Great experience! Went to Freeway Mazda for one of their pre-owned CX-30. Signed the same day, and it took 2 weeks to arrange and repair some paint scratches. Peter, one of the managers, was great at keeping me updated with progress and even lent me his car (CX-5 Kuro) to drive for a week while I waited. Very accommodating and friendly!
Amazing customer service experience. Was my first time buying a car and I was in and out of the place in 3 hours. From testing the car (Mazda 3 GS), to getting all the paper work done for the car and my insurance. Tracey was very helpful throughout the whole process. Would recommend.

The recent service provided by Freeway Mazda was excellent. Noah took such great attention to mymx 5. I went in for an oil change and they went out of their way to answer all my questions. They even did a video providing me with details of the service as it went along. There was a video on how the light in my trunk operated. They even fixed the chip in my window unexpectedly. When I picked up my car it was sparkling clean and the price for their service was so inexpensive. It was a total pleasure. Thank you so much Noah and freeway Mazda. They also provided me with a quote for new tires. What awesome service!

They've got a great team here. I go here for car service, and they deliver well on the services they provide. The attention they put into their process is noticeable, because they provide a lot of value on top of keeping your car in top condition. They drop you a text, send you an inspection tour video, and more. They take you through the work in detail when the job's done. They've got well thought out health & safety plans in place, so it feels safe to stay while maintenance is underway.

Originally I had stopped going here because they were pushy about additional services that were not required or recommended.
After a few years, I came back under unique circumstances and I noticed that they were no longer pushing unnecessary services. They even waived the charge ($200) for my original problem which was all labour finding the odd issue that caused the problem. Maybe management changed, but since then I've started coming back and have nothing negative to say. The prices are good, staff is nice, and no more trying to sell things that the customer does not need.

Recently had some warranty work done here on my mx5, called ahead and scheduled 3 weeks in advance for the warranty work and a windshield replacement to be done and informed them that I would need a courtesy car. The day(Tuesday) I was to drop off my car I received a call informing me that their glass guy had called in sick, which was fine as the warranty work called for 16 hrs of labour and I was fine with them performing the windshield replacement on the second day my car would be there (Wednesday). Upon arrival they were unaware that I required a courtesy car and they scrambled and got me into a demo vehicle. During the day Wednesday I receive a call claiming that they wanted me to bring it back as they were trying to sell it and were unable to bring me a replacement, which I did not do as I was currently at work. I got a call informing me the work was done and I could pick up my vehicle. When I got there ai noticed my windshield had not even been touched, no where on the work order had it been noted at all in fact. Now I will have to go and schedule another service, get another loaner, and be without my car for yet another day. This is a very unprofessional service dept. Take your car elsewhere if you are a busy individual who doesn't have the luxury of time to allow these people to bumble around and mishandle your servicing needs.

What needs to be serviced and what could wait for a later service. It was very informative. I will definitely be going back to freeway Mazda for my next service.

I've recently purchased a vehicle from Freeway Mazda and I must say that the overall experience was great and enjoyable. Initially, there was some confusion for one of the charges on the invoice, but in the end, the sales team/staff were able to get this resolved. I have confidence in the vehicle that I have purchased and confidence knowing that if anything were to go wrong, Freeway Mazda will definitely help me get through it. DO NOT GO HERE! I would give them a zero if I could. A few years ago I was quoted $120 + taxes for an oil change. My dad then called and asked the same quote and he was quoted $79 + taxes. We can only assume this was because I am a woman and this establishment is a bunch of scammers. Since then I have had the right quote for oil changes and we have continued to go there.
Fast forward a few years I had an oil change and inspection done and the video footage showed no significant wear on the car. Breaks to be done soon but nothing with the shocks or control arms. This was two weeks ago. We were supposed to be headed up to Kamloops to camp this weekend but the rear shock completely severed off. It s clear rust / corrosion has been building up for quite some time and they did not note this in their inspection. Now they send us a video today, 2 weeks from the last service and they want to replace the control arm bushings and that we should replace the other shock as well. There is NO WAY in two weeks there is this much noticeable wear that wasn t seen two weeks ago on a car that s barely been driven. I am disgusted by the lack of care, integrity and safety awareness by the members at Freeway Mazda. I get my car checked out and topped up before trips to ensure safety and this could have happened on the Coquihalla highway where there is no cell reception. I will no longer be a customer here and I hope many of you read this and discontinue your business as well. Even in the last 24 hours I have told my story and many others have spoken up about the same problems at Freeway Mazda.

