I'm a clippers fan, and they lost but it's still a fun atmosphere and jazz fans go crazy when they're winning! The stadium is clean and has good amount of food selections. If you like basketball it's a really fun environment, even if you're not a jazz fan. Only downside is that the food is expensive

There are a few options for food. The most popular option is bbq. The food is decently priced.

There are a few parking options around the arena. I would suggest parking a bit away from the arena. The traffic on the way out is the worst part of any event.

The arena is not just great for jazz games, it has great views in their event rooms on the top floor.

They also added a sensory room within the last month.

If you attend the arena for an event other than a Jazz game, the arena staff are so friendly and helpful.

Enormous concert venue, too big for my liking. They had a full bar available and there were a lot of very drunk people. The seats are crammed in so close in such narrow rows that my long hair was in danger of going into the cup of beer the man behind me had. Great sound tho.

Needs to be better seat monitoring everytime I come with a large group my seats are always taken. Brought a group of 30 and several people were in our seats and refused to move when asked. Talked to the staff and they didn't care or do anything about it.

Vivint Smart Home Arena (the Delta Center, ha ha) ...

Vivint Smart Home Arena (the Delta Center, ha ha) has gone through some major upgrades the last few years including a new Video Display system in the Gym. There has also been a remodel and expansion in the concession areas. This arena is awesome, however I give this place a 5 star because when you are 3 rows back shouting at KD (the snake) and Curry (#fakeMVP) all night it makes it awesome. I just wish I could "Hiss" louder at KD.

We had a great time as a family last year, attending the Vivint Smart Home Arena Christmas Sing Along! I didn't even know that they did this until a friend of mine mentioned that they go. Come to find out, it's been going on for years! My kids loved it. It wasn't just a sing-along. There were performers as well. They handed out donuts when you arrive... awesome(!) and messy for kids but we enjoyed them. They hand out a song book as well (plus I think the words were usually on the screens too). The place was packed. Some people were dressed up in festive/silly Christmas costumes. It was funny to watch the reaction of people as they realize they are on the jumbo screens!! Then, a special North Pole visitor came at the end! It was cold outside but it was worth the drive into SLC for the event. It made great memories. A new family tradition!!

The remodeled area is awesome! We we're at the area for Disney on Ice and had courtside/ ice side seats.
There is a lot of parking close by and restaurants to eat at if you do not want to eat inside the area.

The Trax line stops on the north side of the area so if you don't want to park off site and walk to the area this is a good option.

Nice place with comfortable seats and good options of places to eat. The only thing I didn't like was the confusion of seating. A guy was sitting in my paid seat and didn't know where he was supposed to be. I had to tell him to move.

Got to see the amazing Kelly Clarkson at the Delta Center a.k.a. Vivint Smart Home Arena. (It will always be the Delta Center cause I'm an oldie haha) it was amazing the only flaw is the chairs are so close together so anytime someone has to leave everyone has to stand up for them to be able to get out or back in. I love going here for concerts though

Good performances I've seen a lot of live shows here and the acoustics are on point. Food and beer is ok but plan on spending a small fortune. Ride the front runner then hop on the blue line trax and you'll get dropped right and the front door of the arena.

We ve been to a few concerts here, have always enjoyed it. Saw a transiberian orchestra here recently, they had nice seating and the sound seemed really smooth. I m not especially knowledgeable on sound quality but i didn t notice anything bad about it. Getting in was quick and easy, ushers directed us to our seats quickly. If you are on the lower levels, there s a floor below the main floor that has its own entrances to the lower areas. You need to find the stairs to get down there but theres hardly a soul below and getting around is easy with no crowds.

I really don't know what's going on there since the Jazz played the Chicago Bulls.
As far as I can remember, it's been through a lot of renovations.
Last time I visited, was Disney on ice. My mom had a good time. I was board but seeing my dad and mom having a good time meant the world to me

This is a top-notch, high-capacity venue with some operational flaws. The venue has no parking. Parking is found at private lots nearby for outrageous fees, depending the event. Luckily the Trax station is right outside. Also like most similar businesses the prices of food and merchandise inside are extortionary. Eat before you arrive and buy your kids fun stuff at WalMart or the dollar store to birng with you and surprise them with after you say no to the $35 stuffed animal or spinning light toy.

You have such amazing staff. My daughter took a fall outside of the arena and her wand broke and they were willing to take care of her. I have never met employees who would go out of their way to see what happened and to offer to replace her wand.

Thank you for such a positive experience, even when it was outside the building.

Always a wonderful experience when I go here. Fast, quick and smooth experience getting through security even with my husbands wheelchair. Once through staff was nice to show us which portal was for wheelchair seating. They even helped get some folding chairs pulled over for me and my son so we could sit by my husband. We had a great time at the Jazz family night. Can't wait for the preseason games to start Tommorrow!! Go Jazz!!

Great place for concerts although the seats are very small. I was sitting next to a heavier set gentleman and I was squished. It kinda sucked. But the big screen was nice and sound was great. If you most know who we saw in concert it was Tim McGraw and faith hill!

Well they'd get my 5th star if they would put shelves in the woman's restroom too!! I didn't even know they had them in the men's until I asked my BF to hold my beer and he said they don't have shelves in the girls bathroom? Uh no... what the heck! I love beer too!! Especially for how much we pay for it here! Get it together Vivint! ;-)

Came for the Day's of 47 Rodeo. That was fun, and it was a better view than many of the open rodeo arenas I've been in. The metal detectors and rules against weapons, etc was ridiculous; I had to walk 3 blocks back to my car just to abide by that silly rule. And I didn't feel safe at all there without something to defend myself downtown...SLC is getting dangerous, with the aggressive panhandlers and such. Not cool.

On that note, after halfway thru, I went out for a breath of fresh air, and got a stamp to come back in...and this time, no metal detector! Gee, so much for that false sense of security. Anyone could come in later, and they'd have no problem getting an AK-47 or any other weapon in. Meanwhile, the rest of the patrons would be defenseless..."Smart" my butt!

Anyway, politics aside, I think it is a decent arena. Prices are exorbitant, but that's the norm in these places. I'd prefer in the future to watch from TV in the future: not worth the traffic, dangers of downtown, and Big Brother attitude of the management.
