Ashley (Manager), Bev, and the customer service team at the body shop were absolutely wonderful. They helped to make a terrible day into a much more bearable experience overall. Jim did amazing work on our vehicle, it really looked like new when we got it back. Our vehicle has been a special part of our family experience in recent years, so it was nice to have someone respect and appreciate what we were going through.
