Huge delay on a shipment from IKEA, several phone calls, nobody knows where the things are, nobody calls back with details even though they said they would. Their tracking system shows where the things could be, yet they don't acknowledge any knowledge whatsoever. More than 5 working days have passed and here I am losing money because they are incompetent and/or unprofessional.
