Awesome place to visit when in Waco. Great family...
Awesome place to visit when in Waco. Great family atmosphere. Crowds can definitely get big, but worth it for a fun detour or afternoon getaway.

Can't help but love anything Chip and Joanna have done. The new has long sense worn off and the place is still hammered on a random week day.
Great place to visit if you're in Waco. Make sure you stop in the bakery there cinnamon rolls. I can't tell you how much. It was good.
What a fun day spent at the Magnolia Market and Silos!
Excellant spot, met Jimmy Don but missed seeing Chip and Jo. Cant blame them due to size of the crowd. You two have put Waco on the map for GREAT things, not bad memories. Thank you and GOD Bless you BOTH !!
Long line to get in...20-30 minutes in 99 degree heat. Decided to come back some other time. Too bad since I drove from Vegas and was hoping to get a cupcake...oh well
It's a beautiful place but everything is way overpriced.
What a beautiful place to spend the day! They provide umbrellas for shade if needed and a couple areas with shade and fans, lots of food truck choices and air conditioning in 2 spots, parking can get full but their free lot is convenient, we went after lunch on a tuesday, area full, came back around 4 and crowd was much smaller
I have been here several times, it's a very nice place to visit I wished they would sell more items from local merchants instead of all the Made in China merchandise.
Crazy busy, but I sure loved the sweet tea from the food truck
Retails are crazy here. You should at least get a selfie with Chip if you are paying these prices.
Definitely a destination trip of you're in North Texas. Usually crowded but the lines seem to move well. Lots to see here.
Cute! Very productive way to shuffle people in and out during Covid while maintaining a positive attitude. Crazy expensive though, paying just for the nam I guess.
So awesome!!!!
Long line but, it truly is beautiful
A+ for staffing, organization and planning for the crowd. Heavy rains during the Silobration but they had loaner umbrellas at the ready. Although that didn't help when perusing the vendor tents...and personal umbrellas were not allowed, I assume for security reasons. B- for product value. I didn't see what made their shirts or mugs worth 15 - 25% more than other's except the name craze. The Dr Pepper Dog Pile Chilli was good, and only $6. Food trucks had quite a variety. I arrived at 3:15pm Friday hoping to catch some live bands but the stage just had grips, milling about. The astro turfed "public square" was neat, as were all the accomodations. Nicely done. I expected to see something to give me ideas about my own 1880s farmhouse resto, or connect with some vendors who could help, but that didn't happen. I asked whats in the silos, was told "nothing". Its a cool place to visit, buy souvenirs. Thats about it.
Very nice place. We were on my birthday 2 days after Christmas so it was very busy and super crowded. Everyone was very helpful. The restroom situation was very frustrating only unisex inside the line for the restroom was very long it was confusing which line you were in checkout or restroom line.Outside restroom not much better 3 stalls one sink
I don t understand the hype... we just go out of the store literally 5 minutes ago and left disappointed lol. The reviews are way too excited about this place. They have cute things but the store is HOT inside. And the stuff isn t that special. I m glad we came at a time where it wasn t super packed. Probably coming here again to try to love it because so far I m not impressed and we live in Killeen so when someone suggested this place we thought it was gonna be more special. So I give it a 3/5 and if I come again in a few weeks I ll update my review.
It's lovely but honestly not worth the hype for an outing. Long lines and over priced goods. I'd give the staff 5 stars though! They went out of their way to show kindness to my 3 year old who was having a rough moment. They brought her into the "secret garden" area and let her pic out a small plant to take home for free. The cashier even let her draw on the signiture pad and printed out her picture. It's a family friendly place and charming. I think that it's a bit lack luster for me. Go see it if you are a fan of the show.
Customers service was Great and Employers they're treating good but Joanna and Chip. My parents first time there they fall in love.
Wow. The customer service in this place was so so so refreshing. Who ever is training these people on how to help / treat customers should write a book. I was so pleased with my visit. I will be back for sure!
Probably the whitest place I've ever been. Full of people taking pictures for Instagram dressed like hipsters buying overly expensive home goods, shirts, and sweet tea in a jar.
Food Trucks are ok and bakery is good although the cupcakes are way too sweet for me.
