While it may take some time to get your car ready at maintenance and parts, the staff is friendly and outgoing. The waiting room is comfy and they have coffee and bagels, and of course free wifi.
There was very good experince with Jesse Ferrentino.I would recommend him to everyone very easy expierence!
Happy with my car good deal, Thanks Eileen Conlon, but had problems when came back to get the Remote Starter and Alarm Installed and they just install a remote starter, I thought I was going to get both since that's what I told to the person who close the deal that I wanted, but they actually just sold me the aftermarket one for $399.99, Don't recommend nobody to buy this remote starter since you could get it for a lot less and better quality at any other place.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience with Jennifer Calderon, Pre-Owned Internet Client Adviser. This advisor sold a automobile right from underneath me. I was ready to purchase and she was working the sale then said now it is sold, wasted an hour of my time was extremely unprofessional and and on to of it all was rude to the customer. I recommend staying as far away from this dealership as possible.
After buying two cars from them I will never return thanks to their service department. They don't return phone calls, this includes the service manager that I left two messages for. Every time I was told I would get a call back I had to call them first, this was 3 times not including the manager. They refused to give me a loaner car even though my 2010 Pilot was beginning to rust and they need it for 3 or 4 days for the warranty repair, now of course I'm told it will be longer.

Worked with Edward Moy for several weeks, Had a specific car in mind, Later turned into a specific color, Edward worked with us to find what we were looking for, had gone to other dealerships to look and the sales people have still not contacted me even 4 weeks later, Once a car came in that fit what we were looking for Edward called me to tell me what he had, went there the following day and the car was in such good shape that several other people were interested in the car, Edward walked us through the buying process, and gave little extras that other dealerships would charge for, Certified the car, other dealers charge extra, Put new batteries in the remotes ( not that it's a big deal but the little things go a long way ) and made sure that the car was in Pristine shape before handing us the keys, The dealership itself presents the cars extremely well, others dealership the cars are dirty when you take them for a test drive, Would Definitely recommend that anyone interested in buying a Certified Honda go to this dealership to purchase a car and see Edward, I know I will !!!

Sal and Gerry B. were wonderful !!! I needed to sell my truck that I no longer needed and get into a car with great gas mileage that better fits my needs due to some life changes. Well I can't find my original review to update but this is still by far the worst dealership I've ever had to work with. Sanjay is a liar, they keep telling me i have to go through my warranty, and they won't even call or email back. I tried to go through my warranty since DCH told me I purchased the car as is and now the warranty department is telling me DCH has to accept the car and if they can't fix they need to notify the warranty department. They continue to give me the run around. It's been a year....Seriously look for my original review. I WILL NEVER recommend anyone to this dealership!

Anthony Marszalek of DCH Academy Honda is an excellent service director. I have dealt with him before. I took my Honda Odyssey to him because I had a strange sound coming from the engine. When I was in Florida a short time ago, I took my car to a Honda dealer because of the same problem. They found nothing wrong with the car and charged me $62.50. The problem persisted so when I arrived back home in NJ, I took the car to DCH Academy Honda. I have dealt with them for 10 years.They found the problem (motor mounts) and repaired the car to my complete satisfaction. Although there are Honda dealers closer to where I live in central NJ, I travel at least 45 minutes to DCH because I know that I will get a professional job at a fair price.

This was my second experience with DCH Academy Honda. Both the time the service was excellent. Khalil the sales consultant explained the features and details of the purchase. He explained the financial terms at length. The price was good, didn't have to go through the haggling experience as other dealerships.
The dealership did appreciate and honor returning customers.
My desired color was not is stock and Khalil and team went out of the way to get the color and trim of my need with in a day. Best of all there was not additional charge for this.

Well run, efficient and competent at servicing your Honda. Prices higher than your local service station but not insanely so. Sometimes the peace of mind that the technician is well versed in your car model is worth a few extra dollars. If you decide to wait while your car is serviced, they have a nice coffee machine (bagels, too, in the mornings).
I been going to this dealership for a decade, their service and sales departments are better than any other dealers. No funny stuff, no hassle, good honest people! Highly recommended!

