I was very disappointed in my negative experience ...

I was very disappointed in my negative experience this time when I went in to get my tires rotated. I purchased my vehicle from Dave Sinclair Ford 10 years ago and have bought tires and had them rotated regularly. This time one of the caps came off the center of the tire after my appointment. When I called and asked them to replace it they refused but they did find a replacement and would charge me $25 for it. I was just very disappointed that they were not willing to make me happy for such an inexpensive price. They did look back in my paperwork and found that they wrote on a receipt fron 3 years ago that 2 of my caps loose. But was never verbally brought to my attention. Over the years they have never hesitated to verbal I tell me if there was a repair they recommended be done to my car they cost $300 or $500 or an amount that would dig deep into my pocket. Just disappointed in this experience and wanted to share.
