Baught a new car from Ryan Hoey and he was very friendly and to the point. He gave me a good deal on my car and would highly recommend.

One day before i went to this place, i went to another dealer and all the negotiation is not good and a lot of things like being covered and unprofessional. Then i researched the internet and found this dealership with very high rating on the google. So i want to take a look.

This Dealer have a different standard of service than other dealers that i have been before. I can feel start from the start until the end of the process. Our sales Luis took care of us with courtesy, friendly and honest attitude. He explained all the feature of the car from A to Z while doing test drive. He negotiated the price with friendly way so we felt comfortable during the process, helping process the car insurance.

Final process with Finance department also went smooth and good. Lily is a great and smart woman, help and explain everything from A to Z for the option. Even we did not take any additional option due to our budget, we did not feel any pressure or nothing.

Overall got our civic 2013 with good price, great deal of APR and excellence standard of service. Looks like their "Delivering Customer Happiness" slogan is successfully implemented in their service process.

Megan B was the most pleasant salesperson I've encountered. She made the experience such a pleasant one I wish I could buy another car! Thank you for everything you did for me, going above and beyond!

Great dealership. Did most of my negotiating via e-mail with Megan Byrnes who was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. She responded quickly and got me the best deal I could find in comparison to the other dealerships I was negotiating with. Once I get there to lease the vehicle I was brought to Edmond who helped finalize the deal and get the car ready without any complications or re-negotiations needed. I not at once felt pressured into making any decision I didn't want to. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

This dealer lied about a car they were selling online. The pictures online are very deceptive. The rep I talked too told me there were scratches on the car but it ended up have deep rusted dents, the front bumper was dented and hanging off and the back bumper was dented. I traveled 2 hours to be lied to and deceived. Horrible waste of time.

Bought my First car in my name at DCH academy honda. It was the most pleasant car buying experience. i came in with no down payment just my old car for trade. My salesman David Harris was nothing but helpful, He got me an awesome trade value for my 2003 Mitsubishi to save me from having to sell it privately and he even helped me and my parents get me onto my own car insurance policy. David was knowledgeable and nothing but helpful. i would recommend him to all of my friends looking to buy a used car. Will defiantly be returning in the future.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this Honda dealership. I came once with an appointment, yet did not get help until 2-3 hours of waiting. And even when I did get help, I was rushed over and over and did not get to properly decide upon a car. I came a second time hoping to get a better experience, however the same person was my sales associate, and this time I was not allowed to see the insides of any cars until I was sure I wanted to buy it. I don t understand how I am supposed to buy a car without even seeing the whole car after taking time out of my busy work schedule twice to come and see. Not only did I not get to see the insides, but I was rushed and as soon as I came in the dealership, I felt like I was being forced to buy a car that I was unhappy with.

Service center is ok. With adequate seating and clean waiting area.

It took quite sometime with the banks, but everything else was fine. Armando was really nice, and was quite helpful in trying to acquire a nice car.

Best dealers ever came in with an old funky car and came out with a better car with a good price. If you're interested in a Honda; I recommend you to go here and see Joseph Sepulveda. He's the greatest he'll help you out.

This is my 3rd purchase with Robert Levine; and yes I would come back again. He is always very helpful and patient. Robert made sure I understood the differences between the vehicles I was considering and the one I ultimately purchased. He explained all the features of the vehicle, which was a task because my previous cars did not have any of the new technology. He was very patient and made sure I new how to use the features and offered for me to call him if I had any additional questions after I left the dealership.

DCH Academy Honda Dealership was wonderful to us... The CRV speaks for itself... I'm here to speak about our experience with this particular Dealership. Our Salesman Ron Rajnai, was great. He made the leasing process so easy. He was honest and not pushy. Showed us all the ins and outs of the CRV-EX. We actually upgraded this time, so sharing his knowledge is so appreciated... John Nuygen was involved in our lease process also... Another person that made this transaction so easy by being honest, straight forward, and not pushy. This was our 2nd time back to DCH Academy and I can honestly say, it won't be our last. Not a doubt in our minds... Thanks to the wonderful people at DCH Academy. Anyone even thinking about buying a vehicle, new or used would be wise to drop by DCH Academy Honda, you won't be sorry.

Never buy anything from them. I bought a used Subaru and cant stop having issues. They had the engine light reset before I tested the car so few days after I got it home the engine light came back on. To get them to answer calls or messages when you are not talking about buying a car you have yo do many tricks and waste soo many hours.
I had to go back there twice. Last time was Saturday and I dropped off the car for EVAP service. They said it would be ready by Wednesday and here I am Friday still without any ETA.