We were looking around for new cars and had visited several dealerships, until we decided to try DCH at old bridge, though its a little far from where we stay, but I would say it was worth the visit. For the first time we felt that someone was actually interested in giving us all the perspectives and not just selling the car or pushing for a deal.
I would say that Eileen Conlon really took the effort of explaining various features of the car and especially after using another brand I was a bit skeptical about Honda, but Eileen really explained everything well until the sports variant caught our eye. We reallyd like Eileen's perseverance in convincing us what was good for us.
Lily (finance manager) had all the patience to answer the zillion questions that we posed for her & she gave us all the perspectives and guided in the almost 1.5 hour question session. This was our first big splash and we wanted to be sure about our decision and I guess Eileen & Lily did help us in that.
Though there were some issues before the delivery of my car, it got all sorted out well in the end. As a honest feedback, I would say that the internal processes have to be tuned a little and people have to be insync.
But I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend
They display express service everywhere but they don't really have express service and told me to wait for 3 hours just for oil change or suggesting me to take an appointment for later.
I am giving 2 stars as they were Okay when I dropped in the morning and picked in the evening.
Update: the description below accurately describes my experience. Subsequent to posting, service manager Steve contacted me, and most issues were resolved to my satisfaction. I therefore upgraded the rating from 2 to 4 stars, and changed my non-recommendation of this service department to a recommendation.
Original post:
My 6-month old CR-V (bought at this dealership) was towed in with a dead battery two days. ago. I called to let them know that Honda Care would be towing me in. I was told (by Adara in the office) that because there was a cancellation, I'd be taken right away. I wasn't. When the work was done, I was told that a service bulletin for my problem had been issued (so it was a known problem), and the software for my Vehicle Stability Assistance feature had needed to be updated, and the battery was recharged.
My issues with this service visit:
1. I should have been notified about this problem BEFORE my battery died (since it was a known problem).
2. The battery should have been replaced by the dealer. This 6-month old battery now has a reduced life span because it had been drained completely, then recharged.
3. The service manager I dealt with (Nicole Damiano) did not explain to me that the problem was also related to the timing of my turning on the emergency brake (of all things). Instead, she gave me a copy of the service bulletin to read this information for myself.
4. The car was returned to me with the automatic headlight feature turned off. That night, I drove for almost an hour in the dark before I realized it.
5. The car was returned to me with the Lane Departure Warning system turned off. It was over a day before I realized this, and had to delve into the owners' manual to figure out how to activate it. Evidently, Road Departure Mitigation is related to Lane Departure Warning.....I think!
6. I had to find Nicole when I saw my car sitting in front of the building, after the service was completed. I don't know how long it had been sitting there, but I had just been checking to see what progress had been made. The paperwork was already on Nicole's desk, but one of the other employees had to go find her for me.
Megan Byrnes is an extremely helpful person. Her positivity is so radiating and pure, her presence alone is so comforting. I appciated all of her help and how she went above and beyond.

I will give 6 start if I could, first they make you feel like you are the only customer there, they explain every little detail about the deal and work with you as you need it. I bought the car black Friday, the car was delivered to my home Monday night, Ash was extremely helpful and professional,explained and help me set up all accessories in the vehicle. I went back to service shop install some extra accessories on it and they also were really nice and quick installing my extras. these people really care about you. its been a pleasant and good experience dealing with DCH ACADEMY. keep up the good job.

Most Pleasant Car buying experience ever
I contacted DCH Honda Academy online for a price quote. Fortunately David Mazurek was the sales rep who replied and I made an appointment to see the cars I was interested in. This Salesman is the nicest guy I have ever dealt with in a dealership. No pressure! Easy to work with! Great communicator! I ended up buying a factory certified 2009 Honda Accord for my 19 year old daughter. When we brought it home, we heard a creaking noise in the front end. Apparently it was the right CVJ. Took it back to dealership and they replaced the right CV axle shaft, no questions asked, no charge! Service department reps were professional, friendly, and well-trained. I definitely recommend this dealership.