Thank you for the reply. You may want to review the last 2 videos that your techs have sent to me. On August 12th he highlights the control arm bushings and I quote very little wear or tear on the bushing to the video on August 29th where the tech highlights them as actually starting to crack then pretty much cracked as you can see on both sides . I understand this is a recommendation but I do not understand how there is such a significant change considering how in both videos the parts appear in identical condition. Your response does not make my concerns for safety any better if potential hazards are overlooked because they may be in a difficult location to view and may also be covered by debris . The safety concern comes back to if this happened later in the day and we were on the Coquihalla highway going 120km who knows if I would be writing this. The concern of availability of parts has now also come to light forcing me to begin to investigate purchasing a new vehicle that is not a Mazda. All in all very disappointing.

This is my third and last Mazda. My window wiper motor stopped working a 52k km, how does a motor go bad with such little use. After they Service fixed it they said it do was wouldthe linkage and not the motor, so how did the diagnose the issue?
They would do nothing for me and manager actually hinted that I rolled back my odometer. Also told me they are not really Mazda, they me are not a Mazda dealer just a franchise so they don't have to work with me. Charged $300 for a motor and for that lost a good customer.
This is the worst customer service I have ever seen!!

Talked to Mazda head office and according to them each franchise are able to make exceptions if car is out of warranty...

After a terrible experience at the Langley Mazda dealership, I emailed Freeway Mazda to buy my 2015 CX5. I was contacted immediately by Harv and arranged a telephone meeting within the hour. He was extremely happy and helpful and was able to have the car, colour, trim and accessories available and installed, ready for me to pick up when i was in Surrey, 5 days later. I was all so easy, i was worried right up until I drove off the lot what any hiccups would be. There were none. We was not pushy in anyway, he just wanted to make sure i was happy. They said their service is valid at all the Mazda dealers, but it isn t. I ve purchased car maintenance for first 3 years while buying my car. I moved from Surrey to Abbotsford. Now every time for oil change i have to go to Surrey. This is really frustrating.
Went in to just to test Drive a Mazda 3. The customer service was lack luster, and we didn't feel extremely welcome. The sales rep stated he had to drive the car off of the lot for insurance purposes, but had no issue with us driving the car back onto the lot... sounds like he just wanted to drive the car
I decided to drop by here today to car shop as my husband and I both needed a new car. We both knew what we wanted but wanted to discuss the steps of trading in our cars and the cost of the new ones. We were introduced to Tracey, who unfortunately I found condescending with a lot of attitude, unknowledgeable, and genuinely disinterested. I had to leave abruptly due to an emergency but would have gladly come back if the service was better. I thanked her for her time and was given an off putting response as I left. I m sure other sales people at this location are great but I would not recommend Tracey. Due to this experience here, I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

I'm very happy I was able to purchase my first Mazda CX 5 through Arnie Riess. He was very personable. He wasn't pushy. He didn't rush us into making any decisions, he genuinely cared about what I was looking for and finding me the best deal. He didn't make me feel like just another customer, right off the bat he asked us our names and made a personal connection. He shook our hands, smiled and was very professional. Was mislead to purchase their Mazda Wear Protection package, in which the sales representative lied about the terms of the contract. Never thought they could bluntly lie like that. When it came to asking for any resolution, they just kept pushing me around different departments. Apparently Freeway Mazda and Mazda think is totally fine to cheat their customers, as no one takes responsibility of this misrepresentation, its safe to believe that its part of their culture and company ethic, as they sounded quite experienced in turning customers down. always assume they will hang you out to dry. In the end, its just 1 customer right? "we can get more sales anyways. people need cars, we can treat them like crap"

They were able to get me in right away to diagnose my car even though it was a busy Saturday. I thought I was needing a car battery but they were able to recharge it without replacing it. No charge! Great service Happy for the extra Covid protocols taken including sanitizing my key fob before giving it back to me.