They just charge you unnecessarily! You will go for one reason, they ll tell you n number of reasons that most of the parts of the car have problems. They ll tell everything has to changed, and charge you $1000 and more.! Worst service. Better to check it with a private dealer.

And we realized it later that we are missing a spare tire in our car trunk. They took 40 minutes to check and come back. Just because we trusted that HONDA SERVICE won't be that bad, we went there for service, unfortunately we were wrong.

Called and they wouldn't give me a quote for the total price of the car after taxes and fees. The sales rep told me I had to test drive the car before they would even give me that number. Interestingly, earlier that week, the DCH in North Brunswick had no problems quoting me an out-the-door price on a car, all fees and taxes inclusive. Consequently, I declined to come in for a test drive. I would rather not visit a dealer that will play these "games" before you even set foot into the dealership.

Yes, I knew that a $9,000 car would be around $10,000 out-the-door, give or take. However, I was expecting a little more truthfulness and professionalism from DCH Academy. There are SO many dealerships in the area that want your business, it's absolutely shocking that they wouldn't extend this small gesture to at least get you in their doors.

I was exrremely satisfied. I bought a caar from DCH Honda 3 years ago and my salesman was Andy Lau. In all of my prior experiences buying new cars, I always felt agitated. I always believed that buying a new car should be a "pleasant" experience. When I dealt with Andy Lau, it was truly a "pleasant" experience. When it came time for me to buy another car for another son, I started looking at dealers in Connecticut because that was where my son was moving. I began the process of getting prices from some dealers there, but then called DCH Honda in new Jersey to see if they would be able to work out the complexities of buying a car in New Jersey and registering it in Connecticut. When I called DCH Honda looking for Andy Lau, Mark Kamatoy answered and helped guide me through the process and gave me a quote that was better than the dealers in Connecticut gave me. Knowing that I had a good prior experience with Andy Lau, Mark assigned the deal to Andy even though he did some of the upfront legwork. This is a true sign of teamwork and DCH Honda should be proud of them. I will return!

I would recommend DCH Academy Honda to everyone and anyone! One of the most professional and courteous sales staff I have ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. I just recently purchased a certified preowned Honda Odyssey (my first ever). The sales person (Ivon) was very professional and helpful. She was able to find me exactly what I was looking for AND within my budget. Ivon made the process go smoothly and made my experience very easy going!! If you need a car, this is the place to go!!

We are at DCH Honda Oldbridge today with appointment, That salesman Anthony was so rude and I think lazy , after showing us one car he was refusing to show another car by keep saying that we are busy , it seems like they don't want to sell car ! If u are not ready to buy the car after looking just one car then don't go ! And a don't waste your time !

Blacks and Indians stay away from DCH Academy Honda especially if you are overweight or wear sandals in the winter. You will be an object of mockery who'll be photographed and posted on all the social networks . I was appalled when I saw a picture of my mother on my coworker's facebook while she was on their lot looking at cars . We'll never go back there again and extremely sorry that we actually purchased from them, and trust me, the experience was not great because they make you feel that they're doing you a favor by assisting you.

Overall a great experience with DCH Honda. I was welcomed as soon as I walked through the door by a gentlemen named Ashraf, who in turn, was very helpful throughout the whole car buying process. Ashraf and everyone at DCH Honda took their time with me and made my transition into a new vehicle easy and hassel free! Thank you DCH Honda!

Bought a CRV from Armando a few weeks back, i love the service i got very friendly and informative. I went in on a 2011 and didnt like it, he then showed me another one in my price range that was perfect and now i drive it everyday! it was not my first buy from Academy and it wont be my last!

Recently, i went to Honda dealership to buy a 2015 Honda Accord. The environment was nice.Upon arrival , A sales person named Kumar took care of me. The sales person was very helpful, informative. I got exact deal I am looking for.
I need to for financing and I have no idea Honda Financing required approved petition copy to finance my loan as I am working here on Visa.
It was extremely crowded and after 4 hours of waiting they told without approved petition copy they cannot approve my loan.
I provided all the required document on Monday,31st August 2015 and went there in person around 7:45 pm. Ultimately my file processing start at 11:30 PM.
By that time I don't have enough energy to check all the document which leads to pay almost hundred and fifty dollar extra.
Overall my experience with sales person is very good but finance experience is not good.

Went for an oil change and upon completion to my surprise they told me my car was waiting for me in the parking lot in the pouring rain. REALLY?? Customer service is not on par with competitors. Purchase wise, they gave me a great deal, so as far as the sales department goes I'd give them 5 stars.

