Was on a Janes Journey trip from So.Il. went to Magnolia Market cannot recommend enough well worth the trip! Highly recommend for any age very family friendly, also went on a Waco tour our guides were fantastic and so talented learnt so much about the history of Waco and also Chip and Joanna highly recommend it well worth the money! PS. Do not forget to eat at Magnolia Table WOW best breakfast ever! Didn't have time for lunch there but did get to try Joanna's chicken salad sandwich and amazing cupcakes at the food trucks. A definite vacation destination!!!

Went today and loved it!! I read so many reviews complaining about lines and over priced stuff. It honestly kept me away until today and I should have never listened to the reviews. Yes there are lines, it s a huge tourist spot. What do you expect???? High prices? Tshirts-$26 typical pricing for tourist spots. Big bag of kettle corn-$5, cheaper than movie theater, coffee -$4.50, cheaper than some Starbucks drinks, Magnolia book with Joanna on the cover -$7.99, cheaper than Target. Candles-$28-$52, yes a little high for quality candles. Magnolia water in aluminum can-$2, very typical. Do not see the issue at all. If you go to the trendiest, hottest tourist spot in the south right now you should expect to wait in lines and pay a few dollars more. Quality of everything was great, everyone working there was so helpful and nice. Don t read reviews, please go and see for yourself.

A bit expensive but it was fun and we had a nice time. The line for the cupcakes was super long and a wait of about 15-20 minutes to get in but it was worth it. Cupcakes are delicious
It was a nice experience.

What is not to like about the Silos? Everyone was so friendly, the music was great! Nice variety and not too loud W/o,fearful cupcakes and coffee at the bakery, great shopping and then relaxing in the shade watching people play with the games. Food truck burger was delish!

Nice.

Magnolia Market is a wonderful place to visit. The people were so kind and pleasant from the Waco police, who helped direct us, to the staff. If you go, make sure you check out the bakery. The cupcakes, cookies, croissants ... are so delicious, including the coffee. You can find so many beautiful and unusual things at the Market. Youvwill not be disappointed. Hopefully, it will be expanded to accommodate more people. Don't miss sitting on one of the big swings ... so fun.

This place is definitely unlike any other! If you ever find yourself in Waco, I definitely would recommend that you check it out at least once! Only two things about this place is that it tends to be pretty crowded, and the prices seem a little too steep in my opinion. Otherwise the foods trucks are great, and it has a nice laid back atmosphere!

Great, fun spot. Was smaller with less to see then I expected but was a great experience. The bakery was tummy and not too over priced. Could see the line being a problem on the weekends!

Always wanted to stop here and had the chance recently on our way through Waco. Fun looking around at all that Chip and Joanna built. Good food, bakery and lots of fun things for the kiddos.

Loved the experience of getting to see the store that I have grown to know on the "Fixer Upper". I seen beautiful things as expected but they are pricey. Just know that in advance. We stood in a long line that wrapped around the building the day I went for a visit. But we were able to get into the store pretty fast. The square around Magnolia's was amazing. Loved the family feel and able to rest, play with your kids, and grab a bite to eat from the food trucks. Also seeing the Silos and Seeds & Supplies were a plus. Definitely would like to see again if I was in the area.

As like everyone else, I m a fan of the show. So we had to come.
Everything is well laid out, and planned very nicely.
There is a bakery, a home goods store, and flower shop.... food trucks. Waco PD has a presence there, as does Baylor recruitment.
It s just sooo crowded. Sooo many people are here, the lines are long, but generally move fairly well. The mercantile has incredible things, but we were elbow to elbow with the crowd and just had to follow the flow.
Also, parking is $10, and there a very limited number of spots.

This is a cute place to go. There are food trucks and a family playground in the "square." Most people go for the shopping experience which was OK for me, but it was very crowded and somewhat overpriced. The bakery was fabulous, and although the line was long, it moved quickly.

I love absolutely everything about this place! I always say we're just going to make a quick stop, and that never happens. The garden and play area is so enjoyable. My kids love running around and playing. We've had wonderful conversations with strangers while sharing a table in the shade & eating delicious food from one of the food trucks. Make sure you stop by the bakery or at least the food truck in the back - they have the seasonal cupcake & some cookies available without the long wait.

