I go to Darty to purchase an oven chosen on their website. Arrival, the oven is not presented, so I ask to be able to see it. To which I am answered: "it is not possible to see it, it is at the bottom of the reserve, you will see it if you buy it and besides you always see the articles before buying them?" Wow, ok. I ask to speak to the Manager who answers me more or less the same thing. So I have neither the dimensions (not indicated on the internet or elsewhere) nor the slightest idea of what the purchase I want to make looks like, except for the photo on the site. I am told if I buy it I will see it. Hm, okay. I am also told that the purchase I want to make "is not the best" so I am directed to an item at double the price. Then I am told that they still cannot show me what the article looks like but they can possibly give me the measurements. They give them to me but that's all. I don't have a clue of the size, I can't really tell. With my insistent air, they end up telling me that I must go to Beaugrenelle if I want to see it because it is exposed there. Very nice. So here I am crossing back to Paris. Or I was finally able to see the article and buy it with competent advice and a listening team, who helped and advised me in less than 10 min, purchase included.