Car was called in for a recall. Had a call with someone from the dealership before hand to get a loaner car and they said it would be available for me. Got to the dealership and service was slow already, then they said that there was no loaner car for me? They said that the guy I spoke with said I didn't want one, which was not true, I explicitly expressed the need of a loaner car. At this point, I was already furious. Then they accused me of not knowing that I need to be 25 to get a loaner car and said that the guy over the phone had asked me, which I definitely remember he did not. Shouldn't they be the ones telling me all the information if they're giving me the loaner car for a recall? They said they're gonna shuttle me home which took forever to come. Terrible service and everyone is rude! Never coming back
I've been coming to this Honda dealership for about 4 years now to get my cars serviced. They helped me get a paint defect on the rear of my Accord repaired and paid for with Honda of America at no cost, even though the car was out of warranty.
My wife and I just purchased a 2015 Civic. Our sale consultant Tyler was very thorough, friendly and patient with the entire process. We haggled and renegotiated until we came to what I felt was a fair price. I could not give them five stars because they tried to add extras like a Nitro gas fee for the tires and an accessory package to the sales price that were not necessary or warranted and had already been paid for by the original owner, which inflated the initial sales price. Overall though a very good experience. I would recommend this dealership with no hesitation.

I called to ask how long the wait would be for an oil change if I didn't have an appt, they told me 1.5-2 hrs but if I had an appt I would be taken in right away so I made an appt for another day. I show up for the appt, give all my keys to one of the mechanics, tell the lady at the desk I have an appt and was told it would be a 1.5-2 hr wait even though I have an appt. So what's the point of making an appt?! I can't wait so I asked for my keys, was given the wrong key and asked where the rest of my keys were, they had to look around the shop for it. No apology, no attempt to fix or please the customer...VERY disappointed in their service. Will not go back!!

I drove from Jersey City to the dealership because I heard about there amazing customer service. I was amazed at how Dimitri Victoratos made me feel like I was not being sold but walked through the process. I work in sales and was very happy with his customer service. The service did not stop there it was an amazing experience from him, to his manager, and to the finance agent. I was blown away. The best part is I took my wife with me and they made her feel part of everything and never kept her in the dark. I can write so many great things but go see for yourself. While looking for a used Honda Civic, my husband and I visited several other dealerships and chose DCH Academy Honda for both their large selection of used cars as well as significantly lower sticker prices. We dealt with Samy Lucas who was very professional and who really worked with us to find an excellent almost-like-new car within our budget. The best part about DCH is their website which they update religiously as soon as a car is sold or offered for sale. This saved us a lot of time, as we were able to research and choose 3 cars to test drive the day we went. Also the price you see on the site is what is actually listed on the car when you get there--no other gimmicks. If you are not in a rush for a car, they usually drop the prices of their cars every 4-5 days due to their high inventory turn around. Be patient and you should definitely be able to find a bargain. Finally, they probably have less room to negotiate on their vehicle prices than other dealers due to their low prices already.
My family and friends have been buying cars there for over 10 years more than 25 cars total so far Adrian . Pete & Vipin will always do whatever needs to be done to get you the car you need ...

Recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. As mentioned in other reviews they tack on additional fees to the price of the car as advertised which is a bit disingenuous at best. However, they were courteous enough to remove some of these additional charges. The salesperson Maria was very helpful. I was supposed to pick up the car the next day so that it could be cleaned and detailed. I came the next morning to pick up the car and it hadn't been touched, still animal hair all over the seats and some stains as well. I complained and the car was taken to get "detailed" aka the dog hair was cleaned up for the most part, still not a full interior detailing but better than nothing. The kicker was that they didn't even fill up the gas tank. These kinds of small details go a long way, especially when your spending large amounts of money you would think that they would value your business :(
I worked with MANY other dealers via e-mail both Honda and other brands to locate my 2010 Honda Accord EX-L. Veronica Galluccio at DCH Academy Honda was the ONLY sales person to be up front and direct with me about an honest out the door price via e-mail. I work long hours in NYC and have a tight schedule. Her quick, direct answers were welcome and needed. We completed the deal over e-mail and all I had to do was set a time to go in to view/test drive and sign the paperwork! Based on the good reviews, I took an Uber to this place which is 17 miles away from my house-so glad that I did.
Armando took care of all the process well, and he even went extra mile and dropped off the car at my house and also got the some scratches (it was used car) fixed. He never rushed on anything and was patient with all my questions and requests.
