INADEQUATE. COMPLETE LOSS OF PROFESSION. For eight days the parcel has not been delivered at a distance of 120 kilometers. The send search system does not display any updates. In the call center (when they answer) they can not give you any explanation. Communication through their online contact form is ignorant. In short, I expect a parcel (small) from Wednesday 14th November and until today, Thursday 22 NOVEMBER, I have no information about where she is or where and when I will receive it.
Following this, the sales outlet informed me today (Sunday 25/11) that my mission was lost and will send me news with other transport. It is expected that some things will be lost, but not telling the carrier about their luck is always unprofessional.

Worst service in Greece. Mistakes, delays, communication almost impossible, horrible customer service, all other services totally disorganised, collaborates with big companies like IKEA, making any scheduling almost impossible. Completely untrustworthy. I definitely DON'T recommend it.

I am waiting for the day and hours of the pre-arranged delivery appointment from IKEA, and they never appeared !!! For 3 days now I call them, and the person in charge, whom the employees inform, never contacts me. No update! Complete disregard for the prepaid customer. I am waiting for things to leave Athens, and at the moment I am forced to leave my job with all the financial consequences of time and money! IKEA must at least make amends!

Good day, by carefully reading all the comments, I would also like to table my own experience. I first bought some things from IKEA's e-shop last Sunday, 9/2. IKEA briefing provided delivery of the goods within 5 working days, something that was earlier. Since I had the shipping number and SMS notification that my order was loaded and only communication with cargo (Delatolas Express Cargo SA) is pending, I entered the system for sending missions to the company's website to see where they are what I bought. I saw them in the sorting center at Inofyta. On Tuesday, late at midday around 4-4: 30, I contacted and talked to Mr. Iliadis. Allow me to name his name. The man, after telling me that he immediately takes away what is coming from him and that he has probably already promoted him, showed incredible courtesy and goodwill to help me find out more information. He gave me some phones to pick up and even told me if I did not make a call to call him back. The truth is that I called these phones but no one answered. Of course the time has passed and they may have been schooled. In any case, the next day (Wednesday morning), I contacted again Mr Iliadis, who, without any obligation on his own, was able to see where the parcels arrived. He said he would get me to inform me and he gave me a mobile phone with him if he spent a lot of time and did not contact me. He called me, informed me about where the things were and gave me the name of the transport that would hand over to me, as well as the name and phone number of the co-ordinator. Please note that the tradition took place in the city of Rethymno. The cargo from Chania contacted me and brought them early on Thursday afternoon while they were upstairs on the first floor inside the house without any extra financial burden. In closing, I could not overlook the fact that Mr. Eliades took me on Thursday afternoon to ask me if they did everything well with tradition and things. I have not seen such an interest again. I really thank him very much, both for his time and for his kindness. In short, I took just 4 days with a lot of bad weather and rain. I thank them all publicly for the immediate and very courteous service.

If I could, I would put zero stars. Unacceptable !!! I had bought some things from IKEA. And I paid for shipping and assembly. Delivery would take place in one week if assembled in 1.5 weeks. But the other day after the purchase, I discovered that the mattress I was waiting for did not fit the size of the bed I bought and asked that it not be carried and returned to the store. They said okay. So far all good. When they brought things in, I asked again about the mattress. And they tell me that this goes to the store. The other day I go to IKEA to get my money back and they tell me that the mattress has not been returned yet. I wait some days to go again. Again nothing. They say they come back every Monday and that they will get me a phone, of course you didn't get me. The mattress is still somewhere else. And today they had to come for assembly. I waited for them all day. No one came. And when I called them to find out what was going on they told me that the assembly was not scheduled for today. But I tell them that since the paper is today's date. And they tell me that it was an INDICATED date and WHEN they have in common then they will call me the day before and let me know. That is, WHEN AND IF ????? you are spoiled !!!! Shame on IKEA for such cooperation.

Inadmissible, simply unacceptable. 15 telephone communications with customer service within three days and still have not gotten me from the delivery department or even a manager to give me some explanation why a refrigerator with tradition in Attica has done more than a week to come. I ask the phone to take the delivery manager as they can not do anything more than the call center and tell me they do not have the number. Tragic experience.

There is no disorganization of this company. The three days it took to send our things from IKEA to the agency we wanted have been a week away, but it's not the worst. It is that by calling any number of DELATOLA I can find on the internet (except of course by the phone you are given to IKEA), no one knows what is going on. Everyone is always promoting the subject in a mythical center that never calls you back, and in the end there is no one responsible to talk to you or to know what is going on there. CHAOS!!!!! Tragic just. Except that they forgot to load half the items they didn't answer the phones. After 1000 the phones came. The Golgotha starts to assemble them. After 4 days after the technicians came, they were without uniforms and very rude. Everything is ruined. Unacceptable company that affects if I will buy again from Ikea. Shame

I received the products 2 days after the originally agreed date and after a lot of effort with continuous phone calls and derogations to finally find out that this happened because there was another order for delivery in the same apartment building where they obviously liked them, ignoring their original commitment and of course which affect my planning.

