There is no disorganization of this company. The three days it took to send our things from IKEA to the agency we wanted have been a week away, but it's not the worst. It is that by calling any number of DELATOLA I can find on the internet (except of course by the phone you are given to IKEA), no one knows what is going on. Everyone is always promoting the subject in a mythical center that never calls you back, and in the end there is no one responsible to talk to you or to know what is going on there. CHAOS!!!!! (I put one asterisk because I was not allowed to post otherwise. In fact I give them zero asterisks)
