I've been trying to go for over two years, but never wanted to wait in line. Went the Monday before Thanksgiving before opening and the lines were manageable. They are super organized, friendly and happy to take your money!

What a great place to take family who was visiting from out of state. Love downtown Waco and all the life the C&J Gains have helped to breathe into the area. Cannot wait to see how and what they do with the state landmark property "Cottonlannd Castle".

Super fun place to shop. Staff was friendly and helpful. A little pricey but didn't stop me or all of the other shoppers. Was on a time crunch, would have liked to stopped by the original store which is the scratch and dent items. So glad we drove up to Waco.

Meh, not my thing.

Meh, not my thing.

But, lots of great food trucks. But no, I would not like to stand in line 20 minutes to get into your store... And I'm the nut?!

We specifically came to Waco for ALL things, Magnolia. Midweek visits meant no lines! The whole property is well staffed with friendly and smiling faces! The Silo cookies from the bakery were delicious! The food trucks lining the property, gave a cozy feel and I loved the turf area with bags, beanbags, and kickball. Great for the whole family!

I recommend that as soon as you plan a trip make a reservation for Magnolia Table. We weren't able to enjoy a meal but I was able to grab some bakery items. This is a really sweet and quaint place to spend time with family and friends. However it is hot but it is Texas.

We had such a great time here. It was so nice to get away and spend a day relaxing on this big green yard, drinking sweet tea, and eating from the food trucks. The tour bus is also super fun and we were able to go visit the diner and come back without driving ourselves. Plenty of parking and it really is child friendly! Also dog friendly which is good to know for next time!

Glad i came from florida to see it....BUT....big let down....very overrated! I love the show and was expecting alot of unique things for decor....its all....over priced stuff from CHINA.....and very little of it! Mostly...vases...cheap flowers...a few pillows and books! And alot of tshirts and ball caps!! The outside area ....with the food trucks & lounging area was awesome! I Will continue to watch the show...but would not return to the Silos!

Loved my day there! We were there when it opened and didn't have to wait at all on a Saturday! We waited in line at the Bakery for a mere 7-10 minutes tops, but we were in the shade, so no worries. The staff were so friendly. The added little touches were very nice and thoughtful, such as sunscreen in the bathrooms, outdoor play area for the kiddos and sprinklers to cool you down!

The Market was extremely small and very commercialized... the farmhouse creativity was completely lacking. Take a detour down the road, The Findery boutique, had fantastic farmhouse decor ( furniture, pictures, shelves, candles, lighting etc) Also, Magnolia food trucks were over priced and their whole Waco area needed renovation. Unfortunately, the Magnolia Market Silo was just like going into a very very small section of Target....mugs, T-shirts, baseball hats, pillows etc... Again, take a look at The Findery boutique ( down the street)...farmhouse style galore... it will not disappoint...

Great atmosphere. Dirty rock parking lot with a ton of dust. Great customer service. I purchased measuring cups and they broke, emailed customer service and they replaced after verifying purchase. Great cupcakes and food trucks

Free entry, cool space with music, lawn games, and food trucks. Shops are neat, carrying all sorts of stuff from Chip and Joanna and stuff from the show. Lines at the bakery are insane, so be prepared to wait a long time if you want one of those cupcakes.

Disappointed in how expensive everything was. A simple mug was $24! We ate outside where the food trucks are. They have shelters with picnic tables....and lots of birds. Got pooped on but I hear that's good luck. I was lucky it wasnt on my head or food!! Nice place, nice things but just SO OVERPRICED!!

Wish I could have spent less time here, but the ladies insisted we stop. 30 minutes no more.

Checkout the price of the 1 x12 x4 rustic serving plank at 88$ in the picture below. Run through the gift store, forget your wallet in the truck, better yet spend the 30 minutes waiting in line to buy a doughnut.

Looks like Chip and Jo have there hands full. I m happy for them but it was a little to commercialized for me. We had coffee, cupcakes and a cinnamon roll from the bakery and they were all very good. Just didn t care for all the imported goods in the market.

I love the food trucks and the garden. The store had a few things I liked, but nothing really jumped out at me. I love all the tulips and pretty flowers everywhere. It was very crowded and I really wanted a cupcake, but the line was wrapped around the building. I was hoping it wouldn't be so crowded on a Wednesday afternoon, but it was. I cant imagine what a Saturday must be!

Cup cakes yum, service excellent. Trolley driver Dave fantastic, made my trip from Sydney Australia!! Very well thought out, plus the trolley connection to the shuttle between the Silos & table.

Absolutely wonderful! Unique items. The silk flowers and plants are the best I've seen. Price range is excellent for the quality. If you shop Pier One it is in that price range or less but better quality. I shopped after 3:00 pm week day and not crowded and no waiting to check out. The Magnolia Table was a great experience. The best biscuits ever.

