste the wood oven in the meat which give its a fenomenal smoky flavor.

I would say it is the best place for a downtown Halifax getaway. Average cost but service is very nice.

It's a hotel with decent beds and amenities however in our group the heaters turned on and off endlessly all night and were extremely loud (12 different rooms had the same issue). I am a deep sleeper and it woke me up several times.

Convenient location in the heart of Burnaby by the freeway. Good amenities with a casino on site.

Went for a company dinner in the conference hall and had a great time. The catered food was fantastic and the servers were good.

My only issue was when I used the ATM. The service charge is $3.75 which I believe to be ridiculous. I know it is a casino, but that is still obscene. Make sure to bring cash ahead of time.

Service was good but I thought the food was only slightly better than average. Very reasonable prices for a nicer hotel though.

Very rude staff that also continuously stare at their guests. Wide discrepancy between how guests are treated based on superficial criteria (aka. You have to look rich to be treated somewhat like a human)

Excellent rooms. High quality food. Casino is a plus. Free parking is a major win! the only con I have is the overly loud Misic playing at the front entrance.

This was our 2nd stop traveling through BC. After a long days drive we stayed here and all I have to say is that they were fantastic. Even though or room wasn't ready at 3pm they did everything they could to keep us comfortable. We ate at the bar inside the casino which was good, and their casino was tons of fun! It's very large and open- making it easy to get around. Stan was great to deal with, even left us a note with some fruit and champagne for the wait, but Julieth was over the top! She was so helpful and willing to do everything they could to make sure we were taken care of and happy! We will definitely be back.

Good location with restaurants and stores in walking distance.

The hotel rooms are well kept.The breakfast buffet does not vary much.The concierge staff is courteous but the dining staff get overwhelmed easy.There was a convention when we visited and the dining service just dropped considerably.

Great place to hang out on the weekend. Excellent venues and options for all kinds of people. Gaming, restaurants, lounge and patio with band and DJ..

My experience was good. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helped us with getting a crib for our baby to sleep. Rooms were decent, not the nicest I have seen but clean. Convenient location to amenities.

The EBO restaurant is decent, service us good. The Grand Dynasty Chinese restaurant us a bit pricy and quality if food has dropped. Plenty of parking, also includes a casino and Star Bucks, pick your poison.

This hotel is a favorite. Their customer service is the 'Best of the Best'. I always feel like a welcome member of the family when I visit. They go beyond all expectations to make every visit special, and anticipate every need. Thanks to all the staff here who make my stay away from home feel like a second home.

Attended a holiday party here at the Ballrooms and the service and food was just stellar. All the staff were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.

I have 2 wonder nights at Delta Hotels. Their feather pillows are like sleeping on clouds (I forgot to ask them for the brands). Ricardo, the hotel receptionist, is very accommodating and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Oh and you denfinitely should get the Atlas package (worth every penny)

The rooms are clean. The staff is very nice. Rasy to get to and there's a casino. I wish they had HBO. The TVs are only 32". Nice that they have a fridge in the rooms.

I was only there to visit the Starbucks but the lobby of the hotel was very spacious and elegant.

We ate at the Atlas steak and fish restaurant. Food was very tasty and service was excellent. There were a few problems with our dishes, but the staff were super attentive and made sure everything was perfect.

I was there for a conference and found the staff very friendly. I was looking for the conference room areas and every time I looked lost someone was there to assist. Even though I wasn't a hotel guest.

Simply attended an event in the conference centre. Unfortunately the room had issues with the lighting resulting in many of the ceiling lights to rapidly flicker.

Great hotel for short term stay. Parking is little insufficient to compare with the guests.

Not my first stay. Staff are on the ball and accommodating. Rooms are clean and flow well. Would recommend if you are required to be in Burnaby.

Every year we have our annual AGM at the Delta conference center and every year is is flawless. Staff are always friendly, professional and accommodating. Ford is always incredible and we always walk away with fond memories. Thanks Delta team!

The pillow cases on our bed were dirty and had some dark spots on them
