when i walked into the showroom, the salesmen struck me as the typical car salesmen... fast talkers, hustlers, accentuating they're comments by pointing at you with fingers mimmicking pistols, calling you stuff like "boss" and "pal" and telling you stuff like "you'd better buy it now because it's not gonna stay here, it could get sold tomorrow. that kind of crap. we had a great salesguy, rick who made the process easy and painless, and who applied little to no pressure. then i had to deal with their finance manager, Jessica, who has little to no people skills, tried to pressure me into going with one of their finance packages, and then supplied me with faulty information regarding the car's warranty. I just wanted to say, Rick Hays professionalism saved the whole process, and made it a lot easier.
