Nice hotel, but I've been awakened every morning by cleaning staff and other people in the hallway. We even had a larger room where our bed is a fair distance from the door and it still sounds like people in the hall are in the room with you. If you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs or give this place a pass.

The wifi was terrible, the room and location were great but too expensive and the Oak + Cru restaurant menu was difficult to understand and the food didn't quite meet expectations.
My family and I drove from out of town to check into the Delta- we had booked in advance for months and were very much looking forward to our stay. Upon arrival we were asked for a credit card, my husband had forgotten his at home and I do not have one- we asked if we could put the card on file but without it physically on us ,we could not -which is understandable. I had asked if we could do a deposit instead ,as Ive never had any issue in other hotels ,even if its a larger deposit.
The manager came to speak to us but was extremely condescending and rude and told us we should know better as we had gotten emails about our stay multiple times , I had never received any emails that said we were not able to check in without a physical card - we felt she treated us very poorly and as if we didn t belong there (my husband is heavily tattooed)
After a few minutes of discussing all options with zero flexibility on her end for working something out ,we left with our kids and all our bags
Very disappointed with the lack of compassion and flexibility to your guests and the poor communication skills your manager had - we will never be back to your hotel because of the way you treated us
Awesome service at the Delta Hotel by Marriott Grand Okanagan! I had a couples massage booked for my girlfriends Birthday and they made sure to make our stay extra special! Friendly staff and exceptional spa day! Defiantly recommend to anyone who wants some much needed time off to enjoy some sunshine by the pool and cool off with some fresh drinks!
Great service, nice rooms and a fantastic restaurant in an amazing location on Lake Okanagan with mountain views. Make sure to try the wine tasting room.
Everything you need for a quick weekend getaway! Spacious rooms, lagoon with water sports equipment, bike rentals and the beach is very close by for paddle boarding! Had so much fun!
Staff attitude wasn't great and their whole system for booking pool time is fully broken. This was the 'pool seat' we were assigned after trying for a long time online. We had to go to the front desk to get this!
Excellent service in a lovely setting. Would gladly stay again. Smart TV's in the room, good HVAC and showers and complimentary bottled water. Nice touches all around. Excellent location.
Didnt have drawers for me to put my clothes In. Fridge wasnt cold. And when I called service for the issue it didnt come till I walked to the lobby and asked. Service Phone in the main bedroom was busted (found out trying call to service fridge {used personal phone to call the lobby only to have to walk down and ask afterwards}). Room service menu had a picture of fettuccini alfredo but didnt serve it.Movie I wanted to order I couldnt (got 2nd and 3rd choice movies for free {50+ dollar value}). The pool was very easy to access and Very clean. The staff was very friendly.
I had a room for two nights. The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful starting from the valet to the room service. The location is absolutely amazing, a clear scenery to the lake. The breakfast is so tasty and not expensive for the quality of the food. The room had a direct view to the lake. The hotel has a inside and outside swimming pool, amazing for the summer. Parking is available at the location for extra price.
This hotel is huge with a great pool and hot tub. It also has a beautiful area to walk outside. Staff is very friendly and the Starbucks is awesome for a morning coffee.
High-end location but the decor is starting to look a little dated. Busy Conference Center. Some facilities need renovation. Rooms have horribly worn-out and sticky carpeting and some accessories that should not be presented to a client who's paying as much as we did. See the photo of my ice bucket. The Parkade is not a positive experience - tight parking and difficult if you have a larger vehicle. An important large chunk of the Parkade is dedicated to casino patrons only. Confusing building layout and awkward access to the swimming pool sauna whirlpool and Spa. My room had a refrigerator but no microwave. The adjacent Casino has a restaurant with subpar food and a bartender that does not know how to make tricky cocktails. Food profile in the casino restaurant was equivalent to a Denny's . The other social hall in the main floor of the hotel has a limited menu that is odd. There is inadequate Furniture in guest Suites to put clothing in, so you have to live out of your suitcase during your stay. This hotel has to try harder if they want us to return.
Excellent property but COVID-19 restrictions mean many activities are closed or only available by reservation. Most local restaurants are also very full - be sure to plan as much as possible in advance with reservations etc.
The building is well maintained. I stayed here two years ago and it looks the same. Unfortunately they've taken to gouging their customers to pay for the current national situation. No doubt they've laid staff off at the same time. I was travelling with my pup - a $60 charge for him to stay in my room - followed by $45 a piece to park both of our vehicles ourselves per night - I won't stay here again there's plenty of hotels in Kelowna - the gouging was horrendous. The only reason this has two stars is because we ate in the bar that night - and the service and food was lovely.
I was disappointed with our stay with Delta. Our bed was lumpy, and when we tried to contact the front desk, nothing was ever resolved or fixed. When we made dinner reservations downstairs, our table was given away and the host laughed that our table was stolen. Lastly, upon checkout, a cart was never brought to our room after we requested and waited 15+ minutes. It wasn t the worst place we have stayed, but for the money we paid, it was an absolute flop! Terrible service, Delta!
Just passed through and met some friends who were staying at the place. Nice atmosphere, had a couple of drinks at the bar in the lobby - was enjoyable.
Room was clean...dayly housekeeping was good... front desk was courteous and friendly...gym was well equipped...and Hotel is beautifully located.... pool could have been warmer for me...and I believe others as well as it wasn't very well attended.
Loved my time at the Delta in Kelowna. As a Bonvoy Ambassador member I was treated with the best possible service and friendly staff and a room with a great view.
So this is only a comment on the service that I've received because through all the shutdowns from the government, we've had to cancel our reservation. The rooms controller was very prompt in their replies and was very informative. Their website is easy to follow and they explain everything that your booking includes. I was super looking forward to our stay so I'm quite disappointed that our plans were last minute canceled. The hotel's right downtown and has beautiful views of the lake, there's lots of green space available and tons of commodities in the area.
Extremely posh hotel inside and out. Unfortunately a bit marred because of the striking. Otherwise beautiful and convenient location. Service was ok, could be better especially with providing information. Various restaurants were nearby by, all good quality. Plenty of parking.
Nice place but very noisy, could hear the people in the hallways all night and in the room next to me in the morning, not what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber and price.
Wonderful staff who definitely went out of their way to be accommodating. Introducing themselves by name and learning ours.
The room was clean and there were plenty of amenities close by.
It's not the cheapest stay, but we had a wonderful stay.
If it's in your budget, definitely consider getting a room with club lounge access. It's a bit more money but having a quiet place to get a snack or a drink is worth it, for some.
Went for a wedding expo. It was very well organized at a beautiful location. Right downtown and close to lots of shops and parking. Staff were very friendly.
