These people will complete your translation project however you present it to them: text to text or even laid out in a production file. And they manage your project with pleasant, dedicated project managers who get to know you/your business.

I love working with Language Connections! They always have a quick turnaround and their work is high quality. Language Connections is easy to work with and now I want to find more and more things to have translated to better serve my clients.

The classes are not very good. They are not professional teachers. You won't really learn how to interpret. You will be asked to interpret what other students are reading and translating in their heads. It's a mess. You will feel belittled and judged.

I submitted a document for translation and it was done within 24 hours. Incredibly fast and quality work with a notary stamp. 10/10 would translate with them again.

Language Connections helped me with a Certified Translation of my Birth Certificate. Excellent service. Quick and with quality. It is a bit pricey though.

They have a good medical interpreter training program with extremely competent instructors, however, it takes over two weeks for them to send you your certificate of completion once you take the final exam. I would still recommend its training those seeking to be medical interpreters.

I work in a marketing department at a company outside of Boston. We were having a Chinese client come in to work on a video and I contacted Language Connections to see if they could assist in hiring an interpreter as the client spoke very little English. Maria was wonderful to work with, got us set up with an interpreter very quickly and was extremely responsive and accommodating when we needed to change the schedule last minute. Anna, the interpreter was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond, helping us understand cultural difference and ensure that both parties were happy with how the project was progressing. Anna even came out with me for a day in Boston when I was taking the client on a tour of the city so she could help make sure we all had a good time. I could not recommend this service enough!

We had to hire a Korean Language interpreter's services in San Francisco recently. After reaching out to most interpreter services and all of the freelance interpreters listed on the court's website, we found that Language Connections not only had the most reasonable fees, but also the translator they set us up with was the most qualified, with experience far beyond our expectations.

Needless to say, everything went wonderfully and I cannot recommend their services enough.

Money for their services are definitely worth it. They are also an amazing company to work with, from interpreting services to ESL classes. I've worked with them on a project together and it went really smooth and quick. Working in a partnership with them is a pleasure. Language Connections is an experienced, professional and cost-effective translation company. They are very competent with medical translations. Great quality and excellent service!

Taking classes in Language Connections with the teachers, was a great experience. I took the Medical Interpreter Certificate around the months April-May 2015. I'd received the certificate in May 2015. Feel like the money I'd pay for the certificate was not worth it. After the 60 hr training there is no Internship or volunteer offer. All the jobs that I have apply required a Internship. Basically felt alone after receiving the certificate. No referrals or job training. Jobs now in a medical interpreter field require experience.

I do not recommend this course at all.
The instructors have no idea what they are doing they teach everything, but legal interpretation.
Wasted my time and money.

There's been practically 4 years I've been working with Language Connections, in projects varying in size and complexity. Our communication has always been pretty assertive and effective, payment always on time. All the Project Managers I've had contact with have always been very courteous and efficient, our relationship having always been based on trust, and good for both sides.

Maria was able to arrange two simultaneous Russian-English interpreters on less than 24 hours notice. With her help and a bit of luck, we had 2 EXCELLENT interpreters with perfectly working equipment for 2 full days. We required very technical interpreting covering complex business and technological language. Both interpreters excelled in the role.

It was a delight to work with Language Connections! I searched for a company that I felt I could trust to edit technical documents (a series of student work rubrics for use in K-12 classrooms across the United States), and am grateful to have found Simon, Kirill, and the whole team. Not only did their team understand the purpose and common use cases for these rubrics, but they were open to conducting an initial translation, asking current classroom teachers to review and provide feedback on those translations, and then applying that feedback to their final translations. The project was all smoothly conducted over phone and email as well.

These translated rubrics will be a huge support to teachers and students in dual language classrooms. I'd recommend Language Connections again any time!

Just spoke to their customer service representative who told me they are no longer accepting projects. Mine is a two page translation for consular purposes. Was told to try back maybe in two weeks. I asked if they had a recommendation for another company in the Boston area and the agent began instructing me on how to perform a google search. Poorly managed business. I imagine their website strongly over represents their capability and aptitude.

Thanks to language connections I was able to communicate my many allergies to those who spoke almost no English. This allowed me to go to more local establishments and really get into Japan's culture.
The only downfall was that I had to contact them a couple times before receiving a quote for my allergy cards.