Did not actually go inside but have been there when area was packed. Beautiful place, great location. Highly regarded. LaSalle street shuttle goes right by it.
Very neat place to visit... Get there early to avoid crowds.
Nice place but so many people it feels cramped. Especially for a Wednesday afternoon. Not a place to relax.
Very beautiful and nice to walk around. Even place for kids to play
If you are passing through or living in or near Waco you must stop here and enjoy good food lovely shopping and a place to for the kids to run around! Such a creative shop it is very inspirational for all DIY'ers!
Enjoyed every moment of it! From the history of the site, food trucks ,shopping and families out enjoining one another! A must see and experience type of atmosphere!
The market was very nice and I was very impressed with how clean and in order things were here. I WAS NOT impressed with the shirts and quality for $26. Come on at these prices the fabric could have been a better quality.
Live band, food trucks and shopping. Great time. And don't forget the cupcakes!
I loved it, we came on a girls trip and everyone loved it! Food was great!!!! I got a comfy shirt! Definitely wanna come back!!!
I was dragged there by my wife and two of her friends. Didnt see the hosts. I got a sugar overdose just standing in the bakery. Love the show, Chip is hilarious. Not a fan of tourist traps.
This is an awesome place to visit! They have Cornhole games you can play, comfy beanbag chairs to lounge in, a bakery with incredibly yummy fresh baked goods. The staff is so friendly and welcoming.
Well worth the visit even though it was cold outside. Look for the free parking across from the tracks. All employees were very nice and hospitable.
Great place to shop and the food in the bakery was delicious. !! Missed seeing JoAnn and Chip.
If you're fan of Fixer Upper, it's a must see. You really only need to see it once, but the staff is extremely friendly, everything is laid out well, and it's a really great place to bring kids. Their play area in the middle just has some bouncy balls, wood blocks, and bean bag chairs and that's all it needs. We sat for a half hour just relaxing. The bake shop is AWESOME. Some of the best baked goods I've ever had.
Waco as a town doesn't have a lot going on, but you can tell the Market is bringing a lot of tourism and the city is trying to build on that. There is free parking everywhere, and they have free lots that their shuttles run too. If you pay for parking, you're doing it wrong.
I'm a huge fan of Fixer Upper! Chip and Joanna Gains and their precious family are awesome! Magnolia Market Silos is amazing as was Magnolia Table! A must see!
This was the first time going here. We really enjoyed it. It was very clean and we'll kept.
The temperatures in the store were difficult to deal with. The front of the store was chilly and the back of the store was sweltering hot. You would think with the sale volume of overpriced items they would do something regulate the temperature. Ended up buying just one tank top then retreated to my air conditioned vehicle
Fun place to visit! Their bakery has some amazing food!
I've loved this place before I even came to visit because I love the show fixer upper. If you do go visit just know it's going to be crowded. We paid $5 for parking but there is street parking if you can find a spot. The line for the restaurant was around the building so be prepared to wait in line. The store was nice but not cheap but they offer military discounts. What I loved the most was the area in the back with the gardens and food trucks. We got a caramel apple with sea salt and pecans that was amazing. Its a very beautiful place and the employees were so nice!
I stopped by and loved the vibe! The silos, bakery, and market all provided such a great experience. The cupcakes were delicious and we found some great finds! The overall each place was beautiful and I would recommend anyone to visit if they're Chip & Jo fans!
Nice place. Nothing really from the show. Mostly reproduced named items. Good, reasonably priced food. Free parking
This place is awesome! Chip and Joanna came up with a great idea, and they did it well! They are very talented. This is a must see, from the home decor to the food trucks! The Alabama Tea trailer is great as well as the bakery trailer!
I was very pleased with the handicap accommodations and we really enjoyed looking in the gift shop...
Very pretty area. Love that its free to get inside and enjoy the decor and set up. The shops are pricey. Plenty of great photos can he taken here.
The inside of the market was great. I like how all the inside employees and almost all of the employees in the outside food vendor establishments asked where we were from. All were friendly except the employee of the Magnolia farms vending truck. She didn't ask where we were from or act friendly in any way. This surprised me because the positive attitudes are all throughout the market with banners and sayings. However, this one employee that was the one exception didn't damper our spirits.
