If I could, I would put zero stars. Unacceptable !!! I had bought some things from IKEA. And I paid for shipping and assembly. Delivery would take place in one week if assembled in 1.5 weeks. But the other day after the purchase, I discovered that the mattress I was waiting for did not fit the size of the bed I bought and asked that it not be carried and returned to the store. They said okay. So far all good. When they brought things in, I asked again about the mattress. And they tell me that this goes to the store. The other day I go to IKEA to get my money back and they tell me that the mattress has not been returned yet. I wait some days to go again. Again nothing. They say they come back every Monday and that they will get me a phone, of course you didn't get me. The mattress is still somewhere else. And today they had to come for assembly. I waited for them all day. No one came. And when I called them to find out what was going on they told me that the assembly was not scheduled for today. But I tell them that since the paper is today's date. And they tell me that it was an INDICATED date and WHEN they have in common then they will call me the day before and let me know. That is, WHEN AND IF ????? you are spoiled !!!! Shame on IKEA for such cooperation.
