Took my new car in for its first service and had to wait forever then on the way home the tire pressure sign comes on. I discover the rear tires are actually overinflated! I wish they would have just left them alone. The people are nice but it's obvious they were too busy and the wait is way too long for routine service.

This is a busy dealership, and I am always amazed how well they do keeping everything on track. I love how my service advisor, Charles Hart, always looks for ways to help make every appointment easy.

I learned alot going over my paperwork at home...taxes were charged on the original price of the car and not the negotiated cost...things we were told would be included with the service contract were charged separately... other things do not make sense and like I said these mistakes will not be made again. I will be calling the BBB and letting everyone I know that this business pads the financing to their monetary gain

Recently went to McDavid Honda to buy a 2016 Civic for my son. Had a unique set of circumstances related to how we wanted to make the deal, what we could afford, etc. Keith Burr and everyone we worked with went above and beyond to make it happen for us. Keith clearly demonstrated that he was "for us" throughout the process. There is a reason we are repeat customers at McDavid.

Sergio was amazing!!!! I was traveling from Arizona for the holidays, and my battery kept dying. To make sure I made it home safely, Sergio not only replaced my battery but checked all of my car bumper to bumper. There were a couple of other things to tend do being that my car was 3 years old. All was taken care of in about an hour.

Absolutely terrible customer service with zero follow up. I had a 10:30am appointment for a new KEY FOB, yes, that means cutting a new key and programming the fob to my car. At 12:30p I texted my service rep (as instructed) asking for an ETA - I heard nothing. 1:06pm I called for a status update and was put on hold for 22 minutes, hung up and called back waiting on hold for 11 minutes to find out there is not a manager on site on a Saturday, once they could find my service rep he informed me my car hadn t even been brought back for service yet. I picked my car up at 1:30p and left, without a promised 2 hour time window for a key fob. I recommend never having your car serviced here, and don t even think about buying or leasing from this location - scam after scam.

Bought a 2017 Honda Civic Touring Sedan on Sunday and my experience was truly amazing. The sales staff never pressured me at any time and on my first trip to the dealership we did not even discuss pricing. I told the salesman Noe I was going to wait 1 week to make my decision and he respected that and offered to give me a call in a week when I was ready. Despite this, I chose to make my decision later that evening and called the sales manager to speak over the phone. I told him what I wanted to pay monthly for the car and he said he would call me back after crunching the numbers. He called back shortly thereafter with a far better deal than I asked for and I couldn't turn it down. The dealership gave me a fair price on my trade-in which was 9 years old and Mo in the finance department helped me get a far better rate on my loan than the dealership was offering themselves. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and I would definitely recommend them to any friends or family. A+ experience

I had a great experience buying a Honda Odyssey today from Lexie. I had to drive 2 hrs to get to the dealership so I needed things to go as quickly and efficiently as possible. Lexie delivered on both. She called me yesterday,insuring she had all necessary documents to get paperwork done beforehand. It's a huge dealership so some waiting couldn't be avoided. Lexie was great start to finish, and to make it really easy, McDavid returned our Enterprise rental, saving more time and money. Lexie and Joshua you guys rock!

Justin in the service center worked me in for an oil change about an hour before close when I found out the screws on my skid plate were stripped from shoddy service and couldn t be removed without causing damage. The service team removed and replaced the stripped screws, changed my oil, and even washed the car for me in under an hour!

I took my vehicle to the service drive to get a warranty repair done on my car, I dropped my vehicle off and got a loaner for a couple of days, I returned a couple days later to pick my car up from McDavid, I got my car returned to me and left to go home, once i arrived home i looked at my car noticing they left my interior filthy! Grease on my seats and glove box, not how I left my car! They have no respect for anyone's property what so ever, I will never be a customer of McDavid anymore!

Service was bad. Even after having an appointment, there was no clue of what maintenance is required on my vehicle!!! A and A1 maintenance confusion:(

Reception and interactions didn t make me comfortable at all.... The staff didn t have a clue about The maintenance packages in my account. They weren t friendly and didn t even show me to the waiting lounge!!! ( this is the first time I am there for my car maintenance) ....

The car wash wasn t clean post maintenance... The wind shield was dirty and all the windows had water strains... Wish they hadn t washed it all:( I ended up cleaning the car again.

Finance desk was friendly and they explained the charges and even directed me to the car.

Hope it only gets better from here!!!

I worked with Andy Loney to purchase my new Honda. My test drive with him sold me on the car before we even left the lot. He knows Honda cars and all the facts, safety information and technology features. I learned so much from him just sitting in the vehicle before the drive. The Honda drive was great and sealed the deal for me. Andy's disposition was not pushy at all and he really listened to what was important to me and my family. I have taken my mom back to buy a car from him and we are sharing his name with others. His relaxed and caring nature made it feel like I was family to him. Thanks Andy for a great purchase experience.

The 1 star is only against the "Used car department".
I would give 5 stars for new car dealership, I've leased one car last year.
I would give 5 stars for car service department, I've maintained my car recently.

I've got a text message from the used car manager at 4:48 PM saying that the car I looked at a day before is ready to check, I went there at 6:00 PM same day and the sales person told me the car has been sold (What!!!) then he said let me check with the manager, after 15 minutes of waiting the sales person came back and said the car still here but (it's on pending deal).
I took the car for a test drive then I've decided to take it out to the mechanic shop to check it up (the car was due to oil change, 7500 miles was driven on the old oil and they haven't changed it, and had an oil leak which they said it didn't when I asked ).
After some time the sales person came back again offering us a discount, I believe to avoid taking the car for check up.
We accepted the offer and we have asked them to provide the PO in order to finance the car through my bank.
At this point the sales manager started putting me on pressure and kept requesting me to sign the credit application and put downpayment and sign some other papers, after I refused to sign that paper the sales manager started yelling at me from his room saying "NO DEAL" "NO DEAL" and he threw all the papers at his desk reflecting an anger behaviour.

