I have been renting from DGW Zoetermeer for a number of years, I have never had such a poorly maintained home. The house was delivered very dirty, I had to pay a lot of money to make the house "habitable". The fencing in my garden also fell apart with misery. Not a nice business card for De Goede Woning Zoetermeer. Single glass with a lot of moisture and mold in the house. If you are offered a house by DGW, do not accept it! I also called once with a question about the water supply .... you guessed it ... I have been waiting for months for a phone call from DGW. I rented from vestia in previous years without any complaints. If I have the opportunity to move, I will definitely do this!

I'd say start answering emails. I have been working since July 2020 and I only receive a response from my email has been forwarded to the team leader. Does that team leader actually exist? Really outrageous how tenants are dealt with. Everywhere I read complaints about your dealings with people. But that mission ... nothing, no service!

Also homes are delivered very badly (previous occupant was good friends with the supervisor) garbage / furniture etc. of these people were still there when we received the keys.
Wasn't that neat and had to coordinate with those people when they could get this .... was the supervisor's word ?! But oh woe if we hadn't closed a hole .... bad company and as soon as we can leave here, they will never have a home again!
