It is more expensive than any other hotel in the area, but with the new renovations it is quite nice. You're paying a premium for the location, and that can't be beat, especially in the warmer months.

Great staff was there during the Shriner convention for BC and Yukon. I have IBS and the staff personally made me a dish I could eat on the side. If you have a child in need contact Shriners for help.

Great service, staff is friendly, and my room was really clean, definitely going there again when I visit my friends! I have been to a lot of hotels, this one is one of my favourites!

Beware of charges being made after check out!

Charges can be made easily to your account - be careful! We disputed the charges (which were not made by us) and these were cancelled at the time the query was made. We got a clear bill after we checked out but after we left the hotel charged our account.

This should not be able to be done and proof of ID/room should have to given at the time of order

We have stayed in Canada for three weeks and this was our only bad experience off all the hotels we stayed in.

Be warned!

My family and I recently stayed at the Delta for the Forester's Event. We were spoiled rotten by the valets and all staff. We loved the pool area and the closeness to all things water! The food was great, the staff extremely friendly and helpful. They always had great suggestions of where we could visit while Daddy was working, and asked my kids how their day was when we got back. I have a disability and they helped me tremendously. We will CERTAINLY be returning!

The conference facilities are great and the staff are really polite, accommodating and look like they are having a good time working there. The building is beautiful and located in a great part of town; lots of amenities close by!

Very nice hotel overlooking the Okanagan lake. Very friendly and personable staff who remembered my name at every encounter.

The in-house restaurant was very pricey for a breakfast that left me wanting. However the hotel is within walking distance of many great restaurants and pubs.

Strongly advise to book with the front desk if able as the call center booking experience was terrible. The call center seemed like a scan as they offered me room rates that were over $50 higher than what I ended up getting. I was put on hold over 5 times and after 14 minutes, I had given up and called the front desk directly. Abismal service from the call center, but the stay was excellent.

Will come back to this hotel every single time.

Place to stay if you are at Kelowna. High standards of Delta hotels. Starbucks in the lobby. Decent swim and gym facilities. Opens right onto the scenic Okanogan lake. Good walk along the lake. Right alongside some of the better restaurants and craft breweries.

Elite property. Have stayed here 4 times now and always have a positive experience. This last time they were out of king rooms that I booked and upgraded me free into a condo room. Very professional. Try the granola for breakfast.

It was my second time staying here. The location is perfect. It's downtown, right on the lake, and walking distance from some of the best food Kelowna has to offer. The hotel was very clean and service was very friendly. There is always a line of taxis waiting outside for easy transport. They're also pet friendly.

I always stay here when in Kelowna - for business, with friends, with my wife, and now with our family. It's a great location, and the views can't be beat. They also offer a variety of room types - basic singles, up to 2 bedroom suites, which is great. The lobby and entrance have been recently refurbished and look great. A lot of the rooms are starting to look tired - especially the suites, but they're clean and well maintained. With a refurbishment, and potentially more aggressive pricing, it would be 5 stars.

Clean

We spent a of couple nights at this amazing hotel as our getaway. It was a truly relaxing and great experience, felt like on a complete vacation. The room was clean and comfortable, stuff was also quite nice. We haven't eaten at the hotel as we like to visit other places around in Kelowna, but overall we loved it here.

We arrived early around 11am and we requested if we can checked in early. The room is not ready and The rep Daniel offered us to store our luggage. He gave us the key to enjoy the amenities but we left to tour the winery and came back at around 3. This time, another rep Courtney checked and told us that the room is still not ready. I was surprised but she was so cold and firm, and advised me of the guaranteed time at 4pm. We expect her to sound more polite and understanding. We saw and asked Daniel and he was so apologetic and offered us a complimentary drinks. Since we are tired and in a hurry, we accepted his offer of another room with exactly the same lake view. When we get inside, we were surprised that the room is not yet ready! The pillows were stacked in a sofa chair. We did not get a lake view room but a partial view. You have to move your head to the side to see the view of the lake. We expect that the US$300 room/night is ready by the time we arrived after a six hour drive. We commend Daniel for being calm, professional and making us feel comfortable. For the other rep Courtney, more training on how to treat guest with a positive approach. Your tone of delivery in communicating and facial expression to guest is very important. This is a world class resort but short of making guests stay relax and comfortable.

A one of a kind for large events in Kelowna. They do black tie well, despite servers coming at you from all sides during dinner. It's large, once you find your way around it's very accommodating. Waterside room was very comfortable.

Yes I was a guest for only one night and ne wr left the hotel. Amazing cocktails and I didn't mind the $20 Italian Soda with a yes please , ease the day and luxury attracts a lot to the next level

My wife and I ate a light dinner at the restaurant. (margarita flatbread and side dish of mushrooms with onions). Tasty meal and nice ambiance, as it was a warm evening and we ate outside near the lagoon Good service and our waitress was very friendly. Nothing stood out as spactacular about the meal, but overall it was still a good dinner.

Liked: Great lakefront location, check-in staff very friendly and efficient, tower rooms all renovated, well furnished and very nice. Pool area is a terrific spot on a sunny summer day, and the beach and lakefront areas around the resort are nice for walks and relaxing.

Did not Like: WiFi surprisingly was hit and miss, and had to log in numerous times after getting kicked off (unlike other Delta Hotels we've stayed in which have excellent wireless). Somehow, could smell a bit of cigarette smoke in the room once or twice (from where???), and parking is pricey for an Okanagan resort ($16 self-park or $20 valet per day).

The lady who checked me in who's mother is coming to visit from Turkey was very friendly and willing to talk about the region.
My room was absolutely fantastic and I enjoyed every part of my experience. I would recommend this for anyone going to Okanagan as it's the only worthy place to be. We were big fans of the ping pong tables and the ability to rent bikes and other activity items.
A big thanks and I look forward to returning.
