Having bought a fridge Monday, August 28 (model expo) and to be delivered the following Thursday between 12 and 17h, we took our afternoon my husband and me to receive the device and to proceed to all the resettlement. ... But at 17h, still seeing no sign of the deliverymen I decided to call the after sales service (35c euro min and about 10min waiting!). I am told that the delivery will not be made because the fridge is not available in mag (madeleine paris 8)! How is it possible that it is not available while it is the model of expo ???? Furious to have lost my day (time and work) I go to the store. the fridge is still there, the manager does not understand, told me he will call delivery the next day and will contact me at 8:30. But it is not until 10:30, after having recontact me the sav that the mag reminds me explaining to me that I will be delivered the same day between 17 and 20h! the least of it would have been to warn me on Thursday of the problem of delivery, that I have priority the next day (not yet a niche of 3 hours and more at the end of the day!), let me make a commercial gesture (in view of the quantity of devices that I buy from you and damage caused!). But nothing! the manager replies that I already had 30% on the price of the fridge .... but it was a model of expo, the discount price was already displayed! I was not given any favors !! In short I am furious by the lack of professionalism .... Moreover I was organizing a dinner Friday night but I have to cancel everything because of this delivery .... I will now refurbish twice before buying from Darty.
The entire team at this Le Perchay store is helpful. Received with a smile and they are professional and polite. No familiarity with the customer. They listen carefully to the customer's requests to propose the best product. Keep going !

Deplorable customer service, endless queues at the withdrawal of articles that say a lot about the organization of the store's inventory ... Products everywhere on the floor at the ticket office seeming to belong to no one, sellers lost, products in exhibitions more available for sale in the store (The list is long!) ... I strongly recommend this store to anyone seeking advice or having little time to make purchases.

To avoid !!! Order placed on the internet and not prepared when I arrived. I then ask what is the availability of the product on the shelf, I am sent to walk around telling me that there is none left and that we will have to iron. After a little persistence on my part, the item is available in store !! Extremely unprofessional!

5 star for the customer service- an employee helped me fix a camera wifi system that wasn't working and took the time to fix the issue immediately because i told him it was urgent. He helped me out for about 45 min, which was so kind of him!!!

Store hard to locate, rude and inappropriate security staff! Ask to check your bag after purchase without hello and talking to you. Then when the gates ring all the same, that same staff calls you back and tries a questionable joke in a disrespectful tone. I will no longer shop there. Baker at 200m and much nicer staff.
Difficult to find because in access to the madeleine car park ... Apart from that there is a choice and the staff are there to inform customers ... Super friendly welcome at the order pick-up counter on the Darty website

A chance for them ... Make a half ray with 4 pins to two ... Discuss between them etc = 15 collaborators in store and 2 customers in mag (including me ) too complicated for sellers: the priority is not the customer, and above all do not ask a question!
One of my two favorite Darty stores (Madeleine and Montargis): kind sellers and cashiers (ssiers) and good advice. There are still some!
Very disappointed with the customer experience.
The product I wanted was out of stock.
They offered to order it by telling me to receive it within 2 days.
I had to pay my order upstream.
They inform me the next day that finally I should wait 15 days.
I have never been called back to have an exchange with them. They could have found a storage solution in another store.
I try to make the merchants in my neighborhood work rather than using express delivery services (Gafa type).
This is a shame because next time, I will find other solutions to get a product on time.
The sellers only think about their com, they are all incompetent, unable to answer the questions asked, because they spend their time telling stories.
They are unable to greet customers with a smile.
And the after-sales service is the same thing, they talk in their corner.

This store has only cerberers at the doors of the store. You will never find any salesman or adviser present during your walk in this place so you can make a purchase by necessity or want. It is better to go out and go elsewhere. It is deplorable!

I work right around the corner from here and have gone three times when it is not busy to buy a specific item (that requires them to open a cabinet for) and every time there is either no one there to help or they call someone and forget about you even though there are staff walking around everywhere. There is a much better FNAC just up the street.

2 people at Financing counters, 3 cashiers, but 0 salesperson on the shelf. When speaking to a member of staff, there is no motivation to redirect us to a competent person. Pity. I'm going to buy my device elsewhere.
