He answered all our questions and although he wanted to get his full price was willing to negotiate. The experience was done quickly and efficiently. I was also impressed with Manager who was helpful on the phone before we started the process in person at the dealership, particularity in contrast to others. Thumbs up to DCH Honda and Jesse!
