Never experienced that a social housing corporatio...

Never experienced that a social housing corporation is so A-social. Not a hint of emotion, very bureaucratic and hiding behind "Those are the rules". They ignore legislation. Maybe a suggestion for a suitable name? I am for The Bad House. Very unfortunate and disappointing.
