Had a very frustrating experience. Service adviser Tim said he ordered a part for our vehicle when we came in for service. Called twice over the course of a month and no part. Adviser told me to be patient because it was coming from Japan. Informed him we were unable to drive our vehicle because of the broken seat belt. He argued with me and said it was safe to drive with a broken drivers seat belt! I had to get the service manager involved only to find out that the service advisor NEVER ordered the part. A week later the part arrived and the service department installed it on the wrong side AND it wasnt even the right part. OMG. It took almost 6 weeks to get the issue resolved and it was sourced locally all along. Very frustrating all because of the lack of care from the service adviser Tim. Service Manager Jason saved the day!