It was really cool to see all the places that have become so famous in the Magnolia franchise. However, the grounds were so incredibly crowded that it was difficult to enjoy our time there. Shopping in the market is impossible when you are packed in like sardines. The food trucks and pop up vendors are a nice addition though. Parking options need improvement.

Everyone is very kind and courteous. We drove in kinda late (~midday), but we were able to grab stuff from the food trucks and the bakery. I suggest bringing an extra jacket for the windy weather, and dress cute for pictures. Street parking is available, but you can also park in lots for a fee.

I appreciated how there is something for the whole family. A play grass area for kids and adults. Food trucks. Water stations and bathrooms with changing tables. Easy ramps for strollers....
And the flowers were stunning. Lots of great places to get a family photo with amazing backdrops.

Such a fun day! We visited on a Saturday. Got there at 10am and the line was already super long, like around the corner of the building, but it moved fast. The store was pretty crowded. The seed store is still closed but the church and all 6 brand new shops are open! They are only letting a few people in at a time to each shop and you have to line up in front of each shop (4 out of 6 had lines), but those lines moved pretty fast too. My FAVORITE shop was Vie Bien Aimee. It has all kinds of lovely smelly soaps, lotions, and balms. The church is beautiful and you can go inside too. There are 2 food trucks behind the church. The Silos Bakery truck sells cupcakes and cookies and cute drinks. You don't have to wait in the looooong bakery line to get a cupcake!!! There is a Magnolia Table truck too and I had a yummy chicken salad sandwich from there. The concessions stand was open and sold pretzels and a few other items. Wiffle ball field still going in. Magnolia Home is open and sells furniture. There was no line to get in there. Lots of seating everywhere and restrooms near the church. Can't wait to visit again when the renovations are complete!

SO crowded and it was 2pm on a random Tuesday. It would've been worth the 45min detour off & back on I35 if there were around 500 fewer people there (not exaggerating). It was really just so unpleasantly full and much smaller than I'd expected that I wouldn't recommend it to anyone... unless you go when it's pouring rain so maybe fewer people.

Not impresses at all with shops there over priced no varieties. If you want to buy dishes place to be. I'm sorry a small wooden spoon
$10.00ea Another ex. Small plain tea towel with Magnolia on it $14.00 nothing special.

The Food Trucks were the main attraction.

Not recommending the shopping.
One more thing it was so crowded at the flower shop only thought GET ME OUT IF THERE. only allow so many people in a FIRE SAFETY ISSUE.

I was expecting a community market. Its just the Magnolia target collection in a warhouse. Then you take every Fixer Upper fan (there is a lot...its a really good show.) And shove them into into it.

Nice little place to I've been there to when you see it on TV but thats really about it.

Go up the street and visit the Homestead farms instead.

So save time swing by for a photo op then drive to target to by a Magnolia gift.

This is a really great stop if you are in the Waco area! There are several shops, food trucks, and a bakery--plus a large field/pavilion for guests to hang out in. The staff is exceptionally friendly, but the Market is a big tourist destination so expect long wait times & crowded conditions.

My dreams came true and I finally got to check out the Magnolia Market. This place is so cute. We drove from Austin and it took 1 hour and 32 minutes. They just opened some new smaller shops and between them is a beautiful little church. I got the lavender cupcake. Highly recommended. If you don t want to wait in line for the bakery they had some campers selling cookies and cupcakes as well. Didn t have to wait in line.

I love Chip and Jo's stuff. But the market is a bit overpriced and doesn't have a huge amount of the bigger items that you see on TV. Although it is a good example of Jo's style, and gets you creative juices flowing.

Love love love! The bakery is amazing, we went early on a Wednesday and didn't even have to wait in a line. I had the Shiplap, which is a vanilla cupcake with vanilla buttercream and I still can't get over how good it was! The actual market was busy but not overly so and the outdoor area with all the food vendors was really nice. The Alabama sweet tea truck is a go to!!

Took my wife here for her 25th birthday. The only reason I m rating 4-stars is because of the prices. Chip and Jo have boutique syndrome real bad; e.g., I saw a decorative glass jar for $80. If you plan to buy, just know it is easy to overspend here. Other than the prices phenomenal visit. We went during the 2018 Silobration, and were expecting the crowds. Plan to spend a couple hours browsing and enjoying the scenery. Stop by their bakery (we got the lemon-lavender cupcake with coffee, and get a snack at their food truck if you don t want to wait 1-3 hours for lunch at the Magnolia Table). Take pictures, and don t miss their garden!

It was cool but the store was very overpriced. Additionally I was disappointed that the restaurant wasn't on site. I thought the bakery was delicious and well priced. The food trucks were a nice touch.
