Boooo on your SERVICE department - I called for a radio code and was told to come in (what a crock of "_BLANK_") come in for a code if I have the serial number ? The rep I spoke to (wont mention his name) said "we cant give it to you sir" he didnt say "we dont" , just "cant" which is total crap heres why...........

well I called another local honda dealer and they gave it to me OVER THE PHONE instead of inconveniencing me 30 minutes of driving + sitting there + a charge probably to get my radio working

Not cool guys you should change that "procedure" asap
