Horrible service waited 25 minutes in the actual service bay and no one helped. Then they said that s what I get for not making an appt on a Saturday before I could even tell him my car barely made it into the dealership so obviously when your car is breaking down on the road you can t make an appointment. I was literally the only one in the entire bay
