There is no place on earth like Magnolia Emporium and Randolph and Robert. You have to experience it. Nope it's not the mall but I promise you it is unique. If art is your thing this is the best place to get paintings and often meet the artist. I am always overwhelmed every time I venture into the store. Randolph makes everyone FEEL special.

I have shopped all over the world and have accumulated a great deal of things in my journeys. However, whenever I walk into Magnolia I feel as though I am walking through some very exotic locations. The items presented are top of the line and the atmosphere is always that of peace and tranquillity. The items are top of the line and quality goods meant to last. I highly recommend this business if you are like me and demand only the best. I bring all of my celebrity friends in when they are in town and it never fails, they always walk out with something!
I didn't dislike this place but it was tiny. Although filled with cute things it would only take a few minutes to see everything.

The internet has taken away the ability to really get to know someone. Randall makes sure he gets to know who he is working with! He has to be one of the sweetest, most friendly owners I know; I am proud to call him a client and a friend. His sense of design is impeccable. His sense of humor is second to none. Magnolia Emporium has to be my favorite store in Charlotte, NC. I was in town performing at a Charity fundraiser, and was very impressed by the outside visual of the store. The murals were painted so beautiful and show the history of the Gold District. I was welcomed in through the dark wood front door and was wowed by the modern decor in the store. Everything is very unique. They even have a great selection of products for your pet, and also candles I couldn't resist. The owner was very kind and so helpful. He showed me all the different companies he works with to make sure your home or office decor has the perfect touch. You can even get art work from local talented artists. This is a "must stop in" place when you're in Charlotte. You will be amazed...
I've been shopping with Magnolia Emporium since the opening and love so many of the products they carry. Its packed with all things fabulous and comforting. You'll find anything from fragrant candles and soaps to chocolates and doggy treats!! It's the perfect place to find gift ideas both big and small and for every season. And if there is something you can't find The shop owner Randolph so knowledgeable and helpful. You can't go wrong with stopping by, even if just to say hi and check it out. A great place for unique gifts, accessories and decor. Their faux snakeskin pillows caught my eye. It's a great place to take Grandma. Lots of restaurants and small stores nearby and very walkable.

Three years ago, I moved to Charlotte from Raleigh right across the street from Magnolia Emporium. It was on my to do list for a while to go check out the adorable shop that caught my eye when we were apartment shopping before moving to the area. Magnolia Emporium is more than their unique and luxurious goods. They're building a community in the Gold District that celebrates creativity, honors hard work, and believes in magic. When I first visited Magnolia Emporium it was one chilly December evening and we were out exploring Uptown's Christkindlmarkt and happened to feel in the spirit to finally check out the gem across the street we'd been meaning to since we moved in a few months prior. The shop owner was so kind and captivating. He told us about the Gold District, which we knew nothing about before that night. I was entranced by their products and their level of care for their customers and their community. These are the people and small businesses that keep our communities strong and thriving with their own unique characteristics. Check out the Magnolia Emporium if you value carefully selected products, conversation, or revealing irreplaceable nooks of Charlotte!
Found this delightful gem on a whim today. Such a fun and unique store and the owner was so nice and knowledgeable. He even gave me tips today for a nearby restaurant and was dead on! :)
This is my absolute favorite place to stop by in Charlotte. The ally is so charming I want to hang out and sip wine. There is always a unique treasure to find every visit. I love to find gifts here as well. It just has a bit of everything special.

Magnolia Emporium is a wonderful gem in Charlotte! It may appear small, but so many wonderful items are begging you to look at them! Jewelry, paintings, personal household items like soaps/lotions, clothing, accessories, specialty food, and thousands of items to order to your taste! A true treasure chest! And the owners make everyone feel welcome and at ease. A lovely place to visit and shop! Always looking forward to my next visit!
Said they are moving July 1st, but wouldn't say where & that they won't announce where they're moving to until July 1st. Why? That makes no sense, and if you want customers to follow you it would be a good idea to give advance notice. Even the website just has a thin banner at top that just states they're moving; almost looks like an ad, not linked to any info. Nothing else on the website. That's really shady.