I went into DCH on Saturday with my daughter to look at new Civics and had the pleasure of dealing with Sydney. We told her we weren't buying today and even though it was super busy, she worked with us showing us different vehicles and options and answered all of our questions. She didn't rush us or make us feel like we were wasting her time, which was refreshing. Even though we did not buy a car on Saturday, we will definitely be back to work with Sydney when we make are ready to buy. She won us over with her patience, knowledge and helpfulness. We absolutely recommend DCH Academy honda and, more importantly, we recommend you ask for Sydney...you won't be disappointed.

Going shopping for a car is extremely stressful and after a bad experience buying my first honda from another dealer I was skeptical. Meeting Luis Fernandez was awesome, he definitely was able to but my stressful mind at ease. I told him my price range and what I was looking for and he was able to help me find exactly what I wanted . Khalil is an excellent salesperson. He explained all of my options for transitioning from my old lease into a new one, and really helped get the pricing down for a great deal. I went in just to check out what was in the showroom and was so impressed I signed a deal that day after negotiating. He even offered to order food since it was around dinner time and I had just gotten out of work. This was my second lease through Khalil at DCH and will definitely be back in 3 years!

Went there looking to trade in my car and get into something newer. They really didn't want to work with me and find a way for me to get a car. The salesman was not that great and all he cared about was me referring him to my friends and family. I definitely will not be back. We ended up going to Autolenders and had a much better experience.

We went to DCH Academy Honda dealership to buy a CRV this Saturday and we had the pleasure of working with Agustin. He patiently showed us a few options, was very familiar with all the features and gave us all the info that we needed. We are very happy with our purchase. We will definitely recommend DCH academy honda to family and friends in the future.

I inquired about a lease quote I saw on DCH Academy Honda website for a specific car. I received a call and I was provided a different quote, which was more than 30% higher from what I saw. The explanation of the sales person was the quote you saw was for a different model, complete BS, given the fact that the lease quote showed the exact sales price for the car, which was the starting point for the calculation and the small print on the bottom said that this lease quote was valid for this specific stock# and VIN. Knowing that, I asked to know more about the financials of the lease. I was forwarded to the sales manager, I think his name is Adrian, who was completely arrogant and rude, told me that if I do not have a lease calculator I cannot figure out if the lease is fair or not, was very reluctant to provide more information about the components of the lease, and when I asked to receive a lease breakdown so I can review his quote, he started screaming at me and told me he can only provide what the the monthly payment for the lease will be.
Rude, arrogant and dishonest sales people, misleading advertisement on their website, will not recommend shopping there!

It's my first time of purchasing a car on my own. Believe me, it took months for me to make a decision on buying a car. I dealt with other Honda dealers and either they were impatience or treated me like I was two years old. Their attitude turned me off already. Typical car dealership antics. They try to con you out of every penny they can get out if you even if you are a returning customer. No loyalty. Sales guy wouldn't tell me a final price before he handed me a pen to finalize the deal. Just sign and pay whatever he wants I guess? Then the "finance manager" told me for 2 hours that I have no other options but to pay his price. Nothing he could do. As I said no and walked out the door he was on my heals yelling new interest rates and lower monthly payment. A MIRACLE NEW RATE AND PRICE AFTER 2 HOURS OF DEALERSHIP ANTICS! Typical. I returned my lease and wont be doing any business with DCH of Old Bridge again.

Prices are fair and above and beyond service from Edmond Leung, one of the best sale consultants that I've came across. Place has horrible customer service. Was very particular in what I wanted in my next car, this place had the closest one (6 hour drive). Made 2 internet queries, got a response from both. When I replied, never got any more information. Ended up going straight to the used car sales manager. He actually spoke with me over email. Morning of (today) that I was supposed to drive out to purchase the car, wanted to look at pictures again before I left, and it was no longer on the website. Called 2 different sales associates, because the manager wasn't answering. The car was sold yesterday. Had I not called to confirm, would've wasted 12 hours of driving. Don't go here.

My experience at DCH Honda of Old Bridge was amazing, and still is, and that's all thanks to Dimitri. He made my first time buying a car great and easy. I thought buying a brand new car would be scary but he made my experience amazing. Anything I need, he is right there and more than happy to help me. I got the exact car that I wanted and I love my 2014 Civic Si. I'm glad this was the dealership that I chose and I wouldn't go to any other.

