So this is only a comment on the service that I've received because through all the shutdowns from the government, we've had to cancel our reservation.
The rooms controller was very prompt in their replies and was very informative. Their website is easy to follow and they explain everything that your booking includes.
I was super looking forward to our stay so I'm quite disappointed that our plans were last minute canceled. The hotel's right downtown and has beautiful views of the lake, there's lots of green space available and tons of commodities in the area.
