Awesome staff. First class establishment. From the second you drive up, they have you covered.

Great hotel, was there for a training session and was provided with water, coffee and snacks throughout the day, as well as a delicious lunch. Bathrooms were also top notch.

Wen to the Oak n Cru for dinner. It was amazing! Amazing views great food and cocktail menu.. Service was a little slow but the great views made it a nice relaxing evening.

Beautiful, quiet resort.
Front desk staff could have been a bit more personable. Housekeeping staff and catering staff in the ballroom were friendly and went the extra mile.
Bedrooms were spotless but the bathroom could have been several degrees warmer.

Very beautiful, clean suite and the hotel views are breath taking. Oak+Cru Social Kitchen & Wine Bar is a fun place to meet people with great food served on the patio right on the water. Walking distance to: museums, a Japanese garden, the boardwalk, Rotery Marsh, art galleries, shops, float planes, paddle boat rentals, pubs, city park beach and Knox Mountain. Loved the pools and hot tubs. Location is fantastic. Took the 24 km KVR cycling tour to see the trestles (train bridges) in a van right from the hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. Cheers!

We came to celebrate our anniversary we recommend everyone to come and stay at this place. Great views ,very nice staff and perfectly located.

The highlight of my stay was my interaction with the valet parking staff. Very friendly, helpful, booked restaurant reservations, provided recommendations and much more, they were my go to at the hotel. Rooms were very clean and nice, the pool was great my little girl loved it, could use some more equipment at the gym, bartenders very friendly and great mixologist.
The front desk staff was undergoing training, seemed very pre occupied, was not greeted with a smile it felt as if I was disturbing them when I approached the desk. The restaurant was okay, they rarely had anything available on the menu, forgot to put my order through, waited a long time for my orders.

Wonderful hotel. Right in in the it he heart of downtown. Great amenities. Close to wverything. Room was clean and ready. Had a blast.

Beautiful grounds to walk around in, and washrooms to use in the lobby if you need it. Did not stay in rooms or use restaurant.

Only one night stay, staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Beautiful shower in the room, bed was very comfortable, and a nice view.

We had to make an essential travel trip and wanted to thank the Delta for their incredible hospitality and amazing steps taken to limit the risk of Covid-19 exposure. We felt confident with their measures taken and appreciate all their efforts. Oh, and the hotel was as comfortable and pristine as ever!

Hotel didn t fill my special request of a lake view., and not a king suite.The bed was very uncomfortable squeaky while you slept, they shower floor could have been cleaned much better. More towels . The out side of the hotel could have been maintained much better at the front of the building. I mentioned all details when I check out . So I hope they will pass along my concerns.

Claudia checked us in, and with so much going on we had made a mistake on our reservation. Without skipping a beat, and seeing how stressed out we were, she went above and beyond! Thank you so much for all you did for us, Claudia! You are truly an amazing gift to your industry!

Terrible hotel. Forced me into an $800/night room without having me sign anything and producing no ID. Then when I complained about their actions I was told "too bad". Contacting BBB! STAY AWAY!

Definitely by far the best hotel in the area and they know that so the prices we re understandably high. Other than that it is a magnificent hotel topped off with great staff, free bike and kayak rentals, and little paddle board which you can use in their lagoon. They are probably a 5 min scenic boardwalk walk from downtown. Highly recommended if you are willing to spend top dollar

This place offers a lot: water front view, great restaurant, nice game room with ping pong tables, free kayak and bike rentals, and a casino right beside the hotel.

Right in the summer time, the place was full of people and they could not offer late check outs.

Beautiful hotel. I wasn't lucky to have a lake view and would make sure to request it. The peanut butter oat bars made in house are SO good!

Was here on June 24th and was concerned to realize that this hotel isn t requiring its guests to wear masks on its premises. While it appears its employees are wearing masks, the guests weren t wearing them in the lobby, or walking in the halls, or anywhere else indoors. Indoors, in public areas, masks should be required for every single guest. This hotel is host to people all across Canada, and they all congregate in the lobby and in the hallways here, so it is only a matter of time before several people will become infected here at the Marriott Kelowna. I hope the hotel reconsiders this policy, as they absolutely have the right to request that their guests wear masks, at least in shared indoor public spaces - the prime area of COVID-19 transmission. I hope this policy changes.

Let me start by saying the Delta in Kelowna used to be a respectable place to stay for the weekend. Our family loved coming here and we loved the location for its views and access downtown. And now I couldn t recommend more strongly to do an Airbnb or to go somewhere else. Unless you look like The Situation from Jersey Shore, you are not their target audience anymore. People screaming in the halls, a steady and constant EDM kick drum through your 3rd story room, and a noisy lobby, one comparable to a club, every time you enter the Delta s main lobby is what they have carefully crafted here. Did I mention this is all at 3am? The 5 star ratings on here were before they dumped a ton of money into attracting the worlds biggest meatheads. Save your money. Absolute trash.

Lovely ambiance, good food a s drinks. Nice rooms with balcony.

Came here a year ago and recently stayed here again. The renovations look fantastic, the lobby and restaurant have been significantly updated. Very nice wine room in the lobby now, and the gym has also been significantly upgraded with excellent cardio machines (though I'll miss some of the free weights they took away). Pool/hot tub is great as usually, it's big and you can swim out to an outdoor portion (weather permitting). Rooms were clean, spacious, with tons of plugs as well as the ability to connect your laptop to the TV.

Overall a really great place to stay, I'd highly recommend it.

Dinner at Oak + Cru was a nice mix of casual and upscale driving. Food and service were both great. Beer menu had done good selection.

Excellent hotel, perfect location. Service was impeccable, we ordered things a few times through the app and were stunned at how fast they came. Pool reservation system was logical and easy enough to book, and the pool staff were extra great. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed.

New Restaurant Match has good food and prices but slow service.

Great staff and fantastic environment. We brought our kids and they had a blast using all the amenities.

I visited the bar for drinks and appetizers. Service was extremely fast, even though it was busy on a Saturday night. It was a little pricey for some fairly bland wings and the cocktails were a bit weak.
