Was awesome to visit. Smaller in size than anticipated but not too crowded but was during the week. Kids had a great time on the playground and the bakery was amazing!

What a really cool place to spend a few hours. The grounds are very nice, the food in the area was good and everyone seemed to be having a great time.

Very cool experience if you're a fan of Chip and Joanna Gaines. The store is extremely busy and it's hard to shop, but they have a lot of nice stuff. The outdoors area is lovely, and the food trucks are yummy. The wait for the bakery was not so bad, and the system to get your items is smart and moves people along quickly. We had fun!!!

Stopped in to get gifts. The area was neat and well organized. Plan accordingly since it looks like it could get crowded. Worth a visit and to take pictures.

So much inspiration in one place! I am already working to match some of the stylistic decorating we saw at my own home. I recommend taking your time at the seed company area and walking the gardens. Just beautiful!

Today was my first time visiting the Magnolia Market, very crowded & long lines, although the food was great, nice music, and the people were friendly, but everything in the store was too overpriced. Unique experience overall, but not sure if I'd come back.

A few blocks from the Dr Pepper Museum. The women and girls really enjoyed the inside. The men love the food trucks that lined the perimeter.

Not only is everything BEAUTIFUL and of course just as peaceful, homey, and lovely as Joanna and Chip are, but the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! I lost my phone and was worried it had been taken, and every staff member I talked to jumped in to help and was beyond patient and dedicated to making sure everything was okay. I can t thank them all enough and I am beyond happy we stopped here on our trip!

Clean outdoor family atmosphere. Great place to walk around, kill time, and buy Waco/Magbolia swag.

I was very displeased at the ruined customer severance. Most of the employees seemed like they hated tourist.

It was so fun to visit the Magnolia Market Silos! I, along with many, many others enjoyed our day experiencing the successes of Chip & Joanna Gains and Waco, TX.

Very cute place, but way too many people (on a Saturday). It was a 3 yr celebration, so maybe that's why.

Bakery was good. It is a nice place, but smaller than I was expecting. Nice family atmosphere. Some things were expensive, but they did give me a military discount for my husband.

If you're a big fan of the show you need to visit the silos and the rest of the shops that Chip and Joanne have. However, the disappointing thing is the inflation of the prices.. Their merchandise is way overpriced.. I get it, people want to buy it just because it came from their store but some of the same things they sell there you can buy at Target in the magnolia line section at a more reasonable price. Don't get me wrong, Chip and Joanne are awesome people and I love to watch their shows and have met Joanne's mom at the silos before. I just feel like they should be giving their fans a fair price and not try to overcharge for their items.

Very nice and beautiful location. Clean and well kept. A nice selection of things to buy. For me it seemed somewhat repetitive and over priced.

Its mecca for Fixer Upper fans. Foods are over-priced, but it's a must do for the selfie opportunity.

Way over rated! $7 for a plastic flower, $28 for a cancer you could buy at Wal Mart and it smells better. We understand having to make a living but pricing a food at $7 that probably cost .50 is not right!!

Totally deserve the five stars! Wish I could have ran into chip and Jo. If you are reading this, you are invited to dinner sometime.

Drove 5 hours, I was not disappointed! Such a beautiful place and great family atmosphere! I will be back!

Love the store and all its decor and house items. It was a bit pricy. And the store was so busy. You could hardly walk thru the store. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the outdoor area and food trucks. Very nice place.

The cupcakes were delicious, along with the other baked goods we ordered. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We bought quite a few goodies from the Magnolia store, as well as the seed and supply store. Definitely worth the trip!

Had a great time exploring the market, and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the baked goods. As many others have mentioned, prices are definitely at a premium, but being such a destination place, I'm not surprised. Definitely can see a lot of hard work was put in here, and it's a beautiful place to see!

A true destination for anyone who loves the Gaine s show, books, or magazines. A very well curated market of highly designed wares for anyone s home which includes pottery, wood pieces, art, flowers.. everything has a Magnolia vibe with high quality and design. I d say everything was priced just a notch above Target and Hobby Lobby, but for good reason as you are paying for quality!

Pretty place, polite staff, super crowded even though it was pouring rain, lol. Missed the food trucks bc of the storm :( but it was worth the 2 hr trip regardless.

A palace to all things Gaines. HGTV fans of their show who love Joanna's decorating style will looooove this place. There's a great space with food trucks and yard games which makes the place a great spot to hang out. The bakery is phenomenal as well, but VERY crowded.

If you're unfamiliar with the HGTV show, you probably wont find this crowded attraction to be your cup of tea.