Parcel purchased from Ikea store in Kifissos with delivery scheduled today 10/02/2020, confirmed by text message on my cellphone, delivery was not made today, I contacted the company four times talking to employees Mr Perpiniadou and Mrs Dionysos who assured me that the manager would contact me to explain why the delivery had not taken place - this particular "manager" never contacted me, leaving me in the dark not knowing if the delivery would take place tomorrow another date without having the minimum professionalism ask an apology for my current discomfort, forcing a full day of being blocked in my house,
neglecting my job, and also not having the conscience to tell me when the delivery will be made. It is sad for a company to have employees of this level !!!!

Their tracking system shows where the things could be, yet they don't acknowledge any knowledge whatsoever. After all the reviews I had read, the only thing I was afraid of ordering from IKea was the shipping one, but I have to say that they delivered me a large order from IKea 3 times during this month! In addition to the message of the transport 8:30 in the morning and On the 3 occasions they called me for the delivery time! Their call center is stacked with idiots that always lie about calling you back. They never do.

They also wouldn't know how to track a package to save their life.

It's been 11 days since the supposed delivery date, I get a phone call every day, they don't know why the delivery is delayed and they tell me that they will get me in charge of letting me know who will never get it !! A star because there is no possibility of zero. I will not write the whole story because I can no longer deal with the worst metaphor in transportation history, from the invention of the wheel onwards. I will only write that the carrier refused to bring the parcel to my door on the 2nd floor, although I explained to him that I have a baby and could not get down, pick up and carry it with my daughter in my arms. He explained to me that the invoice he had in his hands did not indicate that it was a delivery on a floor. Something which, as IKEA was informed afterwards, was not valid and had to be delivered to my door. However, let me say that I am concerned about the lack of humanity and not the invoice ... these.

Unacceptable.
IKEA said I would receive the parcel on Saturday from 2pm to 8pm. On Friday night DELATOLAS SMS sends me how I will receive another SMS with a 3 hour delivery window.
Saturday mornings, 9:00 to 9:30 make 9 phones (!) On my cellphone - I couldn't answer in the morning (which shouldn't matter, as I didn't even receive an SMS with the 3-hour window, but anyway it was arranged for 14:00 to 20:00 as mentioned above). After about 2 hours I receive a similar SMS to the one on Friday night that they will send me the 3 hour window for Monday !!!
After contacting them, they said that they can do nothing and that they will call me on Monday at 8:00 am and I have to pick it up to receive the order !!!

Just unacceptable!

Unauthorized company with a tragic call center 7 working days after and unfortunately I have no news or for WHAT I find my stuff ... if you want to avoid the inconvenience I would recommend another carrier with a person to whom you can address and no call center waiting 30 minutes ... in 25 years as a professional in construction, I have not met NEVER MANIER transport company. I was trying all day to talk on the phone with them, 15-20 minutes waiting for each call, many after so many hours closing the line on its own and again from the beginning. after hours I managed to talk to them, there was no one to answer the search for the cargo, they were holding my phone and they never took me back. this was repeated 6 times in the day without any effect.
I left 1 star so I can submit my review.
they do not deserve that either.
if there was no IKEA would have closed. which I believe will happen when they give up on customer complaints at some point.
NEVER WITH THIS TRANSPORT.
RELIABLE !!!

I really wonder why there are so many negative reviews. Personally, in the last few days I have been lucky enough to "collaborate" with this particular transport company three times. They send a message informing you about the delivery the day before, and the next day they send you a specific two-hour delivery, which has been observed. The distributors are also extremely polite.

We chased them relentlessly for 20 days, and they delivered ready-made products: AFTER 25 days of ordering. I am a client for many years and always am satisfied with the company's services.
Now as for the negative comments I have read, my personal view is that it is not possible to blame the company alone if it did not satisfy someone as much as it wanted. Perhaps the customer ... somewhere fell. Personal view of this without knowing what has happened.

Zero service to get a phone call makes no sense, they simply tell you that they will carry your request and that they will call you, never. They give you delivery days that they do not observe. Customer service center does not provide any service. Overall one of the worst companies I have ever used. If you want to buy something heavy at IKEA, it is better to arrange your own transport. They are just bad and unprofessional