I went in for an express oil change, the first desk attendant was extremely polite. It took them no more than an hour to finish. While waiting there was light snacks in the waiting area, and a coffee machine available for the customers which I loved. Afterwards Honda provides a list of things that your car may need fixed, the worker than explains those corrections that needs to be done in detail, at this location they don't badger you in to paying for anything extra so that was a plus.

I bought my new HR-V yesterday. Our salesperson, Kumar was very very helpful and a nice human being. Kumar helped me like a brother. Since i'm new to USA, i asked lot of silly questions to him . Kumar replied to all of my questions promptly,patiently and professionally. He explained all the interior features with a demo. I really liked the way he talks with us. Our family is very much happy that we have taken our new car from the right dealer and the right salesperson Kumar. I would request all the Indians to meet Kumar in DCH Academy Honda to buy new or used cars. All the employees in DCH academy Honda are giving more respect to customers. Also they will give more freedom to frankly say about our deals. Surely we will feel like buying a car in India once you go there. ALL THE BEST for new car buyers..

Highly disappointed with the service . Took my new car to get the weather stripping replaced (the vehicle is still under factory warranty), took 2 trips to get it looked at, get the new parts and replaced. Few days later on, we found that that the panel on the door is broken. I called up the service center and explained them that their mechanic opened up the door to fix weather stripping so he is the only one who broke it. I was asked to bring the vehicle back to the service center. Another trip back to the service center, and after 4 hours of waiting, they confirmed that their mechanic broke that while replacing the weather strip and now the part has to be ordered again..and they will call me again.. Waiting for the part to arrive...Not to mention, the wastage of my time (45 min drive each way to their service center).

With 235k miles on my 2003 Accord I knew it was time to finally trade it in and buy a new one for my wife.

After reaching out to 5 dealerships through the Internet, Academy looked best on paper and equally backed it up with a patient, knowledgeable and helpful sales team...thanks to OTIS VIDALE!

Not only does the 2014 Accord drive, handle, and look superb...but the price was great too at Academy.

DCH really blew me away. This was the easiest buy Ive ever made. Samiyah in the internet department guided me from start to finish. She really took time to lay everything out and make sure I understood. She went above and beyond! I ll definitely be sending her some referrals.

Bought a used car here about a month ago. Everyone, including my salesman Carlos, was friendly and helpful. However, I give 3/5 because the dealership refused to remove a dark limo tint on the windshield that i needed to pay out of pocket for a tint place to take it off. I'm pretty sure they can't sell you a car that won't pass inspection. Another star comes off because I made an appointment so service could turn the tire monitor light off and so I could pick up my registration (which I could've gotten mailed to me but I needed the light off anyway so I decided to go), and was told that service was closing and no one could help me. The woman I spoke to on the phone said service closes at 9 and it was dead all day so it wouldn't be a problem. I got there before 7 when the service dept told me they couldn't help me. So I told the manager (I'm assuming) that I came from SI and I was told it could be done that day. So he went and got someone who had no idea how to turn the light off. So i left there with the light still on, paid gas and tolls to pick up the registration I couldve gotten mailed to me. Not a huge deal but frustrating that they couldnt accommodate me after telling me they could. I went to another dealer with my wife for her car last week and everything went much smoother. The dealer offered to fix the backup camera and a scratched lens on the light for no extra cost. It's the little things like that that make the customer happy. So 3/5 from me. Not a bad experience but nothing to write home about.

I asked the service guy if they could get me thru fast and they did. I was a very busy mo rd hing there. I've never seen so many people in the waiting room.

I recently purchased a new 2017 Honda Civic EX-T from Ash Saadeh, a new car consultant at the dealership.
I've worked in sales before so I have a good understanding on the typical salesman mentality that goes along with buying a car. Nevertheless I got lucky and managed to find Ash. Great guy with a huge knowledge on what Honda offers and was very satisfied with everything because of him.

After walking out of another dealership last weekend, I decided to return to DCH Academy Honda 9 where I purchased my 1st Honda 9 yrs ago. I didn't go there first because of the distance from my home. I was treated more than fairly and without the bait and switch and games experienced at the other dealership. I will never buy a Honda anywhere else.

After visiting other Honda dealers in the area DCH was a breath of fresh air. I actually asked them at one point why there was such a stark contrast with how other dealerships were treating customers. We worked with Rashad who told us he was 4 weeks new to the job, but I would have never guessed that if he hadn't told us. He was kind, thorough, and nothing but professional throughout our entire process. We never felt pressured into anything which is hard to come by in the car buying world these days. This will be the third car we are buying from DCH, and based on the latest experience it will likely not be the last.