But the car showed many problems just in short period like can not drive straight, the windshield is so fragile that it's easy to make lots of pits even you drive normally, the tires are old even though they should be new and couple other problems make you feel unhappy! Took time off of work to bring my honda here due to an airbag recall. They said it would take an hr, which it did but they didn t install the dashboard back correctly! So scheduled an appointment, took time off of work yet again for them to fix it and the guy tells me it ll be couple hrs because there s other appointments, the install of it is couple hrs. Etc. I expressed that I was upset about having to wait so long and all he said was, well ma am it s a safety issue. With that reply I got mad and said SAFETY ISSUE, let s not go there because if that s case you gave me my car back with an airbag NOT properly installed and dashboard not on, thats the real safety issue. He just stared with a blank face (probably trying to keep me calm lol) but I did ramble about being disappointed to waiting 2-3hrs and he just replied that they would try to expedite it as safely as they can. I just rolled my eyes and agreed. But they did just that! They were quick and even washed my car! Sergio remained calm even when I was upset. Thank you for putting up with me, when you were just doing your job! My apologies!

I have been leasing cars specially Honda from last 8-10 years and currently have 2 Honda at home but this is my worst car buying experience ever. Had worst experience dealing with a manager Marcus William, who needs to get some customer services lessons from sales guys. I left the deal and then got a call that Marcus agrees to my terms and I can pick up the car. When I came to dealership they told me they can t make it happen it was a mistake and Marcus can t honor the deal anymore. I will definitely be reporting this incident to better business bureau as well. If you are reading this comment and it s your first visit to buy a car at this dealership leave the deal and they will call you next day to give you the car on your terms.

Took my 2017 Acura MDX in for an install of a transmission cooler and they did an awesome job! The price that Acura was wanting to charge for the same install was almost 40 percent higher! Our experience of buying a new and beautiful Honda CRV EX was awesome. Sergey Medushevski, our salesperson, met us immediately at the hall and showed a superb customer service by helping us choose the right car. He spent so much time with us explaining all the technology features and helping us learn about our new car. This is our third car that we have bought from Sergey. We recommend everybody to pick Sergey as their salesperson.!

Walked in with about 90 mins to kill, just to kick some tires on a few used cars before I went to a meeting. Immediately met with Magic Shalaby in the Pre-Owned section, and within 10 mins we were on a test-drive in an SUV. We went about 10 miles, then came back for a short test in a sedan. I really liked the first car, so I was allowed to take it to my meeting, then back towards Denton to have my wife take a look. I asked Magic a couple of questions, he got back with me immediately, and less than an hour later, I had a newer car with great MPG and all features required, AND my wife loves it, too!

I was blown away by the professionalism and efficiency in the entire operation, from the Pre-Owned Dept to Finance to Service. I recommend anyone to contact Magic Shalaby for your vehicle needs!

Had a very frustrating experience. Service adviser Tim said he ordered a part for our vehicle when we came in for service. Called twice over the course of a month and no part. Adviser told me to be patient because it was coming from Japan. Informed him we were unable to drive our vehicle because of the broken seat belt. He argued with me and said it was safe to drive with a broken drivers seat belt! I had to get the service manager involved only to find out that the service advisor NEVER ordered the part. A week later the part arrived and the service department installed it on the wrong side AND it wasnt even the right part. OMG. It took almost 6 weeks to get the issue resolved and it was sourced locally all along. Very frustrating all because of the lack of care from the service adviser Tim. Service Manager Jason saved the day!

Right beside her was Honda CRV 2018 and I jokingly told her I am in love with that car. She immediately suggested on me seeing a sales guy and introduced me to Jeremy and Michael Baker. With some negotiations on the quote I traded my civic 2017 with CRV 2018. I had no actual intention of buying. Selling something like a car to a person who had no intention of buying shows great sales skill and commitment towards the company you are working for. I would not have bought the car that day if Jordan would have stuck to her responsibility of being accessories manager and not bothering about the sales of David McDavid. In the end I ended with buying accessories for my new CRV from Jordan with the best possible rates. Good going David Mcdavid, you have amazing staff working for you and not just themselves.

Had a reserved car service appointment- was told it would take 90-120 min. Leave work early, check in 20 min early, tell the service rep I do need to leave in 2 hours to pick up my kids. 1hr 45 min later I text to see what is the status, no response. 2 hours in go find the rep who goes back to check. Comes back to tell me my car is next. So after 2 hours waiting they hadn t started the needed 2 hour service on my car.
I appreciate that things can get busy but communication and updates would have been nice.
Now I still need another time to take off work and get this service done.

The worst service ever encountered at a dealership. The salesman was sexist towards me and would only speak to my husband. Waited over 15 min to test drive a car just to find out the salesman couldn't find the car and wanted us to walk the lot to look for it with him. We turned around and left. Will never go back and am warning others to go elsewhere. They don't want your business!

My wife and I upgraded in our 2009 Honda CR-V for an awesome 2013 CR-V this past Friday. Rich Davis was our sales consultant and not only was he very detailed in explaining the new features on the vehicle he was also unexpectedly patient in dealing with my wife's emotions when it concerned financing, monthly payments and letting go of the old to begin with the new. He was professional and easy to speak to. We were not expecting to walk out with a new car when we took ours in to the shop but Chris MarChant made a trade in offer that we could not ignore and we are very happy that he did. Our experience with everyone there was impressive and we will not hesitate to spread the word.
