When I tried to schedule an appointment online I couldn't so I called Dave Sinclair and the lady who answered told me that the online service was not correct and didn't work. It showed appointments available but when I called she told me it would be 3 more weeks before I could get my car serviced. I told her I would have to call back. I tried again to use the online service and was able to book an appt but then got a call that there was no availability on that date so she got me in three days later. The online appointment system needs to be worked on and updated.
