I worked with MANY other dealers via e-mail both Honda and other brands to locate my 2010 Honda Accord EX-L. Veronica Galluccio at DCH Academy Honda was the ONLY sales person to be up front and direct with me about an honest out the door price via e-mail. I work long hours in NYC and have a tight schedule. Her quick, direct answers were welcome and needed. We completed the deal over e-mail and all I had to do was set a time to go in to view/test drive and sign the paperwork! In person, Veronica was just as friendly and efficient. The minor issues I found with the car upon inspection were rectified quickly.
