Absolutely terrible customer service with zero follow up. I had a 10:30am appointment for a new KEY FOB, yes, that means cutting a new key and programming the fob to my car. At 12:30p I texted my service rep (as instructed) asking for an ETA - I heard nothing. 1:06pm I called for a status update and was put on hold for 22 minutes, hung up and called back waiting on hold for 11 minutes to find out there is not a manager on site on a Saturday, once they could find my service rep he informed me my car hadn t even been brought back for service yet. I picked my car up at 1:30p and left, without a promised 2 hour time window for a key fob. I recommend never having your car serviced here, and don t even think about buying or leasing from this location - scam after scam.