A well known couple of house restoration folks from TV have created an entire village in this old industrial part of town. Numerous knick-knack shops, a coffee shop, a bakery (WOW!) and landscaped grounds that are flawless. Prices are higher than hell for items that are actually quite plain, but trendy for some folks. ($32 for a very ordinary tee shirt, for example!) Great place to stroll or sit outside in a courtyard with coffee and literally ANYTHING from that bakery. OMG! . Go early as crowds build and it can get very busy. I would avoid Saturdays

Dragged here by my wife but I enjoyed it as much as she did. I thought it was a fun atmosphere and great place to spend a few hours.

I love my new credit card pouch and jewelry from @magnolia! When you are in waco, be sure to stop by her new accessory store by the coffee shop. All kinds of awesome leather products and jewelry. Merry Christmas to me!

The new coffee shop is cute as well as all the work and additions that they have done. The impressed with all the growth that they have accomplished.

I don't watch much TV so I didn't know anything about the show when I went there. The outdoor space is nice if you have kids or want to be like kids. There are a variety of food trucks to choose from. The bakery is okay I guess. I visited the food truck to avoid the long line and tried a cookie and a cupcake, but they are way too sugary. They also sold out before they closed at 4 pm. There might be a very light hint of the peach flavor in the peach pie cupcake, but I had to persuade myself that it had peach flavor in it. The gift shop is not that different from Target but the things are way too overpriced. A wreath with fake leaves costs $108. The candles smell good, but a 26 oz one is $58. Overall I personally think this place is overrated, but I can see that the Gaines' are pretty successful in making Waco a tourist destination.

If I could rate lower than one star I would. Had out of state guests travel 500 miles with this being a bucket list stop. First time arrived right at close time and was turned away. Second time this past friday we arrived at 1:40 and was turned away once more this time an hour and a half before closing time. Very rude door lady told us that they close whenever they think the restaurant will be full. No apology . Just told that we could still purchase gift items such as a 25 dollar coffee mug. No thanks, rude, overpriced and unwanted by the community, do yourself a favor and visit or take out of town guests somewhere they may enjoy.

Chip is such a fake. Yes dear I would love to remodel, yes dear Shiplap is nice. Yes dear I would love to give you the night alone so you can figure out where to place that vase. His stunt has hurt a few marriages.

Very cool atmosphere , if you want to shop till you drop and relax in the outdoor area after, this is the spot for you.

I just moved to Texas and all my friends kept telling me I needed to go to the Silos. It was interesting but doubt I'd go again. Everyone was friendly and it's great for bringing business to Waco.

Its more for ppl who are fans of chip and joanna gaines. It didnt impress me. It was nice but there is limited seating, and its hard to find shade. Be sure to wear sunblock.

What a wonderful place Chip and Joanna have created! Excellent place to hang with your family, shop a little (prices are high), and get a bite to eat from the food truck selection.

Very cute stuff, friendly staff, prices are pretty high but that s expected. One part of the store is cooled and the other is not which makes shopping not so fun. Some more variety in items would be nice.

The secret is going in February! We had beautiful weather and it wasn t over-crowded. Prices were a little higher than I expected, but it made for a good, side trip ladies day on vacation.

Very expensive in my opinion. The decorations are decent quality. It was pretty packed with people when I went. Barely enough room to walk around inside. All the lines to checkout were long. The bakery line was the longest. Probably waited about 20-25 minutes. But the cupcake I got was amazing and I'm not the type to like sweet desserts. It was a great experience.

so much fun! the cupcakes were delicious, and the sweet tea comes in a cute reusable glass cup (definitely worth the $8 imo)

Not what I expected. Beautiful things, though. Line to Bakey very, very long and then so crowded inside not really worth the wait. Maybe it was a bad Monday, I don't know. If nothing else, go so you can see what it is all about.

It's fun and the food trucks are great. But...this place is crowded and overpriced. The kids loved running around and playing in the yard. It's kind of like being at six flags, there's a line everywhere for everything and everything is way more expensive than it should be. But I love my shirt.

It was awesome! If you love the show fixer upper you will love the silos. We went to the bakery and it s not a regular cupcake - and we ve tried a lot! I tried the ship map- adorable! And it was Delicious!!

Worth a stop. Not worth a trip. If you're already going through Waco and you like Fixer Upper then you should stop. But overall it's a letdown, especially if it's hot outside. Also know that you're going for the experience because what was for sale was very typical, likely found at Target or Pier One, and there wasn't even that much stuff for how big I thought this place would be. Everything, including the food trucks, was overpriced. The staff was very friendly and welcoming though. And what I bought is decent enough quality

Very nice place with lots of shops, food, etc. The bakery is a must. We went on a rainy day during the week, so not big crowds or lines. They were making sure we social distanced with lots of sanitizing stations. Staff was very friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed our visit!

The grounds were wonderful. I didn't care much for the store. There wasn't alot to choose from.