Coming here was part of a birthday surprise for my wife. We love Chip and Joanna on TV and it was great to see something they created firsthand. There was so much to see, do and explore. We spent over 3 hours looking at things. Because we have to fly home we were only able to by a few small things. And cheat on our diets with a cupcake.
In the store the staff were friendly and attentive. Almost as soon as an item left the shelf, someone was replacing it. Very clean and inviting environment.
Only thing I didn't like was the price on the $6 brisket taco. It was good, but way over priced.
I didn't care for it much. But my wife wanted to visit, and it made her happy.
I loved Magnolia Market! Everything is done with excellence and the staff are stellar. Be prepared for crowds and very hot weather, although there are white umbrellas available to shield you from the sun and there is a good amount of shade. We visited on a Saturday morning at 10 am in May and it was 113 degrees outside with a long line of people waiting to go into the bakery. The store was so crowded it was difficult to look at everything or move around. We learned that the market is less crowded during the week. Bottled water was available for purchase outside and there were many food trucks offering a wide variety of high quality food and ice cream. Even with the crowds, the visit was well worth the effort. There are lots of photo opportunities outside and you can enjoy the garden.
I liked the show, went to Waco and decided to go by and see the silos. What a rip off. Overpriced and poor quality junk. $25 for a coffee cup that rusted the first time washed. Made in Cambodia. I called and left message with the customer service team, offered to send it back on my dime for a refund or the next time I was in Waco. I asked them to let the Gaines' family know it was robbery and pretty sickening they were making ridiculous money from honest people that supported them. No response. It was a horrible experience. I never watched the show again.
So busy! Be prepared to wait and be around a sea of humanity. Love what Joanna and Chip have done with it. They also have several food trucks on the property for your eating please.
I had the cinnamon roll. It was decadent, large and only $3.50! The line to get in was long, but they speed it up by giving you an order card and a pencil while waiting. When you get up to the counter you just hand in your order, no delay from indecision. Spectacular decor, pleasant and helpful staff, overall excellent experience!
Lovely place to hang out and grab a bite from one of the food trucks. Great shopping & a sweet treat from the bakery is a must!
First time in Waco - loved the town and of course Magnolia Market Silos. Loved the whole atmosphere of the food trucks (they were great)! Shop was fun even if it was a bit overpriced it still was fun and enjoyed walking around and looking at everything. We went during the week and it wasn't bad at all. The only thing I didn't get to try was the bakery, the lines were too long to wait in for me as I am disabled and couldn't do all the standing. We came from Kentucky to travel around in Texas and had a wonderful time, the people were friendly and helpful. Thanks everyone!
It is a great place to come to for the family. Stop by if you are heading south on 35, it is worth it.
Have to visit when in Waco because its famous. Cupcakes are awesome but nothing you cant get elsewhere. Thing is they arent ridiculously expensive like other places I've been. Shop is too crowded but it's how it goes in a famous place. Nothing in shop you cant get elsewhere. Nice "lawn"area to sit and hang out in.
Love Magnolia Market! Every year when I come to Texas to go to Round Top to the antique fair I always make sure I stop through Waco to go to Magnolia Market!
Overpriced and ordinary. Cute premise but hard to get around and that was on a good day.
Very nice place to visit. Lots of thing to see. Parking sucks.
Amazing, loved it! Great place even if you can't afford to buy anything.
Great place to take the kids, shop, and/or simply relax and watch the crowds. Jo and Chip made this a very family friendly establishment. Bravo, bravo.
This is a boost for downtown Waco. I truly respect and admire the Gaines. This place is nice but an over abundant tourist trap. Everything is labeled "Magnolia Market" or something similar. You feel like you're in an amusement park gift shop. Nice visuals for designing ideas. Everything is over priced. Get your ideas here, then go somewhere else.
Take your time and enjoy the food trucks. Have the Alabama Sweet tea
Great place to visit!! The rain held off just in time where we could get some pictures and eat our baked goods it was great! Baked goods store was great got in and out in no time baked goods were hot and fresh!! Wish we coulda saw chip or Joanna but I m sure they are busy working on a project! Also got a t shirt fits perfect! Have a lot to offer in the gift shop glad they could save this place and make it a place to visit!!!