I called them and some one switched the line to its "service person" who helped me make an appointment. But when I arrived they said they didn't receive any call from me (even though I called them for three time in that morning due to the signal issue), and they didn't use the number shown on its website. However, the information they told me (like the price for mechanic check and their closing time) was exactly the same from what I got with the call. So who did I speak to? Terrible experience.

Arnie in Sales is great and super knowledgeable. I can't say enough good about Ed Kong in Service. He is a pleasure to deal with. He makes it a priority to resolve any issues and is very responsive and patient. I know he worked his way up the ranks so he doesn't have that hot shot attitude that most Service Managers have. I have also dealt with Johnny and Darren and they have also been very helpful and kind.

Since bringing in my first Mazda that I bought somewhere else to now my third Mazda vehicle this dealership has been nothing but professional. Arnie and Tracy have been the easiest sales people to work with. Eric and Angela do a great job at explaining everything through out the money side of the transaction. Ed, Darren, Bryan and the rest of the service department do everything they can to help out with the servicing of the vehicle. If there is any issues they work quickly to solve it. I personally find the people who have issues with this dealership are having them because they are the hard ones to deal with or they aren't giving the dealership a fair chance.
The Mazda service staff was very welcoming and accommodating. He made sure I understood the needs of my car without any pressure. Love the additional cleaning they did to my car.

I had to get a few things done in the service department afterwards. John there did a really good job of checking my car in and getting me out the door fast. I would go back again to buy a car no problem.
Brought in my 2008 used Mazda MX-5 to fix the incredibly frustrating roof drain clog issue. My mechanic Darren was able to record and walk me through the repair process as I watch the video from my phone and was well informed with the work that needed to be done. My only complaint is that this dealership didn't have my courtasy car compared to my friends Honda dealership that was able to get him a HRV to drive while his vehicle in the shop. To give context both of our vehicles needed to be fixed. I personally also feel this drain clog issue is a Mada design flaw on the MX-5, I find it weird that Mazda didn't do a recall instead I have to spend 900 dollars to modify and buy new parts to fix the issue. Other than that great service overall!

Had a great experience buying my Mazda here. The staff was incredibly friendly and understanding never felt pressured to buy anything. The prices were reasonable, the service is excellent (superior to past dealers for sure), and the lot itself is spacious and welcoming.

I had to take my vehicle into Freeway Mazda for a recall. The job was completed to my satisfaction and I was provided a complimentary carwash. My tires were also filled at no charge. They provided consistent communication through text message as to their progress and notified me, and apologized, of a delay due to the wrong part being installed.
Freeway Mazda has a great selection and a terrific staff. Jake was very informative and honest; I did not feel pressured in any way. He appeared to listen closely to my needs versus my wants and made recommendations accordingly.
Simply just a wonderful dealership to go to! Very friendly staff right from the manager all the way down to the mechanics! They aren't pushy about selling you a vehicle too. The parts department is impossible to get ahold of. The are never accurate with how many days a part will take to arrive. I strongly recommend taking your business to literally an other dealer.

Initially went there looking for a Certified Used Vehicle and one member of the sales team did not seem interested in helping us. A day later, Freeway Mazda redeemed itself with a follow up call from one of the managers (Harv) asking us to come back for a test drive and to discuss what we were looking for. Our sales representative was Daniel who did everything in this ability to try and meet our needs. After a test drive and some negotiation, Daniel and Harv were able to get us a great deal on our new 2013 Mazda 3 and we are very pleased with our experience. I would definitely recommend heading there if you're in the market for a Mazda.