The Silos are a great place to visit. We drove up from Austin specifically for the Silos and to try to get into Magnolia Table for lunch. While we couldn't get a seat at the Table, the Silos were a nice spot to hang out. The cupcakes at the bakery were phenomenal, and the market was a great place to browse for home goods. I would highly recommend a visit.

Oh boy, did the show give me high expectations? I wanted to love it so but its so past commercialized now. There are beautiful grounds, beautiful staff but local vibes it lacks. I m sure it s particularly great during a fair with actual vendors but should it not be that particular week/ time of year it s all pretty pricey candles, T-shirt s, hats, magnets& mugs. If of course, you are looking to selfie it up...abuse those twitter filters this is your Mecca& plenty of that going around. Just bummed.

More of a pilgrimage destination for devotees of the Fixer Upper couple. My mom was visiting from Florida and wanted to make the 90-mile drive to see this place. I thought I'd get some decor inspirations for my house and yard. I admire what the Gainses have done. The experience, for me, was kind of like a trip to IKEA, but more Southern, Texan, outdoorsy, Joanna-y. Merchandise was a bit pricey, and mostly made in China, but everything was 20% off the day we were there.

It was okay. It's about a 2.5 hour drive from home. I can't honestly say that it was worth the drive. The cupcakes were delicious and reasonably priced, cookies are hard and not super flavorful. There's a shop that didn't have anything I was interested in. Also the prices in the shop were very high for lack luster merch. Lastly they have a yard for Cornhole and some food trucks. If you're passing through or a big chip and Joanna fan I would say it's worth it, but otherwise it's a waste of time. We spent about an hour here then came back home.

It was ok, just that, ok. I expected a lot more. Definitely a great place to kick back, visit with friends and let the kids run around. I didn't find any beer. That was a disappointment.

The Captain Willy Whizbang's 1/2 bacon, 1/2 beef was on point. The other food trucks all looked good too.

I guess it could be cool. Bring a paycheck for items. It definitely a money maker for them. Smart Idea! Road to the Riches!!! Do not wonder far if you are not aware where you are tourist rest of area not experiencing same economic boom.

Sad to say my first time coming from Los Angeles, CA to visit this site , waited for this day to come to end in such a bad situation. Unfortunately at the end of closing , my family was exiting the Magnolia Cafe seating area when two employees" Kaylen " and "Bob" decided to put their worst expressions of Customer Service . Bob , using aggressive behavior and language asking my son who is a minor to exit not knowing I'm standing right in front moving towards the exit , what's mind boggling is that Bob did not do this with anyone else ??? I asked him to be nice and no need to be talking to customers that way. I then asked to speak to a Supervisor, who i thought was going to be helpful , boy was I wrong! I guess she also decides to be her worst also . She decides to get right infront of my face, mind you no 6ft distance, it was 1foot that I asked her to please keep the 6ft distance , apparently she had already decided to try to intimidate me with her height , and discriminate against me and my family....so ..guess what. I thank her for nothing. MR. Chip and MRS. Joanna , I dont believe these type of employees represent your brand to the best interests of your company.

Nice place. But way to expensive. I drove my BFF there from Houston. We were in and out in 30 minutes. This place is way to over rated. Chip & JoAnna should show up often so people feel like they got their moneys worth. I love this family. Just way to pricey.

Super overrated. Now that she has the target deal this is pointless. It was 75% of stuff you d see in her section in target, and the rest is kinda touristy things like t shirts and magnets. Wife loves the Gaines and even she said going to wako to see it was a big mistake.

Not being from the Waco area or a Native Texan, I did not and still don t see what the excitement is about this place....minus the bakery. It is definitely a cute place to go and hang out I ll admit. The store was surprising, I was expecting a whole lot more from the Magnolia Store, which in comparison was less than a third the size than a hobby lobby. The prices was high and I was genuinely turned off by that in itself. $100~ for a blanket...yeahhhhh I don t think so when I got a warmer softer one from a competitor for $30.

Moving on....the courtyard was cute with the grass, and the swings, and the food trucks. I enjoyed walking around the property. The bakery was set up weird. You stand outside to wait your turn to go in. Then once you re in, you in line with an additional 15~ people and have to decide from a card what pastries you want. That was extremely inconvenient and forced you into a rush to pick what you wanted if you had no idea...because you ve never been there before...

It is a cute place and something to do to pass the time. Personally I probably would not come back unless it s just a day to eat at the food trucks and lounge. Rate the whole experience a C+.
